Bathroom was dirty, no enough water pressure, front desk and administrator were unfriendly, no tv, the only exception was the owner, she was very polite but was overruled by Laura Noblon, manager. I booked for 4 nights but I left after the first night and the last comment from managers and front desk was “no return “

Não recomendável!
A localização do hotel é excelente, em frente a uma bela praia e de fácil acesso. As instalações são antigas e a conservação não é boa. Quarto amplo, com mobiliário muito defasado, sem proporcionar um nível razoável de conforto. Apesar de ter painéis solares no teto, não tem água aquecida para o banho da manhã. Não funciona a internet nos quartos e a TV de pequeno tamanho só dispõe de um único canal. A cama não é confortável. O café da manhã oferecido beira ao ridículo. Você recebe um prato pronto, com pequenos pedações de frutas, uma pequena porção de ovos mexidos com presunto e um pouco de pão. Não há possibilidade de se servir à vontade. Apesar de ter pago antecipadamente três diárias, deixei o hotel no dia seguinte em busca de uma melhor opção. Definitivamente não recomendo esse hotel.

Clean and nice, but not worth the price per night, hotel is being rebuilt and there are many areas off-service. Good attention at the front desk and restaurant (breakfast). Beds were clean but too hard.

I tried to send Expedia two. Complaints notifying you of the problems with the property. I am 73 and because of unsafe, slippery tile in the shower fell and luckily didn’t break anything. I have hematomas on my back and thigh (photos to prove it. Talked to the owner and front desk. They both said a mat would be forthcoming. End result 3 nights with no mat,no hot water and to try to contact you impossible as only poor internet in the lobby. I beg you, please don’t send anyone to that place it’s not safe. I was lucky to come out of there with just deep bruises. My vacation would have been ruined with a broken hip.

The hotel is only meters from the beach, which is quite beautiful. But the hotel needs some work on the rooms. My shower did not drain well. The pool water was opaque. Breakfast was OK and you had a choice of three selections. But having coffee available was problematic. Whenever there was a small container available there was a rush to get some. Biggest problem was check-in when I was given a room without a TV and an air conditioner controller without batteries. Even with new batteries it did not work. Finally after three trips to reception they found me a room with working AC and TV. The buildings themselves are nice but work needs to be done on the rooms. Bonita beach is lovely with a nice walkway in both directions from the hotel.

Calm, clean hotel with good service
We stayed for a week in January. Nice hotel in a quiet setting, staff were helpful and very reasonable. We could see the owners and staff make an effort to keep the gardens and facilities in good condition. The hotel was undergoing some renovation, which did not affect the quality of our stay.

Perdimos nuestro dinero en este hotel.
Fue horrible!!! Nada como lo anuncian. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuartos dos veces, en el primero no funcionaba el televisor y el segundo no habia agua caliente y la fria casi no llegaba. La piscina estaba vacia. El Wi-fi no funcionaba. El area comun estaba descuidada y muy sucia y estaban pintando el cuarto al lado del mio, el olor a pintura era terrible. Los muebles de la habitacion estan en muy mal estado y el hotel completo se le descascara la pintura. Lo unico que sirve aqui es el desayuno y las vistas al mar. Mis amigos a los que pensaba impresionar llevandolos alli querian un reembolso para irnos a otro lugar. Perdimos nuestro dinero en este viaje.

The property was beautiful! Only thing that I struggled with was communication with the staff. Many didn't understand English, let alone speak it. It was difficult to communicate. I thought a resort would be sure to hire bi-lingual employees. We were int eh off season and only stayed one night, but everything was beautiful. They didn't have extra beach towels for us, which I thought was strange since there were so few people on the property. Other than that, worth the stay and cost.

Hotel muy agradable ubicado en playa bonita. Sirven desayuno en la mañana y tiene una piscina muy agradable. Es posible dar paseos a pie desde el hotel. Está ubicado a pocos pasos del restaurante atlantis que es excelente alternativa para comer mientras se descansa en la playa.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, The breakfast menu it was very poor with their products but the staff excellent. the property is already old and the pool was dirty. It didn't look like the sanitized at night

We were pretty surprised to see how empty the property was. We arrived at 8 pm and no one was available to check us in, a few minutes after arrival the security officer came by and gave us the key to the room. The next morning we went to breakfast and we were one of two couples having breakfast. The staff present said it was because of low season. The beach was nice but you have to be cautious when walking in because there are rocks in the sand. The property needs a renovation.

Would not stay at this hotel
This hotel stole my money and forced me to pay double. Proof of paid confirmation was not accepted. I was told by the front person at the desk a refund would be given when they can confirm the pay confirmation from traveling site. Will not use again.

