It is really really bad hotel, bad personels, it not even one star, location is worst? Reception person Mustafa is a bad guy, it is not safe to stay in this hotel

Fiyatina gore fena sayilmaz. Oteldeji kedi yavrularini çok sevdim. Olumsuz tarafı, sigara iculen bir odaya denk gelmemiz oldu. Genel anlamda memnun kaldım.

Merhabalar , Öncelikle günlük kullanım için geldi iseniz otelimiz aile oteli buna çok müsait değil , diğer türlü giriş ve çıkış tarihi belirli bir rezervasyonunuz var ise giriş saati 14:00 tür. Daha erken geldiğinizde otelin müsaitliği varsa ve teyid aldı iseniz veya ücretini bir gün önceden ödedi iseniz odanız hazır olabilir , bunların dışında ise maalesef otelde yoğunluk varsa bu mümkün değildir. Bu kurallar her otel için aynıdır . Bu sebeple bu yorumunuzun içeriği emeğe karşı yapılan en sayğı dışı yorum , pandemi dönemi ve bizler bu dönem boyuncada açık , elimizden gelenden fazlasını ve verdiğiniz ücretin fazlasını hakkı ile vermeye çalışıyoruz.

Nice people running it, but this place was quite disappointing. Small rooms. We found several human hairs hanging on the towel rack in the bathroom. First night no bath towels and no blankets. Small, weak air conditioning that eventually operated effectively, but it took quite a while. Breakfast was a part of the room rate, and the breakfast was also unimpressive. It was not fresh...poor quality food. I think they found the cheapest vendor they could find and served it. We were there for three mornings and felt like we had to go out every morning to get a decent breakfast. Even just for a decent cup of coffee. The only thing this hotel was good for was sleeping (once the A/C got up to speed). The rest of the experience was cheap and sub-par. Like I said, nice people, but they don't know how to run a hotel.

If you do not put food in the room, ants will not come into the room. The hotel historic building is clean and reliable, moreover it has a garden. The ant will come if there is food and sugary things in the open, do not jump on the nerves of people paying three cents during this pandemic period by writing nonsense. It's like a very expensive hotel, your room is not cleaned or dirty, what are you talking about?

je recommande pas cette hôtel, l'hôtel ça correspond pas ce que on a vu sur les photo du site , très brouillon, le réceptionniste pas au top un mauvais accueil, je retournerais jamais dans cette hôtel, c'est horrible .😑

hello, when you come to the hotel you have received a standard room and we have given a deluxe room instead of the standard room. If you didn't know you were in, you would eat and drink alcohol every evening. entrance did not tell you 1 turkish male + 1 foreign lady (we did not get in the reservation), on the 3rd day at night at 22:00 you wrote a message to the hotel's e-mail address, hello I came, my room did not like and hours We came for breakfast at 10:29, because there wasn't much. I got you there to help you with the staff you got in the room that you bought (pictures one by one) but that's the room we gave. Then you came to have sex in our hotel family hotel, if you tell us this, I did not receive you and did not reply. You got out the next day, and this is your fault, it's not our fault. breakfast closing time of 10:00 summer time you come, not that late and the staff would not help if he does not talk to. If you did, we'd help. therefore we do not know how to refund the payment. if you didn't exit the mold properly.

Vi var nio personer som valde att boka en vistelse på 8 nätter. På bilder ser hotellet bra ut. Men tyvärr är verkligheten en ren besvikelse. Hotellet var inte alls bra. Skulle nog kunna säga det sämsta vi någonsin varit med om. Toaletterna är väldigt små, hotellet var så ofräscht att man hittade vägglöss i rummen, det var orent orent, man fick betala extra för omelett trots att frukost var betald, man fick betala extra för vatten trots att de hade skrivit att det ingick. Dessutom är personalen hänsynslösa och har absolut ingen uppfattning om vad service innebär. Vi blev aldrig utcheckade från hotellet och receptionisten kom i konflikt med oss när vi valde att lämna. Rekommenderar att hotels.com avbryter samarbetet med detta hotell.

