Un hôtel très bien placé, très propre et du personnel très professionnel au station S13, je suis ravie de ce séjour. Irina qui manage l’équipe de réception est très à l’écoute et soucieuse de satisfaire ses clients. Vrai professionnelle . Accueil charmant. Besoin d’un conseil, d’aide pour réserver un taxi ou autre ou vous déplacer à pied ou métro, Irina et son équipe font leur possible pour trouver le mieux. L’hôtel dispose d’une salle petit déjeuner et le petit déjeuner qui est un buffet est bien garni et diversifié. L’hôtel est propre. Ascenseur pour les étages.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstück, moderne, kreative Einrichtung, zentral gelegen. Zimmer war etwas klein, aber ansonsten passte Alles.

The property was located in a courtyard. I had to use google maps to find it. Arrived at noon, but they appear to be strict with the 2pm check-in. The room was very clean but relatively small, but for one person not bad. It also does not have air conditioning. And there were mosquitos in the room. Not within walking distance of the hermitage, Church of Spilled blood...unless you like long walks! For the price though... it’s a good deal.

This hotel was great for what I needed. Bed, TV, window, private bathroom. Breakfast included with 24 hour access to water and coffee. Entrance is through a locked courtyard so you do need to contact the hotel to get the code for the gate. Otherwise staff was helpful. Ten minute walk to both St Isaac's Cathedral and Spasskaya metro station (orange line, but blue line and purple line also stop at this station). Overall a nice location for all the major tourist stops.

Great service
Great staff makes the difference! We arrived very early at 6 o’clock in the morning and were able to take a shower and have breakfast right away. One of the breakfast ladies Tatiana made us feel special. Alisa at the FD was very helpful and gave us great advice and Svetlana helped with the taxi. Great location within walking distance from the local attractions. Breakfast was great ! Would definitely stay again!

На завтраках немного тесно. Хоть и есть расписание удобного времени, но все приходят, когда им удобно. Учитывая, что всем, примерно, удобно в одно время, то и создается небольшая толчея. Как вариант - разбивать время посещения. Не совсем сильный сигнал wifi. Но, возможно, так было только в нашем номере

They tried to charge me twice!
When I arrived, the hotel staff asked me to pay for my room. I was about to pay, but then I remembered to doublecheck my email, and I found out that I had already paid online through Hotels.com! When I told them that, they did not believe me, and asked me to send the confirmation to their e-mail. This was super shady, I cannot believe they were about to charge me twice. And they did not apologize. All in all the staff was rude and disinterested. Wifi sucked. The sink in the bathroom had a crack and the showerhead was hard to adjust, it would always try to bounce back. There were no lightproof curtains and the street was noisy wih traffic. Also, no toiletries in the shower (you could buy them, but the ones on offer didn't look like something I would want to pay extra for) The good parts: the location, definitely. The little kitchenette where you could get tea and coffee for free was nice. The breakfast wasn't spectacular, but wasn't bad either. There was plenty of food adn very tasty "sirniki" :D

Nice cozy hotel centrally located. Walking distance from center and many sights. Helpful and very friendly staff. The heating was excellent, the shower worked perfectly. Loved our room, 203. Simple, basic rooms but very well organized. Satisfactory buffet breakfast. Excellent VFM. We will return.

Praktisches Hotel direkt im Zentrum, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Metro ist auch gleich um die Ecke für die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die weiter weg sind. Frühstück super, Sauberkeit auch i.O. Zimmer war ziemlich kalt, wir bekamen aber auch Anfrage sofort zusätzliche Decken und ein Heizgerät. Auch bei Fragen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Erreichbarkeit war das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Hotel céntrico
Hotel sin ascensor pero de solo dos plantas. Acceso desde patio interior. Limpieza ok, equipamiento de la habitación aceptable (TV con USB) aunque al somier le faltaban un par de tablas del final y si te sentabas en la esquina, te hundidas. La ducha es cómoda y amplia. El personal amable aunque alguno no te hace mucho caso (el resto sí). Bien ubicado para ir andando y a 8 minutos del metro en el cruce de tres líneas.

Struttura accettabile, personale scortese.
La struttura è moderna, a due passi dal centro, in posizione molto comoda. La colazione non è particolarmente abbondante e la sala non è sufficientemente grande per il numero di stanze. La vera nota dolente è il servizio. Personale poco disponibile e tendenzialmente scortese. L'unica richiesta fatta era sulla possibilità di regolare l'aria condizionata in camera, e la risposta è stata: apri la finestra che aiuta. Receptionists costantemente al cellulare, che non rispondono neanche quando un ospite li saluta (tranne una ragazza di servizio l'ultimo giorno di permanenza).

