그럭저럭,,
풀억세스룸에서 묵었습니다. 그런데 수영장으로 들어갈때 계단식이 아니라 올라올때 매우 힘들었습니다. 수영장은 사전에 크지 않다는것을 알고 가서 간단하게 물놀이로 짬짬이 이용했구요. 풀억세스룸만 그런건지 객실이 매우 어두웠어요.. 직원들이야 다 친절하구요

スタッフの対応が悪かった。荷物を3階まで階段で運ぶの大変だけど、スタッフは手伝ってくれない。 フロントの対応も悪い。

部屋は3階でしたが、荷物はスタッフ運んでくれません。階段で行き合ったスタッフも手伝ってくれません。。接客は最悪です。 特にフロントの女性はサービス悪く最悪です。

O atendimento da funcionária Lina foi excelente. O quarto muito bom tamanho. Cama muito boa. Limpeza excelente. Roupas de cama e banho muito limpas. O que não gostamos foi que não foi realizado o transfer do pier Tomsai até o hotel como havia sido prometido. E a falta de comunicação para os questionamentos. Também faltou um suporte para o xampoo e sabonete no box.

Hatten für uns 3 Zimmer gebucht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, gut bewacht und sehr zentral gelegen - und dafür recht leise. Schlafmaske fürs blinken der Super-Klimaanlage gebraucht. War FUN, der Aufenthalt auf Kho PhiPhi. Auch das Schwimmen in der Anlage war angenehm (2 Pools zur Auswahl) und der Strand in kurzem Fußweg erreichbar. JJ Residence war für uns (mit Jugendlichen) eine tolle Ausgangsbasis/Rückzugsounkt

We liked the location - could still slightly hear the bass music - but we were on the top floor. Earplugs helped and we slept great. Low water pressure and iffy showers because they're on demand and electric. Nice pool area. No elevator - but they will help you carry your bags up. I liked the decor in the room - sensual and woody.

The place is good value for money overall. It’s in an area behind the main drag so very dark at night but still feel safe. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The pool was nice and sparkling. Housekeeping lady was friendly and helpful. They just need to clean up the surrounds of which is a nice building as it looks like a disused building site. Close to the pier and lots of restaurants so an ideal location.

Hotel was good value for money. It was clean and comfortable. Very accessible to main walking street even though the entrance is down more of a back alley. Rooms are a bit dark, but we were not spending much time in it except to sleep anyway. Pool looked clean, but we did not use it.

Really nice staff, very helpful, storing our luggage, giving us extra towels etc. we only asked the cleaning lady to come once and she cleaned it perfect! Room ja big, Nice balcony, shower is mweh but that is phi phi. It’s a 3 min walk from the pier and 3 minute to the beach. We loved it.

Vid en första anblick såg rummet okej ut och hotellet fint med 2 pooler och en delad balkong. Men under våra 2 nätter stötte vi på 2 problem: 1. När man använt toalett/dusch/handfat inne på toan så sprids en förfärlig doft inne i rummet. Sista natten somnade vi inte förens framåt morgonen då vi försökt med flertalet knep för att bli av med doften. 2. Hotellet ligger på huvudgatan och rummet är tyvärr inte så bra ljudisolerat. Kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta hotell.

Hotel w samym centrum, ale jednoczesnie schowany. 5 min od portu. Bardzo szybkie zameldowanie. Po przyplynieciu na wyspe czekal Pan z kartka z nazwa hotelu i wzial od nas walizki i zaprowadzil. Pokoj bardzo czysty, sprzatany codziennie, wymieniane reczniki i swieza woda butelkowana. Ladny, czysty basen. Jedyny minus to slabe cisnienie wody w prysznicu.

Great facility, poor staff
Ideal location, close to action but not noisy at all. Very clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and confrontational. She could not find my reservation and claimed I did not have one, despite showing her the reservation confirmation. Eventually called her boss who confirmed that I did have a reservation.