Quiet place, great staff
Breakfast was tasty but only three choices the same everyday. There is no refrigerator in the room, which is necessary due to the location of the hotel. No shops within walking distance, so you depend only on local restaurant and bar (not always open). For excursions was through the reception recommended a man named Daniel who was not so reliable. Excursions were of inferior quality to the excursions of a regular agency in a nearby town and were the same price or higher. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. WiFi was great and also available on the beach.

Nice quiet place.
This was my first trip to Las Terrennas. I loved every day of my trip. I wish i could have stayed longer. The staff was awesome, the breakfast could have been better but, I did enjoy it. I didn't know my room wasn't booked for two, so I had to pay again for my boyfiend to stay with me, which was fine. It was very peaceful, it seemed like there were very little people staying there at the time which I sort of liked. My companion and I were able to drive into town several times and I loved all the sites we got to enjoy. All in all, this was a very nice place to stay, I just forgot to take pictures of the place.

Das Punta Bonita ist kein neues Hotel, aber es wird laufend renoviert, die Zimmer sind groß, hell und sauber, mit leiser Klimaanlage und TV und genug Stauraum für meine Sachen. Die Anlage ist hübsch gemacht mit Pflanzen etc und liegt direkt an einem der schönsten Strände der Dominikanischen Republik und hat einen ausreichend großen Pool. Wegen mangelnder Gästezahlen gibt es leider kein Abendessen mehr und auch kein Frühstück in Buffetform. Und die Portionsgrößen vom Frühstück sollten nochmal überdacht werden. Man hat die Wahl zwischen Baguettebrot mit SchinkenRührei oder einem (kleinen) Teller gemischten Obst oder French Toast mit Honig und einer Scheibe Ananas (French Toast = Arme Ritter, in Vanille und Zimt eingeweichte Toastscheiben heiß gemacht). Insgesamt gibt es relativ wenig Touristen am Playa Bonita, Las Terrenas, was vermutlich daran liegt, dass es kaum pauschal bedient wird. Aber es ist eine Reise wert!

This is a great little hotel on one of the best beaches in the world. The hotel is a bit aged but th rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed is hard and the water takes time to get warm. The grounds are nice and the pool is decent. The hotel staff is super nice and helpful . Don't expect anything else here you ate removed from the city and can take 10 mins by car . There is breakfast but mediocre at best th restaurant has good food and reasonable price but lacks atmosphere next to the property is the Atlantis and much better restaurant. The beach is great and also has a long walkway if you want to jog or walk along the beach. For relaxation and just getting away you can't beat it. Good pricing also.

Old hotel in the most beautiful beach
The hotel is located nestled in nice gardens in Playa Bonita, one of the best beaches in the area. Hotel need some renovations but it was a very pleasant stay because the staff is extremely friendly and again the beach is awesome.

Muy buen hotel y con un personal muy friendly.
My wife and I only stayed one night and our observartion were great. The lady at the restaurant very friendly helpful, she cook very good her food was excellent, the continental breakfast was good and much better than a lot others places. The cleaning girl was always available to help and nice. The owner of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. For a few nights we strongly recommend this hotel.

Nuestra estancia nos a gustado mucho ya que nos han tratato muy bien!!! El lugar es muy bonito y esta cuidado. El unico inconveniente es la calidad de la comida del restaurante asociado al hotel "lorena" no nos gusto, creemos que lograrian mucho mas si realmente entregaran el producto que en teoria ofrecen en la carta . Mejotando tambien el personal de el. Asi que mejorando eso lo demas bien. Si podemos volveremos algun dia.

Lovely friendly resort
This was a lovely resort with very friendly, helpful staff. The pool is lovely and big - it was nice to be able to do some proper laps, and we could here the ocean from our room. We indulged in the French toast for breakfast- absolutely delicious! There are a good few restaurants nearby so you have some choice in the evening as well

Mi viene da dire solo che peccato... hotel grande, con uno spazio verde molto bello e fronte mare, piscina non molto grande ma pulita,su una spiaggetta veramente deliziosa... peccato per il resto... le camere puzzano di muffa, non c’è cassaforte ma neanche un frigo (e neanche un bar all’interno dell’hotel), manutenzione zero, i bagni cadono a pezzi e l’acqua calda (insieme alla pressione dell’acqua) è praticamente inesistente... il personale (quel poco che c’è) è gentile e disponibile, la colazione è basilare ma preparata fresca al momento e fronte spiaggia c’è un ristorantino “Lorena” molto carino a conduzione familiare... per il resto mi viene da dire solo che peccato perché con le risorse che ha potrebbe essere veramente un bel posto e invece mio malgrado mi tocca dire che non ci tornerei assolutamente...
