Overall great, but extremely slow wifi
The area was great to look around. The residence was very specious and comfortable. The big disappointment we had was no wifi in the residence. It was supposed to be working but it didn’t work at all during our entire stay (for three days)

5명이서 여행하느라 큰 방이 필요했고 어짜피 먹고 다니는 여행이라 관광지에 있을 필요가 없어 신천지에 숙소를 잡을 마음으로 검색하고 처음 검색뜨는 곳에 예약했는데요.....일단............... 나는 먹는게 중요하다, 어짜피 택시 탈꺼다, 비싼 동네도 상관없다 하시면 가세요. 치안 괜찮고 집 깨끗하고 뷰 좋습니다. 물론~ 그 근처의 안다즈나 다른 하이브랜드 호텔들에 비해 서비스는 떨어집니다만..(컨시어지 기대하지 마시고..) 장소만 빌려서 가족 또는 친구들과 모여서 편하게 지내시긴 딱입니다.

3베드룸 선택해서 어른 3 아이3 묶었어요 시설대만족합니다! 다만 영어 못하는 직원들도 있습니다. 임시정부 보러갔는데 진짜 가까워요 :) 가격이 좀 비싸지만 한국에서는 이 가격에 이런 호텔 못 가보죠. 수영장 작지만 쾌적한데 엄 깊어요. 25층에서 묶었는데 야경 끝장입니다. 다만 침대가 높이가 있어서 어린아이들만 자다가 떨어졌어요 초등 1,3학년인데 다치진 않았지만 자다가 남편이 잠깨서아이들 옆에서 쪽잠 잤어요

Huge 2-Bed, 2-Bath Apartment
Our two-bedroom unit was huge - with the extra study room with a sofabed, it could actually be considered a 3-bedroom unit. With a full kitchen and large living/dining area, there was more that enough space for our family of 7. The location was excellent, the building compound had a gate that exits directly across the street from Xintiandi, one of the best walking/eating areas in Shanghai. Several metro and bus stops were also close by, and main thoroughfare Huai Hai Road was less than a 5-minute walk away. Although the floors and shelving were made of dark wood, making the place look slightly dated, the furnishings and kitchen were all modern, and the entire apartment was very clean. There were some issues with our hot water, but was resolved the next day - unfortunately, because this is a serviced residence, and not a full-service hotel, there was no housekeeping/engineering 24/7, but the reception team was gracious enough to give us keys to an empty room on the same floor where we could avail of the shower with working hot water. For such a huge space, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was the price of a single hotel room in this pricey neighbourhood. Excellent value!

設備、ロケーション最高です。家族向けサービスアパートなので例えば五人家族とかの場合でも一部屋に滞在できるので結構安く滞在できます。ホテルだと通常定員が四人で二部屋借りないとダメで高額になります。場所がいいですが物価はめちゃくちゃ高いですしコンビニも遠いです。アプリでフーマやワイマイ出来るようにするとものすごくコストを抑えられます。その分夜いいレストランに行けます。プールも広くてお子さん連れて観光とリゾート両立させたい場合は最高だと思います。

The location was very convenient (French Concession) for shopping and transportation. The rooms were very spacious and great views from every room of Shanghai. The pool was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The fact that it has no real food options makes it a bit difficult especially for non-Chinese speaking tourists. There are delivery places but you need Alipay and Chinese is almost always required. Even something simple such as a vending machine with cup of noodles would have been good. Overall recommend especially if you want an apartment type place to stay with kitchen and laundry.

Hotel room was spacious, we heard kids upstairs running whole night and responded to manager, they changed a room for us the 2nd day. Service was good.

Nice family stay
Located near the nice area of French Concession, this property served us well as a family with two children. Daily Housekeeping was quite thoughtful although one shouldn’t expect frills like chocolate on beds. Since it is not a hotel, room service etc is not available. However, the round-the-clock front desk staff try to go the extra mile to help you order food etc. if you’re not on WeChat or local apps. Overall, we enjoyed our stay of 8 nights here!

Excellent location,rude housekeeping
Excellent location. Conciege was very nice and helpful. But the housekeeping guy was rude and impolite. I asked them to bring up two bottled water as they didn't do so while making up the room. One guy brought up the bottled water with dirty long face and rude attitude. In addition, it's quite mean to provide two bottled water per day for a family suite with five guests. According to conciege, it's their policy to provide two bottles a day no matter how many guests are staying. I'm sure bottled water doesn't cost much but it would be nice and convenient for us to have them at the room.
