Overall it was a good stay, walls were super thin I could hear everything but that was it. Hallways did smell but I’m sure that was due to people cooking

The whole floor had a strong horrible odor. The room smelled bad as well. The elevators did not work so we had to carry luggage and go in and out by walking three flights of stairs. Vending machines also did not work, no ice either. Still have no received my deposit back into my bank account either so I will be calling to dispute the charges. Save your money and look elsewhere.

It was ok until the last day when the elevator got stuck with someone in it and my daughter had to inform the front desk, because the young lady was not aware.she then came and check on the person who was in the elevator. Then we was told to use the stairs which we was on the third floor and my legs were hurting and swollen from the stairs. It was fix by morning when we left thank God we had a lot of stuff to load and it would have been a lot to climb the stairs back and forth.

Somebody was staying in my room before I came, the front desk lady had to go “and check something really quick” when I arrived they forgot to flush the toilet, is full with people on drugs, terrible experience

Had to wait 10min to get someone at the desk to check us in . Elevator floor was dirty had balls of hair on it and was still there the next day when check out time. Room bedside is played loud music for hours rooms and building has a weird scent water pressure In sink had low water pressure

Staff was very friendly, but these rooms are very basic. No frills. The coffee bar in the morning is a thermos, and it was empty when I got to it. The room was clean and mattress was comfortable, but not luxurious.

This is a one star “hotel” that feels on par with a dorm room. Front desk closes at night. Sketchy. Doesn’t give off vibes of safety or cleanliness. I guess you get what you pay for

Hate that there is no maid service , I had to wash my own towels, it’s convenient , more like an old folks apartment home, which is fine , I wanted a hotel.

Great hotel if you can check in after hours!
Great location! Clean and quiet however if you get there after hours you might end up sleeping in the car! Had to wait 2hrs fir someone to check me in! Otherwise definitely worth the price and the girl upfront is actually really nice and helpful person!

we checked in after hours. it took many MANY many calls from both the foyer phone and our mobile phone before the person in charge answered to let us in the hotel. (20 minutes). i hope that others do not have to wait so long in the future.

I would not bring Children
The staff for the most part were very helpful. However the floors above were very loud so I did not get sleep for 6 nights out of my stay. I was able to move to the top floor but the air didn’t work very well so my last 3 nights were hot. There was a lot of marijuana smoke around the building so I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kids come out. Overall my room was comfy and it worked until we checked out.

It was one of the wrost experiences I have had in a while. The smell was horrible. The service was terrible. They were on personal calls then when I asked for extra sheet and blanket it was a problem. I have stayed in better places and paid less money it was not worth the price.
