This guest did not stay at the apartment; guest was a no-call, no-show. The guest then contacted us six weeks later to request a refund; the reservation was non-refundable, so the request was denied; the guest left and left this review in exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you for your review. The guest arrived at 4am without requesting a early check-in in advance. The guards explained that this apartment was occupied and that he was not expected until normal check-in time. The guest left. We issued a refund and offered some coupons which the guest declined.

It would appear that the guest had nothing negative or positive for that matter to say about the property. Not sure if the guest understands that a 1 out of 5 is the lowest mark. We are still grateful that this guest took the time to review us.

Thank you for your review. It is only when a guest write a review do we learn how to improve. New Kingston is town center and it is busy with traffic, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The apartment is sound proof, however, if you open the window or doors to any apartment in New Kingston you will hear traffic, this is typical of all city apartments. We have a few suburban apartments that are very quick but you rented an apartment in the shopping/nightlife epicenter. I am sorry but this cannot be helped in a major city. There is a lesson here and we will learn from this. Thank you for the 3 star rating and the kind comment.