The staff were very nice. Mustafa the front desk manager was very helpfull. Had a great time. Room at the additional property were not ready for occupancy. Mold in mattress. Shower and sink Brocken. Main building rooms were nice.

Hanım efendi merhaba , kandırıldık nedir !!! siz otele sormadan 11 tane odayı 1 gün önce almaya çalışıp yer yok dediğimiz halde bize inanmayıp 3 oda var dediğimiz halde internetten alıyorsunuz. Sonra kandırıldık ve aldığınız an sizi aradık lütfen iptal edin 11 odamız yok , yoksa başka yerde misafir etmek zorunda kalacağız diye. Asıl siz kaldırdınız iptal edeceğim dediğiniz halde , iptal etmediniz , gece geldi odalar ve zorla 3 ayrı yerde yer bulup daha yüksek ücret ödedik ve siz hala ayın 23 ü olmuş ödeme yapacaksınız. saygılar yinede , hata yapan sizsiniz , kandıran biz..

Das einzig Gute am Hotel war die Lage mehr auch nicht. Es fing schon bei der Ankunft am Flughafen an, dass unser gebuchter Transfer-Fahrer nicht aufzufinden war. Ich musste also telefonisch das Hotel kontaktieren, welches mir versicherte,dass der Fahrer ja genau dort mit einem Schild auf dem mein Name steht wartet. Ich war kurz davor ein Taxi zunehmen! Eine ganze Stunde habe ich mit dem Hotel hin und her telefoniert - auf meine KOSTEN, bis er mir irgendwann ein junges Mädchen geschickt hat, die mich zum Parkplatz brauchte, auf dem der Fahrer unbekümmert wartete. Eine Frechheit! Im Hotel angekommen ging das Drama weiter. Vor unserem Hotelzimmer im Flur war der Boden (Teppichboden wohlgemerkt!!) komplett durchnässt und mIt Handtüchen abgedeckt. In der Dusche befand sich in den Fugen Schimmel und auch ein Haar lag auf meinem Bett. An Ekel nicht mehr zu überbieten. Die ganze Einrichtung sah heruntergekommen aus. Flecken auf den Polstermöbel, die Schlaufengleiter der Vorhänger hingen zur Hälfte raus, so dass wir nur eine halbe Gardine zum bedecken des Fensters hatten. Und das beste: Schimmel am Käse vom Frühstücksbuffet. Hinzukommt ein unprofesioneller, unseriöser und ununterbrochen kaugummikauender Hotelmanager. FAZIT: NIE WIEDER

Schoon hotel in een rustige buurt
Een zeer schoon en nette hotel in een rustige buurt. Bezienswaardigheden zijn bijna allemaal op loopafstand. Ook de metro halte ligt op loopafstand. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden de 2 kamers op de begane grond. De keuken en restaurant bevinden zich op een verdieping lager. Het restaurant was ook altijd schoon. Het enige nadeel van de kamers op de begane grond, is dat de ‘kook’ geuren vanuit de keuken opstegen, waardoor de kamer bijna altijd stonk. Daar is verder niet veel aan te doen. Dus ik raad je aan om de kamers op de begane grond niet te nemen.

Cette hotel à besoin de rénovation, ne vous fiez pas aux photos, elles ont du être prise quand l'hotel a été contruit. J'ai eu deux chambre, les deux était délabré. Le papier peint ce décolle, moisissure dans la salle de bain, lumière qui ne marche pas, instalation éléctrique dangereuse, etc. Vraiment vous pouvais trouver mieux pour le prix que demande Kupeli.

