Place awful roaches in the dinning room. A big one in the gym, beds mattress very poor quality, very uncomfortable, holes on the wall. Front desk people give wrong information…. No good

Avoid this place.
The desk service was poor. I asked for an extra pillow and the women looked as if I was putting her out. Never got that pillow after she said she would send it. I asked for hangers and an extra key card for myself and had to call back twice. The bed was old and hard and I couldn't sleep. Furniture was sparse. Finally checked out early. We were told because we reserved through Hotels.com there would be no refund. Avoid this place like the plague.

Airport shuttle was one of the amenities I filtered in when choosing but found out this hotel no longer had it. It should have been removed from the site as that was why I chose it.

No es el mejor hotel en que me he quedado pero tampoco el peor. Me resolvió que necesitaba hacer una diligencia en la capital y no quería gastar mucho. Lo que sí estuvo fatal fue el desayuno....malisimo

Mal porque hice la reservacion por Hoteles.com y me salió en la aplicación por 27.00 dólares con el impuesto eran como 29 y sencillo en fin si yo ya tenía una reserva por un monto porq me aumento si no la cancele en fin la resepcionista que me atendió no estaba capacitada para el puesto

Great quality/price hotel
Good location, very near to the main touristic places of Panama City. The breakfast was the same every day, but good. Beds in good condition, bathroom in good condition but it could be better having more towels. It was a great quality/price choice in Panama City.

A única vantagem é a localização. A nota 7.2 no Trip nap condiz com a estrutura do hotel. Muito ruim.

O Hotel é simples e me atendeu no básico, estava retornando do Caribe e quis ficar 1 dia no Panamá e conhecer um pouco da cidade, não espere luxo, porém é um local agradável e o quarto é grande, com o básico para um hotel, ar condicionado, wi-fi, etc..., fica no centro, bem localizado. Se estiver com uns dólares sobrando vá para o hotel de táxi o transfer que eles oferecem é sofrível, passa em mil lugares e te deixam esperando no aeroporto.

I want my money to be returned, because if this does not happen was to go to justice for moral damages and also disclose on the social networks the poor service of this hotel. I booked two days so my family could rest and have breakfast. delea's flight arrived before 7 am and the transfer took more than two hours to pick them up at the airport. When they arrived at the hotel they learned that they would have to leave the hotel at 13.30 pm because they would not have moved later, and their flight would only be at 20.00 hours. That is, I paid two days for their comfort and one of the guests is already over 65 years old to only stay 4 hours in the hotel. I will sue if this shipment does not return my money

La habitación muy buena, diria excelente para el precio, limpia y céntrico. El unico detalle es que transporte que ofrecen del aeropuerto al hotel es otra empresa (intermediario) espere 1 hora para poder salir al hotel (pudo haber sido mas) ya que solo sale con cierta cantidad mínima de pasajeros y los va repartiendo por todos los hotel que tengan convenio con esta empresa. llame al hotel durante esa espera y me atendieron muy mal que no eran responsable por la espera. Y el transporte del hotel al aeropuerto si es muy puntual a ciertas horas fijas pagando 2 dolares por persona.Del mismo modo busca a varios pasajeros de varios hoteles y luego va al aeropuerto.

The location is great. The property needs updating in many ways starting with the rooms. There needs to be more attention to detail. I found things in drawers that should have been cleaned out and breakfast could have been better. The staff was very friendly except for check-in, they couldn't find my reservation...
