Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean. Location was near alot of things as well. My daughter and i had the pool to ourselves that day which was nice. We'll definitely stay here again

The property was nice and kept up . The staff were friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. We planned to go swimming but the pool was flooded do to someone leaving the water on so they shut it down but other than that 9/10 only because we didn’t get to swim and we booked to take our baby swimming .

We stayed two nights and it was so noisy up stairs, it kept us up all night both nights. We alerted the staff and nothing happened. The tile floor in our bathroom was very sticky, we had to lay towels down to walk through the bathroom and ask for more towels. There was nothing done about the sticky floor or the noise.

My husband said this is the best hire breakfast that we’ve ever had. The checkin clerk complained of being tired when we arrived. We were tired too at a 9 pm checkin with 2 small kids. The cleaning lady came into our room without knocking which seemed a little strange, but quickly left. There was randomly a wash cloth jammed into the top of the bathroom door frame so it would stay fully open. It was obviously dried while dirty. I think these are all just odd coincidences, and I would stay here again. So much of Little Rock is in dangerous areas and this felt safe.

I travel to this area a couple of times a year and I wouldn’t stay here again. The room had what looked like blood splatter on the wall, cracked floors showing the cement underneath, expired (by a year!) coffee in the room, and I could hear every single sound. One night, I didn’t sleep until 2am due to constant footsteps and doors. When adjacent doors shut, my bed literally moved. One of the loudest hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast wasn’t good. The bagels were so old, they were rock hard. I threw them away. The meat option wasn’t very warm two days in a row. I stopped eating it after the first two days. It’s a shame because it’s a good location and the staff seemed friendly.

No one is at the front desk after 8pm. If you try to check in late or call they don’t answer the phone. However the one guy we did talk to when we were there was very nice. However about 6am I tried to find someone at the front desk on no one was there and never came for 45 min

Wonderful!
The staff was very accomidating to me and my family! Anytime we had a request they were super quick with making sure our needs were met. The meals tasted wonderful along with the hospitality. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

Overnight front desk clerk was less than friendly.
- We were driving all the way from South Padre Island, TX to Little Rock, AR and had anticipated a late check-in at the hotel. Because of that, we had called the hotel in the AM of 29-DEC and spoken to Lisa. She had assured us that it would not be any problem for the late arrival, and it was a common scenario. - However, the overnight front-desk clerk was less than friendly. She would not open the main door upon arrival (at ~1 AM on 30-Dec) after ringing the doorbell multiple times. Additionally, she had cancelled our reservation prematurely stating that no one had informed her of our late arrival. Further, she was very rude, would not listen and forced us to purchase a new stay at a higher rate. She neither cared about our existing reservation nor how tired we were after a long day of driving. It felt like she was trying to take advantage of our situation. - On the other hand, the morning staff (Lisa and another lady) were very friendly and professional. They were able to totally understand our situation and reverted the transactions to honor our original reservation.

Very clean and large room. Nice hot and cold breakfast buffet choices. In a nice area and convenient to main road. Very friendly staff.
