주차장 무료 좋았고 빨래시설이 너무 낙후화되어있고 세탁실에 세탁기 추가 필요하다. 그리고 체크인 하는 시간이 너무 오래걸린다.

다시 경험하기 싫은 호텔
숙소는 매우 더럽고 침대 및 이불에는 여러가지 지저분한 자국이 남아있습니다. 옆방에서 잡음이 너무 크게 들리서 밤에 잠자기가 쉽지 않았으며, 한밤중에 경보가 울려서 깬적이 있습니다. 주변안 편안하지 않은 분위기입니다. 밤에 나가기가 무섭습니다. 다시는 경험하고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다. 모든것이 부적한 호텔입니다.

공항 근처 + 렌터카 이용 여행객에게 추천
공항이 가까워서 저녁에 도착해서 바로 숙박하기 편했습니다. 투숙객이 이용할 수 있는 무료 주차장 건물이 호텔 바로 뒤에 있습니다. 시설은 조금 오래돼 보이지만 침구 상태나 화장실 등은 청결했습니다. 호텔이 위치한 사거리 주변에 맥도날드, 스타벅스, KFC가 있어서 편리하게 이용했습니다. 호텔내에 투숙객을 위한 셀프 매점이 있는데 간단한 음료와 과일 등을 살 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 도심까지 거리가 있는데 공항 근처 숙박을 선호하거나 렌터카 이용하시는 분께 추천합니다.

공항 근처라 저녁이 되면 주변이 많이 한산하다는 게 약간의 단점이라면 단점이지만 전체적으로 머무는 동안 만족스러웠습니다.첫 날 머문 118호 방이 엘리베이터 소리가 너무 심해서 다음 날 방을 바꿨고 나머지 2박은 아주 편안한 수박이었습니다.공항까지 차로 10분 거리에 있고 룸상태도 깔끔하고 그릇이나 식기 세척기도 구비되어 있어 식사를 직접해서 먹기에도 좋은 조건이었습니다.공항에서 가까운 거리를 원한다면 단연 추천하는 호텔이며 다음에 엘에이에 가게 된다면 다시 묵고 싶은 곳입니다

I totally recommend this hotel.

This hotel is way better than motel 6 very clean and a nice staff!,market and food are within walking distance. I love staying here when I’m in Los Angeles,I highly recommend staying here it’s totally worth it.

Everything was great really just some couple next door was being loud n blasting music and then arguing but call the front desk n they took care of it which was great. Honestly feel like th3 police should have been called just to be in the safe side considering ahe said he hit her.

Very clean
Very clean and convenient hotel. Had a great stay. Location was great. Stovetop and kitchen came equipped with the necessities. It would’ve been helpful to have a knife and cutting board in the kitchen and a few more utensils. Also the free laundry was great!

There were cockroaches in my room!! No bedding in the room for the sofa bed I had to walk down to front desk and wait for them to be done with another complaint from another guest to get the bedding. No ice machine or vending machine had out of order on front. Told me I could walk across to another hotel to get ice. Elevator smelled of marijuana, unrelated to the two people in the front smoking marijuana at the table for all guests like that’s appropriate. Horrible!

The room was clean but service could be improved.
The room was clean but service was slow. They also forgot to activate my key cards and when i called them....i had to go back to the front desk for them to activate them and carry my luggae back down from the 4th floor.

Faucets were leaky and beds weren't very comfortable. They did have signs up saying they were renovating, so hopefully that'll be fixed eventually. Room seemed clean and smelled good. It had a little kitchenette, which was cool.

The property was great for what I needed it for which was just a night after an eventful day. No bad things to say about it except that you could tell that from the amount of people and foot traffic the hotels in that area due to the 6 day concert run at Sofi stadium there just wasn’t enough time to get everything super clean and shiny. But I would definitely stay here again.

I was able to check in early before 3pm. Jose (manager) was very pleasant and able to get me a room right away after a long drive. He was also able to find my IHG number and provided it on paper. The other female staff (can’t remember her name) was also pleasant. Their greetings made me feel welcome. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. The room was clean and complete with necessary essentials. The location was great, surrounded by various food establishments. There is also a security outside giving the sense of ease and safety. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Please keep up the great customer service and friendly staff.

This was just right
I booked this hotel due to the rating it's received on Hotels.com, the price, and its proximity to SoFi Stadium. I was very please with this hotel. I was only staying one night and it had more than I needed to enjoy my stay. I liked that there was a secured parking lot and that parking was free. The fact that the room had a kitchen was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again if I ever had to attend another event at SoFi Stadium.

Love the cleanliness of the hotel and staff was really pleasant. Obviously the hotel pride on services as signs are everywhere notifying guests on work progress that you don’t see but if you look closely, work is being done.

I did not like the set up of the bed where you have to get out of bed on the wall with about 9 inches before you hit the wall. I loved everything else.

Besides the facility being marginal at best, please know if you book here, your room won't be cleaned until AFTER you leave! I was shocked to return to my room and found it hadn't been cleaned. I was told by the front desk clerk That the rooms are only cleaned once a week and that since the hotel is an extended stay, they don't clean the rooms daily. That's disgusting and for that reason alone I'll never book again.