Tres décevant par rapport au prix.
Déçu par le personnel, check in a 14h. J ai eu ma chambre a 14h30 en faisant un peu de pression auprès de la réception. La femme de menage fait les chambres peu avant 14h. Le matin, ne pensez pas vous levez apres 8h, les femmes de menage font un boucan monstre dans le hall: bruit de sacs plastique froissés, talkie walki a fond, discussions.... La piscine en soi est tres bien mais aucun endroit pour poser sa serviette et surtout des tas de gravas et sacs poubelle sont aux alentours. J avais pris cette hotel il y a 3 ans, mais l etat s'est fortement dégradé, je n'y retournerai plus. Trop cher.

Super clean, query and in the Center of the happening area. The Residence has its own pool and it is very clean. Staff are friendly and nice. The only problem is without lift but is still good even without lift as the staff will help you carry the luggages to the room from Jetty. The only hard time is during checkout which you have to carry own laugges down if you staying high floor. Overall stay is fabulous and I had great time. Definitely will be back again. Highly recommended!

Not recommended
The hotel has various rules and tries to threaten its guests with fines on a few things. The reception staff were not that friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.

想像していたより部屋が綺麗でした。 また毎日のベッドメイキングでタオルがおしゃれに動物の形に畳まれていた。 冷蔵庫も完備していて不便なことはありませんでした。

Super Hotel mit tollen Ausblick !
Das Hotel liegt wie fast jedes Hotel in Ko Phi Phi zentral, da die Insel zu Fuß in einer Stunde abgelaufen ist. Das Zimmer war sauber, es gab jeden Tag 2 Flaschen Wasser gratis, eine Klimaanlage, einen Safe und einen Föhn. Das beste jedoch war der Ausblick aufs Meer, der ist leider nur in Zimmern die im obersten Stockwerk sind, zu sehen. Wir haben nicht explizit danach gefragt, hatten allem Anschein Glück :) Das Personal war freundlich und es gab einen Pool den man benutzen konnte ( hab ich nicht in Anspruch genommen). Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

O quarto é confortável. Único inconveniente é a internet que não funciona. Mas eu voltaria a ficar nesse hotel. Limpo, cama boa, ótima localização (perto do píer), piscina gostosa.

very good hotel, near the pier, just follower the routes from Google map. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Swimming pool also good. Overall, worth the money I paid at Phi Phi island.

Great location, nice new building, but I was given a room on the old building, facing kitchen chimneys. I've put some clothes to dry on the balcony and the smell was terrible. On a rainy day the hall and stairs on this building got full of water. Probably better review if stayed on the new part facing the pool.

After reading the reviews i stayed in the new block they have and would only recommend that. The room particularly the bedding area was really night, It'll definitely set the "mood" right especially if you have a room facing the hills with nobody overlooking as I had. The main receptionist (mature lady) came across as rude on both encounters I had with her, but a much younger receptionist was very assertive and helpful! Its location is midway between the peer and the nightlife, so you're not too near that it keep you awake. Loads of nearby restaurants / 7/11 etc. The room itself falls over when you get to the bathroom, the shower was pretty basic and what I'd expect in a 2* hotel. other than that I was satisfied.

Smells Very bad
There was a smell in the bathroom that spread ALL over the Room. No matter How many times they clean, the strong sewer smell didnt Go away for the whole 5 days of our stay . Very relieved to leave the room. Another problem was the check-in. We booked a double bed room at expedia but they couldn't find our booking number so they said it was cancelled and they had only one room but twin bed room. After 2 hours waiting, only when we said we were going to call to expedia, they said would check again and then they found our booking number and they had a double bed room so the woman lied to us at first place. Last thing the shower was terrible... it aims to the window and you have to hold it so you have the take shower with one hand only...

トンサイベイに近い利便性と木造で雰囲気あるバンガローです。個人的にはプールと緑が見えるベランダが気に入りました。 総じてコスパが良い宿です。
