집바로 앞에 트램이랑 버스 다다니고 반화가랑 가까워요 호스트분도 친절하시고 스탭도 친절합니다 조식도 괜찮아요 화장실이 공용이긴하지만 가격대비 훌륭합니다^^ 강추해요 호스트분이 제일 좋아요 짱친절^^*

전체적으로 만족 스럽습니다:) 가성비 좋아요!
위치가 좋아요! 호메르시우광장이나 호시우 광장 등 주요 명소가 걸어서 10분 내외예요! 조식도 종류가 많지는 않았지만 맛있었습니다!! 저희는 잠자리 예민한 편도 아니고 너무 피곤해서 바로 잠들어서 괜찮았는데 바로 앞에 트램이 다니고 술취한 사람들이 지나다녀서 밤새 조금 시끌시끌하긴 해요~

대성당과 정말 가깝고, 큰 방을 받아서 그런지 정말 편했음 조식 서비스를 받았는데 갖가지 종류의 빵과 우유, 시리얼을 먹었는데 정말 맛있었음 그리고 정말 쾌적했음 하루밖에 못 머문 게 아쉬운 곳

아침에 화장실 두군데 중에 한곳이 뜨거운물이 안나와서 당황스러웠습니다.. 트램소리와 사람들 코고는 소리가 너무 크게 들리더라구요. 그거말고는 다 괜찮았습니다. 조식도 괜찮도 직원들 정말 친절해요

The host is great. We are in an area that is in the heart of the city and super walkable to many places that are of great interest. This little square that we are in is full of fun things to see, including a ceramics shop that is full of handmade products and a great all day breakfast place called Dear Breakfast.

Very central location. My room was at the back of the building into a quiet backyard. Everything was clean and good kitchen facilities with everything you need were inside the room. The reception was so kind to keep my luggage the next day, when I wanted to have a look around before moving to the airport. From the nearest seaside metro station it is just a few minutes to walk. The famous Lisbon street car passes not far from the house as well.

Staff were excellent, super helpful and friendly. An excellent location just a short walk from the castle, restaurants and squares. Having a kitchen to use was great too. A little noisy, but in the middle of alfama and the 28 tram runs right by.

Ça allait bien pour dormir. La localisation dans l'Alfama : bien. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la "cuisine" qui n'était pas tres sympa. Manque de lumiere dans ce logement, pas tres sympa, mais il est vrai que ca allait puisque nous ne faisions que dormir. C'etait pas cher.

Unfortunately the accommodation was very dirty. The walls at the shower were covered by black dirt. The floor was dirty as well, after taking a shower and directly going to the bed my feet were black. We kindly asked the receptionist if they could clean our room, but nothing happened. I really wouldn’t recommend this accommodation because you will not get what you see on the pictures. The only good thing about this stay is the location.

Das Bad war voller Schimmel - alle Wände waren voll mit sichtbaren Schimmel und die ganze Unterkunft roch nach Chlor. Einfach schrecklich und höchst unangenehm. Ich habe mich hier sehr unwohl gefühlt und würde niemanden diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen - die guten Bewertungen täuschen nur. Zum check-out war auch kein Personal anwesend. So eine schlechte Hotelerfahrung hatte ich bisher noch nie - sehr schade. Einzig Gute war die sehr zentrale Lage.

The area is ideal! The room worked well enough for our needs. The facilities were a little run down, and the floor could have used a sweep, but everything worked, and we felt safe. No major complaints.

This property was right next door to a restaurant that played live Fado music. The lady at the front desk went over and beyond and knew the city well. She was such a joy and worked really hard. Her and the cleaning lady took care of us at another restaurant. The bathrooms were cleaned immediately.

We knew that we were not expecting the ritz, but this was extremely poor. The “suite” we were in had no working sockets to start with, there was no air conditioning as advertised and the shower had insulation foam sticking out of it. This was a bad choice on our part.

No recognition as hotels.com booking that included upgrade,a drink, early and late checkout. EXTREMELY noisy due to rooms being in the reception area you hear every loud word the receptionist speaks.Unfortunately she is just has a loud voice. Insist to pay price difference to have a quiet room. Seriously the worst hospitality I encountered in traveling for 30 yrs. Place is run down too. Just avoid. The bathroom had mould, and I didnt use the shower. Fire extinguisher has no hose. This place is a fire trap. Apparently all guesthouses are noisy,thats not trure just this one due to poor layout of the reception and rooms. It appears that this place needs an inspection from relevant government agencies due to fire safety and how the rooms are made.

The room was very smelly the first night, we got used to it after the seccond. The fourniture wasn't confortable, there wasn't enough place to put all the clothes on it. The share bathroom was ok but when you take a shower, the floor gets all wet. There wasn't a frequent cleaning. Also, there were water leaks all over the place and after a few days, nobody repear it. The place is very well located, near the cathedral, the main square, chiado and the train stations.
