Forse il letto più comodo che ho provato negli ultimi anni. Camera con balcone su giardino interno. Dormito benissimo, nessun rumore.

Das Zimmer war klein aber sehr gemütlich und neu ausgestattet. Ich hatte einen kleinen Balkon der auf die Gärten der Hinterhöfe zeige. Am Abend habe ich die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Einchecken war vor 14 Uhr nicht möglich, ich konnte aber meinen Koffer dort deponieren. Fünf Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn Station und 20 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Würde ich sehr empfehlen für wenige Nächte.

ottima cura delle camere e delle zone interne ed esterne della struttura. Il personale è stato in grado di darci un'accoglienza fantastica e si è reso sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste, consigliandoci anche dei bei posti da visitare e in cui mangiare nella città di Milano.

Absolut little pearl!
Very nice, clean and friendly little hotel! The room was tiny, but cute, and had everything in good condition and clean. The area is convenient for moving around the city having metro stations in a few minutes reach, and big shopping street Corso Buenos Aires leading to the centrum a block away. The area itself has several similar small hotels and a small shop to get water and fruits around the corner. Otherwise quiet, no noisy bars etc. The owner couple was very friendly and seemed to really care for their customers, greeting with my name every time. Definitely coming back to this place whenever in Milan!

Essenziale ma comodo, molto pulito e ordinato. Staff cordiale. La struttura non è dotata di ascensori, in caso di bagagli pesanti consiglierei di chiedere una camera ai piani bassi.

A Hidden, Budget "Gem" in Milan
This was the best overall budget hotel in my trip. It was located about a 20 minute walk from the train station, but it was worth the extra steps. The area was not the best, but not the worst either. I did not see any disconcerting characters lingering about, but it was certainly no five-star street. Plus, it was a short walk to the subway, a huge plus. The hotel itself was cute on the outside, with a pointed-arch facade that subtly referenced the Middle Ages. The entry was small, down a few steps, but decently maintained. The lady who met me was very friendly, and always called me by my name and had a smile for me when she saw me. Her husband took off with my bag while I was still checking in, which worried me. It would be better to go upstairs with the customer, but all was fine. The room I had was small, like the cool, trendy dorm room you always wished you could have had in college, and decorated in a very cute way, with gothic-arched windows opening onto a balcony. The size did not bother me, and I did see in passing open doors that other rooms were larger, so if a dorm-size room is not your thing, you have options. Just ask. But the size was fine with me because it was clean, attractive, and cute. The walls were rather thin, but earplugs resolved that. My only real complaint is that the shower was very small and should have a shower door, not a curtain, as the curtain kept moving in on me which was uncomfortable. But I would stay there again if I returned.

Esperienza negativa
Avendo pagato 100 euro a notte, la valutazione non è sulla singola stella e sui servizi coerenti con quella, ma sul costo sostenuto. A parte i circa 80 scalini da fare per andare in camera (ovvero 160 per la colazione, peraltro piuttosto carente), la dotazione insufficiente come sapone e bagno doccia, la tv con qualche problema di ricezione su diversi canali, la cosa più negativa è il caldo torrido nella stanza, e quando ho chiesto di accendere l'aria condizionata (c'è lo split) mi è stato risposto che la accendono solo a giugno luglio e agosto. Inaccettabile, con 30 gradi.

Basic but pleasant
The room was lovely- plenty of space even in a single room and despite the road outside being relaid it was quiet. The reception is basic and could not speak English well so it took us a while to get through the process but the man was pleasant! There were no local maps or guides which meant I relied on google lots! There are no lifts and a lot of stairs which was hard going in the heat. Air con is only free for 12 hours at night which I did not realise until I checked out having packed in the heat! The area is quiet but very out of the way and is quite a walk to anywhere useful. However, as a lone traveller I never felt unsafe. Breakfast was very sparce although there was a lovely terrace you could sit on!

Бюджетный отель с минимумом удобств. Нет лифта, по лестнице неудобно подниматься с тяжелым с багажом. Wi-Fi есть. Из плюсов: цена, расположение (в 5 минутах ходьбы от станции метро Loreto), уютный садик во внутреннем дворе, а так же всегда готовый помочь несмотря на то, что не говорит по-английски Альдо. Из минусов: кондиционер централизованно выключают часов в 7 утра и до 7-8 вечера. Лейка душа закреплена в стене, могут не поменять полотенца или забрать 4 а оставить 2. Несмотря на то что бронировали номер с балконом (за несколько месяцев), по приезде нам его не смогли предоставить и в качестве компенсации предложили утренний чай с булочкой, что явно не равнозначно отсутствию в номере балкона. Можно остановиться на пару ночей но не более.

Als de prijs primeert is het ok
hello, i immediately mailed the hotel after ordered and asked experessively for a bath; hotel gives clearly choice between bath & shower; this was confirmed; at the hotel owner says: a bath is a shower ; if you want a bath you have to write "vasca"; this is an insult; i have traveled 30 years & have never experienced this kind of behavior;

20 mins walk to Milan Central Train Station.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone coming up and down the stairs. I was woken up by someone's alarm clock in the next room going off and 4 am. The night receptionist is very helpful.

Close to red and green metro stops which are direct to Duomo, Last Supper, Castle, and Navigli. The family that ran it was very nice and allowed us to store our luggage during the day after check out. They even allowed us to borrow an umbrella on the day it rained. Very clean, cute little rooms that overlooked a pretty courtyard.

観光エリアから地下鉄で10分程度、最寄り地下鉄まで3分ほど 部屋を大切に使用されてる感があり、 Wifi環境もまぁまぁいいです。

We regretted staying here
At least in the summer months, do not stay here. You will sweat to death at night. There is no air conditioning and it doesn't cool down (ever). After 6 weeks of traveling, this was the only hotel we regretted - it ruined our next day - but if you don't mind baking, maybe this is the hotel for you. We spend little time in our hotel rooms, so the rest is just fine ... pretty clean, mediocre staff, and in a decent area. Just note: you might have to walk up 4 flights of stairs with your luggage (though if you are looking for a cheaper hotel in Milan, I assume you don't mind that).

cheap and convenient
this hotel had just what we needed to stay cheaply in milan but also be comfortable. it is very close to public transit, the main train station, and corso buenos aires for some shopping and restaurants. it was clean and the owners were very nice! also really fast and free internet!
