My stay was just an overnight one as I was catching an early morning flight from the nearby airport. The hotel staff booked my taxi for 04.30 and assured me that it would come and it did. I like this hotel, lovely garden!

Great value for our needs
Exactly what we needed for a one night stopover between flights. Clean and comfortable. Appreciated the special steps taken to accommodate our very late check in due to a delayed flight.. great service!

Family orientated atmosphere ❤
The hotel is family ran.Our room was on the 2nd floor , no elevators which was ok. The beds were comfortable. The room was just that a room lol. Showers are very small. But its everything you need . A place to rest and shower. Our experience was very nice would stay here again. Family was awesome! Its a 10min walk to the train station.

Proprietario maleducato e arrogante
Alla mia richiesta di ricevuta fiscale/fattura al check out il proprietario si rifiutava di emettere il documento nonostante aver anticipato la mia richiesta al check in, invitandomi a richiedere il documento ad Expedia. Dopo la mia insistenza mi consegna una ricevuta con l'importo inferiore alla somma pagata liquidandomi con una parolacce varie e senza colazione. Tutto questo per aver chiesto un documento fiscale che secondo la sua logica, nonostante aver pernottato nella sua struttura e pagato in anticipo online, avrei dovuto chiederla ad Expedia. Pessima esperienza, alla larga da questi gestori irrispettosi dei loro clienti.

Buongiorno,se avesse letto i termini della sua prenotazione, il proprietario non doveva stare a spiegargle che la ricevuta fiscale o fattura elettronica l'ha gia' ricevuta al momento della prenotazione e pagamento attraverso Expedia.com e che l'Hotel non le doveva proprio nessun documento fiscale,il proprietario invece in modo gentile le ha consegnato lo stesso una ricevuta fiscale per il suo pernotto,quindi le chiediamo sempre in modo gentile di rispedirci la nostra ricevuta fiscale avuta in quanto ora ne possiede n°2 per lo stesso pernotto,saluti dallo staff dell'Hotel Louis

Very thin walls and couldnt turn the heat off so had to sleep with the door open all night. Its fine if only there for a night for the airport but wouldn't recommend for a long stay

Piccolo hotel con parcheggio a Ciampino, ben tenuto e pulito, personale eccellente. Accesso alle camere dall'esterno. Prenotato all'ultimo minuto a prezzo onesto.

Hotel Louis ll er ideelt om man ønsker å bo i nærheten av flyplassen. Vi landet sent på Ciampino Airport, og bodde her en natt før vi kjørte sørover. Hotellet er rent og fint, og de ansatte var hyggelige

Come da titolo... essenziale. Ho dormito una notte, camera piccola, colazione italiana nella norma, personale educato. Non distante dall'aeroporto. Hotel economico e utile per chi ha un volo la mattina presto da Ciampino.

Lovely little place
This hotel was in a perfect location, it was a 15 minute walk to ciampino train station where from there you can get direct to rome for €1.50. I wouldn't recommend getting a taxi from the airport as they wanted to charge €30 just to go 1.1 miles, we got a bus for €1.50 euros that dropped us off just up the road! The hotel itself is a little dated but was really clean & the room had everything we needed but to be honest we didn't spend much time there as we were out exploring! I was slightly disappointed after reading reviews that this was a very welcoming family run hotel with people that spoke good English, that wasn't really the case, we waited for a while in reception before a man arrived who spoke no English & kept talking to me in Italian, it was only from the gestures he was doing I really got what he was saying! Again the hotel is clean & perfectly located so I am not going to give it low scores but just didn't get the friendly feel from It! Also beware....the walls are super thin, we heard next door everytime they went to the toilet &...well you can guess what èlse! :/

You get what you pay for

Nice hotel near CIA airport
The room was really small, even for European standards. The breakfast was nice and the people running the hotel were very pleasant too. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the train station. WiFi is VERY slow.

Un tantino nascosto nelle viette di Ciampino, ma non introvabile! Meglio seguire il percorso che ti indica l'app di hotels.com anziché il navigatore! Bella l'accoglienza e veloce il check-in. Camera davvero molto ampia e ben tenuta. Personalmente mi è piaciuto molto la sistemazione delle camere con accesso dall'esterno della reception. Un misto di american hotel e tradizione italiana! Colazione un tantino scarsa, ma va bene! Nel complesso un bell'hotel.

Do not stay here, just a friendly advise
Har rest i 80 länder så har sett en del. Detta hotell avråder jag ifrån. Dels är det ganska svårt att hitta. Personalen pratade enstaka ord engelska. Personalen var inte serviceinriktad och inte vänliga. Det kommer till en turistskatt i Rom på ett par EURO. Denna tar hotellen ut, något kvitto på detta fick inte jag. Överlag struligt vid incheckningen. Hotellet erbjöd sig kvickt att ringa en "taxi" eftersom vi skulle iväg tidigt på morgonen till Ciampions flygplasts. Det var ingen officiell taxi som kom utan någon som de på hotellet kände. "Taxichaffören" gav inget kvitto och tog ett rejält överpris för att köra till flygplatsen. Hotellrummen är mycket lyhörda och inne på rummet är det dels en fläkt inne på badrummet som går mycket högt och man hör spolningar från andra rum. Sammanfattningsvis: jag kan inte rekommendera någon att välja detta hotellet, det är helt enkelt inte ett bra hotell.

Our stay at hotel Louis II
Hotel was clean but outdated. Room was quite small for three people. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very courteous.

Not worth the price
It's very small and not near many restaurants or points of interest. It is also far enough from CIA airport that a cab ride will close you 20 euro. The owner is very nice and helpful but still not worthwhile.

family owned charming experience
This is a wonderful away from the city location. The hotel owners treated us like family. This couple helped us with everything. We spoke very little Italian, they spoke very little English, but we hugged them when we left for all their kindness. Not a 5 star city hotel, but a charming, family, in the outskirts of Rome, which was exactly the experience we wanted.