L'aspetto positivo e' la posizione tenuto conto del prezzo, per il resto una delusione: l'esterno e' inquietante da non entrare nemmeno, l'ingresso altrettanto, la camera piccolissima anche se ho visto di peggio e la pulizia mi sembrava comunque accettabile. La cosa comunque non sanabile e' che la camera si trovava sulla strada, non c'era l'aria condizionata, la finestra non di poteva chiudere dato il caldo soffocante (ci siamo stati a fine luglio), avevamo la movida in parte al letto, un baccano terrificante, impossibile dormire.

Nice hotel during fifa world cup
Good hotel, very well located about 15 minutes walking from Hermitage. The hotel has new and confortable rooms. The entry of the hotel is not the nicer one but once you checked in you forget that small issue. Breakfast good enough although almost the same everyday.

A basic but very pleasant hotel, great location.
We had a pleasant stay with Station Hotel K43. It was clean, we had everything that we needed in the room and it was comfortable. There's a small but nice buffet breakfast every morning which changes each day. The location is great and very safe - walking distance to all of the main sites/ areas in St. Petersburg. Also the hotel is within a gated off courtyard but clearly signposted. The staff were very helpful, our tourist registration was completed overnight by the hotel and given to us the first morning. I would recommend this hotel and would also return.

コスパのいいホテル
マリンスキー劇場とエルミタージュ美術館の間くらいにあり、メトロの駅へも歩いていける距離なのでアクセスはとてもいいです。スタッフもロシアにしては愛想がよくて丁寧な対応でした。この値段のホテルとしては、かなり満足できると思います。

S is missing between O and T
It is a ho(s)tel renovated from a part of an apartment and actually it shouldn’t be called a hotel. I understand that it is typical accomodation of an old city, however, at least bedding and linen should be nice ones because good night sleep is the most important to guests. The room was very small and cold -there is just a double bed and no more space for anything. Friendly staff did their best but they couldn’t help with out dated facilities. 15 mins walk from metro. 20 mins walk from Kazan cathedral.

Good location, very helpful staff. Booked airport transfers for me which went very smoothly. Had use of kitchen to make tea and coffee (you might need to provide your own decaffeinated).

Проживал в номере 215 для двоих, на стене рядом с раскладным столом непонятно от чего подтёки, то ли сок, то ли даже не представляю от чего. Решетка радиатора, которая располагается на подоконнике была сломана, одно из выданных полотенец для лица было с пятном, некоторые следы неизвестно чего можно обнаружить и на кафеле, либо затирке в ванной. Что касается комплектации, из мыльных принадлежностей в вашем распоряжении будет туалетная бумага, мыло в дозаторе и полотенца, всё, поэтому стоит запастись заранее, либо докупать там по отдельности за дополнительную плату. Хотелось бы сказать, что посещал данный отель год назад и конечно же состояние было в разы лучше.

Excellent hotel for a skint student like myself
First of all, I would like to say that my experience with the staffs of the Station K43 was one of the best experiences out of all the hotels I had been to in my life. They were very nice, warm and were willing to help me with the directions. Rooms were tidy and very cozy with colourful decors, and the view wasn't all too bad either! One possible flaw I would like to point out is the room was quite chilly during the winter, but apart from that, it was all fine. It is just located 10-15 minutes walking distance from Sennaya Ploschad station and also very close to some beautiful palaces. The reason why I gave it a 4/5 rating, not 5/5 was because of the breakfast meal (which was included!!) I found it rather bland and bleh- but at the end of the travel it did not really matter to me because who wants to go out to look for a restaurant with a horrible hangover? But yeah, long story short - it is a very good hotel with reasonable prices. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I am going to St.Petersburg ever again in the near future. :)

Albergo nascosto ma centrale
Anche se molto nascosto e defilato l hotel gode di ottima posizione centrale . A 10 min a piedi puoi raggiungere il centro. Si trova in un buon quartiere con piccoli ristoranti. Il personale GIOVANE e ' molto disponibile e capace. L albergo è piccolo ma ben organizzato. Mobilio nuovo...minimal e pulito.Le stanze sono piccole ma confortevoli. Il bagno nella norma e abbastanza pulito. La colazione per noi italiani lascia a desiderare ma ci si accontenta. Nel complesso lo consiglio per qualità prezzo e posizione.

Bra för sitt pris!
Personalen var professionell, trevlig och pratade engelska. Receptionen var alltid bemannad. Rummet var rent, och badrummet var väldigt frächt. Var svårt att hitta till första gången (speciellt om man inte har internet!), och lite knepigt att komma in, men efter incheckning fick man en kod till porten och då var det inga problem. Vid incheckning fick man också kod till Wifi som fungerade utmärkt. Promenadavstånd till tunnelbana och Isakskatedralen, och lite längre promenad till nevskij prospekt. Helt okej hotellfrukost.

不推薦，入住強行收了2個人合共500盧布簽證費用。已解釋HONG KONG VISA FREE！以及在莫斯科和莫曼斯克入住都不用收此項費用。牆是用板子的，隔音太差。隔壁夫妻夜晚有動靜，我們的床跟著搖。不開心的入住體驗。
