Estamos muy comprometidos con la naturaleza y el medio ambiente; principal razón por la que no ofrecemos habitaciones con aire acondicionado o con una iluminación muy intensa. El día de su llegada, al ingresar a su habitación nos informaron que su hijo les había ayudado a reservar el hotel; reconocieron que el error había sido por su parte y que aceptaban que no era una falla del nosotros, pues se les estaba entregando justamente con las especificaciones que se reservó. Retomando el tema de la comida, es muy subjetivo.Revisando nuestras reseñas, podrá encontrar que en su mayoría son de una gran satisfacción. Le recomendamos ampliamente para su próxima visita a Tulum, el tomarse el tiempo necesario para valorar y revisar lo que ofrece el lugar donde se vaya a hospedar. Cabe mencionar que el tema de la remodelación de la vía dentro del parque queda fuera de nuestras manos; a finales de noviembre se terminará la obra y el tráfico fluirá de mejor manera.Nuestra información es siempre clara y visible, ofrecemos experiencias para conectar con la naturaleza en un ambiente cálido.
