thank you kindly for your review we dont have that many double beds we have more single use and we make the room as double if needed this is our bed system as for the mattresses every person has a different wish we try our best to be as accomodating keeping in mind we are only a small family hotel thank you for your time it was lovely to meet you.

dear sir it is such a shame you did not tell us at after check in the tv does work sorry and the room is exactly as described with external bathroom not inside for this low price and this location i did my best to welcome you and you seemed happy and okthere is a strict non smoking policy in my hotel and i ask people to adhere to it.sorry we could not help you further with kind regards

i had the worst experince with these guests they brougth a dog into my hotel without permission they did not want the room type they booked and wanted to have all for a very small amount of money sorry i could not please you in any way and it would have been better for us if you had left on the first day i am very clear about the room type i sell and what is in the room we make rules regarding animals and aminities for a reason with regret we could not please these guests they should have booked and paid for four star material

YOU got your dates wrong, with regret the dates you booked we waited for you and you only paid for the one night. not the full stay. we offered you new dates from sunday december 5th that you did not take, i am so sorry by writing this review and not even staying here is not fair or correct. we wish you a good day with kind regards
