당황했지만 좋은 경험.
예약이 다 찼다고 해서 당황했지만 바로 옆에 4성 호텔로 바꿔주었으며, 무료 저녁을 제공하였습니다. 전체적으로 매우 친절했습니다.

Ich hatte einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt im LP Los Portales Hotel in Cusco, das seine Kategorie in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels und der Komfort des Bettes waren herausragend. Besonders beeindruckend war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, die unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machten. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – zentrumsnah und gut erreichbar, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Inka-Sonnentempel direkt aus dem Hotelfenster. Zusätzlich gab es gratis Wasser und ein sehr gutes Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Das Hotelrestaurant war von 10 bis 22 Uhr geöffnet und bot exzellente lokale Küche. Der einzige kleine Nachteil waren die dünnen Wände und Fenster, die viele Geräusche durchließen, was jedoch angesichts der vielen positiven Aspekte leicht zu übersehen war. Insgesamt bietet das LP Los Portales eine fantastische Unterkunft für jeden Cusco-Besucher.

Stayed as LP Los Portales for our last two nights in Cusco. Got a fairly large, clean and quiet room at the back of the hotel. Staff were great and the free breakfast was good enough for us. It's a short walk from the main square which we actually preferred due to it's quieter location.

I would love to give this hotel a higher rating but the noise being stuck in an inside facing room was ridiculous. Anytime someone walked into the atrium I could hear everything they were saying. Beds are not comfortable at all.

The hotel is perfect as it’s centrally located. A short walk to town centre and Wanchaq station. The staff were very helpful from the reception down to the house keeping. I would recommend it.

Absolut fantastisk
Absolut fantastisk hotel. Beliggenheden er fin og centralt små 7 min på gåben til Plaza de Armas. Skønt værelse og skøn deco på hele hotellet. Personalet så skønne og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden helt i top. Vil klart bor igen anbefaler på det varmeste.

Great Location
Great location close to everything we wanted to do during the stay. No air conditioning…. Start of summer. With windows open too much noise from restaurant and interior courtyard. Front desk brought us a fan, which helped somewhat.

Great property, convenient and clean. However, the front rooms sit right off a noisy street and with no AC you have to leave your windows open making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, excellent visit.
