훌륭한전망 맛있는 저녁 외진 위치
고도가 높은곳에있어 전망이 좋습니다. 스텝들도 친절하고 시설도 불만없었습니다. 저녁식사도 맛있었고요. 다만 조식이 좀 부실한느낌이었고 구글네비로 찾아갔는데 위치가 좀 다르게등록되어있어서 산길을 좀 헤메여야했습니다.

멋진 view
찾아 가는데는 약간의 어려움이 있고 어둡가전에 도착해야 할 것 같은 위치에 있지만 너무나도 멋진 풍광이 모든걸 잊게해 준다. 직접 농장에서 생산되는 올리브등으로 주비된 아침식사는 정말 훌륭합니다.아시시와의 연결성도 괜찮고 주인의 친절하고 편안한 분위를 만들어 주심을 감사드립니다

찾아가는 데 약간 고생은 했지만 그럴만한 가치가 있는 호텔
늦게 도착하는 바람에 어두운 산길을 잠시동안 헤매다가 도착했다. 안내판 몇 개가 더 있었으면... 한적한 농장, 아시시 시내가 내려다 보이는 환상적인 경치. 이 곳에 온 최초의 한국인일 것이라는 기대는 금새 무너졌다. 식당에서 본 동양인이 얘기를 나눠보니 한국인.

The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking! The staff were friendly and fun and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A beautiful, rustic place to stay, linger and savor the majesty of the the Italian countryside. So glad we found this place to stay just outside of Assisi.

We booked because of the exceptionalities reviews on Expedia - our expectations were high - quite simply, this is not a property to stay at during the low season. Location is spectacular - the access to Assisi is perfect - unfortunately nothing that was promised was experienced except the stunning view. A key left with a note was all we got in terms of service and ammenities. Like I say...imagine summer time is spectacular - but not our experience.

This was such a tranquil & beautiful place. The staff were friendly & very accommodating. The rooms comfortable & well appointed. The food, mostly produced in house was divine! After the hustle & bustle of Firenze it was a god send!

Book at least two nights
I departed La Mandrie wishing I had booked more than one night. What a relaxing and tranquil experience! From the resident dog, Tom, to the waitstaff, friendliness abounds. My room was charming and spotless, and the pool was perfect. I particularly enjoyed the outstanding food at dinner and breakfast. The choices were extensive and the quality of ingredients exceptional. My waiter was thoughtful enough to quietly surprise me with a birthday candle on my dessert, which is a fine example of the authentic but discreet level of service you can expect at La Mandrie. I look forward to my next visit!

Endearing Hotel and Restaurant
This place oozes charm. The restaurant offers an unforgettable farm to table experience that guests but also locals enjoy. The hotel rooms are spacious with good bathrooms and showers. The beds are comfy and the views are amazing. The drive up to to the hill top is steep but worth it. Highly recommend staying here.

A pleasant place to relax
We had a lovely stay, very friendly staff and excellent food. It was pleasant to sit outside and unwind after sightseeing. The view from the pool & patio is gorgeous. They are within easy reach of Assisi, Perugia and many other sights.

Stunning Farm Hotel
This hotel on the outskirts of Assisi, high in the hills is a slice of heaven. We were treated like family upon our arrival. Dinner was spectacular- it is perfect for a getaway after a physical work-out walking the streets of Assisi. I highly recommend.

Out of the ordinary stay
This was a nice break from traditional hotel stay. The drive up the mountain to the hotel was long and at times narrow but the view was worth it. Staff very accommodating

Charming Farmhouse
We visited in the spring and it was perfect. There were wild flowers everywhere, roses were blooming and the air smelled incredible. This farmhouse is over 1000 yrs old, so if you are looking for shiny and new, this isn't your place. If you are looking for a unique, rustic, restful place, this is it. I wish we could have stayed longer. If you go, you must have dinner in their restaurant; their food is perfection!