Das hotel liegt zwar gut im Herzen von Istanbul und sehr nah zu Sultanahmet und Grande Bazar, jedoch der Aufenthalt war nicht wie es uns vorgestellt haben. Unser Raum war echt winzig. Das Badezimmer reicht nicht Mal für eine Person (wir hatten einen Baby, eine Dusche mit ihm war unmöglich) .... Das Zimmer wurde zwar jeden Tag gemacht, jedoch der Boden wurde nicht richtig staubgesaugt.... Das Frühstück ist okay (Toaster ist kapput) ... Unsere Meinung, das Hotel verdient nicht Mal einen Stern.

Wir kamen Mittags an und mussten erstmal 20 min. warten bis die Dame an der Rez. auf uns aufmerksam wurde obwohl wir von einem Herren um Geduld gebeten wurden. Mein Mann und ich hatten ein Doppelz. sowie unsere Tochte und meine Mutter. Als mein Mann die Koffer hochtrug, stellte er fest, dass der Boden klitschnass war (Teppichboden). Ich habe einen Herren an der Rez. angesprochen. Sie hatten keine weiteren Zimmer, daher musstne meine Mutter und meine Tochter eine Nacht in diesem Zimmer verbringen. Am näcxhsten morgen bin ich zu ihnen ins Zimmer und es roch sehr stark nach Feuchtigk. Nach dieser Nacht bekamen sie ein anderes Zimmer, welches auch sehr feucht roch. Schwarzer Schimmel hatte sich an den Rändern der Dusche gebildet.Der Lüfter war sehr laut. Welche Sache mich sehr wütend gemacht hat, ist das Verhalten der "Managerin" oder wer das auch immer war. Amnächsten Tag haben mein Mann und ich unserer SIM Karten ausgetauscht, um die Landeskarten zu nutzen. Da unsere SIM Karten sehr klein sind habe ich sie in den Aschenbecher gelegt. Als wir dann am Abend wieder in unser Zimmer kamen, habe ich ferstgestellt dass die Karten dort nicht mehr sind. Ich habe an der Rez. angerufen und mit der "Managerin" gesprochen. Sie sagte, dass die Zimmer gereinigt werden und natürlich auch die Aschenbecher ausgelehrt werden. Und jetzt kommt der Knüller. Sehr abwertdend fragte sie ob ich denn keine Hotelerfahrung hätte. Ich habe für alles Verständnis, aber nicht für Unfreundlichkeit...

hello, thank you for the comment. we do not have a fold floor room. there is only 1st floor. the room is going through the garden. Our hotel has two buildings already in the middle garden and restaurant. there is no chance of being a ground floor unfortunately. we do not understand why you get extra breakfast, cleanliness, staff, why you ignore them. The hotel is not like you see it on the site
Except the breakfast which was good, the staff were kind, but at the reception one of them was rough. The room was very small and not confortable.

Fatih bey merhaba , Öncelikle son dakika aldığınız bir rezervasyon ve en düşük standart fiyattan almışsınız. Tabiki bizim işimiz sizi rahat ettirmek ama üst kat istediğiniz için o an üs katta hangi oda müsait ise o oda size tahsis edildi. Bizde 20 m2 altında oda yok zaten odalar bölgeye göre hepsinden daha büyük . Daha farklı oda isteğiniz var ise size sunulan 5 seçenekten en düşüğünü seçip gereksiz olarak oteli kötüleyen yorum yapmazsınız. Tek etken oda m2 si değildir en azından , temizlik , konfor , personel , kahvaltı vb etkenleride degerlendirmek ve biraz daha kaliteli seyahat sever olmak lazım. YENİDEN BEKLERİZ. Nice Hotel with good Service and near to the basar
Very central Hotel which is clean and have a good Service Team but the Breakfast can be a lot better like juice or more selection of fresh fruits, but its also very cheap.

very nice hotel for staying over the weekend
It a nice hotel with very friendly staff they where very helpful with information. i would recommend it for people who want to spend some days in istanbul for shopping or over the weekend. but be ready to go uphills on your way to the trainstation. they have a nice breakfast and its a quiet neighborhood with a park just around the corner and some local stores and restaurants.