Worth the ride.
Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious also. The view was outstanding. Both our dinner and breakfast were delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Fabulous farm hotel with gorgeous views of Assisi
We arrived by taxi from the train station and were immediately awed by the peaceful beauty of the surroundings, then delighted by the warm welcome given to us by Julia and John, and thrilled by the gorgeous view from the window of our spacious, comfortable suite. We enjoyed 2 terrific gourmet breakfasts and dinners in the lovely, rustic dining room, warmed by a blazing fire. On arrival, we had mentioned to Julia that we were celebrating our anniversary, and that evening we had a complimentary pre-dinner wine; then later, were presented with a special anniversary dessert! When we inquired about taxi service into town, John willingly called and arranged for such. The kitchen staff were equally accommodating and pleasant. Overall, our stay at Le Mandrie di San Paolo Farm Home was a truly wonderful, memorable experience!

Beautiful Location, A family welcome
This place is a Gem! Our experience here is one we never forget! It has a stunning view and a relaxing homey feel that is like nowhere else. The restaurant was wonderful and people came from all over on the weekends to eat there.

SEHR SCHÖN GELEGEN; MITTEN IM OLIVENHAIN, zu kalt für diese Jahreszeit, leider, Zimmer sehr schön, aber kein Sonnenstrahl wurde reingelassen. Ansonsten Bedienung freundlich, aber der Preis war für diese Jahreszeit zu hoch! Noch keine Sessel im Garten am Pool, dadurch sollte die Übernachtung billiger sein. In der Gegend war sonst alles billiger.

Great help from Alex!
We couldn't climb the hilly, muddy road after a big thunderstorm with amanual rental car. Alex came for us & got us a parking spot halfway up. Then returned us thenext day. Wonderful place that I wish we'd had more time to enjoy.

A Highlight of Our Trip!
A friend and I stopped at LeMandrie for just one night, but this beautiful hotel, with its warm hospitality and gorgeous location, was a real highlight of our two weeks in Italy. Alessandro and the rest of the staff could not have made us feel more at home. The room was lovely (modern and clean), the food was delicious, and the bonus of a visit to their olive oil mill made this a time I will never forget. I am recommending it to all of my friends if they head to Italy! The only downside is that it is not closer to the town of Assisi, making it difficult if you want to go back and forth but have no car (taxi available, but a bit pricey). I would love to visit again someday, and stay right on the farm for a few days just to relax and swim! Don't hesitate to visit this little piece of heaven in the Umbiran countryside!!!

Located in the olive groves on the mountain side above the umbrian plain provides fantastic views and amazing sunsets . Alex and Andrea are very welcoming and are passionate about the food and service they provide. Very accomodating - and helpful. great location for Assisi and Perugia

Fantastic place
Alex, the owner, was incredibly helpful and welcoming and the agritourismo was stunning. Incredible views, beautiful, wholesome organic food and oil and so near to Assissi which was amazing. Highly recommend.

What a magic place to overnight
This farm stop on the Mountain was just wonderful. From our first greeting to when we very sadly left it was just magic. Room was well set out and service great. We had dinner at Restruant which was very well presented. View was wonderful would recommend it to anyone .

Nice location on Mt. Subasio
Le Mandrie is a historic 11th c. building on a stunning mountainside between Assisi and Spello. The location requires a car to access, as it's about a mile up the hill all told. The best part is the wonderful family who own and run the place (special props to Alex!), the wonderful views and the quiet respite of being on a working Umbria farm. The rooms were very spartan (just a loveseat and table, no coffee table or comfy chairs); wifi was spotty; and the kitchenette was just a two burner stove with pots, but no utensils or silverware to work with, so we sadly didn't end up cooking anything (we love to do that!) I'm sure they'd have lent us some if we asked, but it would have been better to just have them there already. They said they only had one bottle opener on the property when we asked about borrowing one. Regardless, if you like to get off the beaten track while being only 10 minutes to Assisi and the highway, this is a wonderful place with a great deal of charm. Mt. Subasio is a magical hill too!

An experience you will never forget.
We received high quality service from a dedicated and caring staff. The owner is down to earth, personable, and truly committed to making his guests feel right at home. The restaurant is a 5 stars winner, the atmosphere was relaxed and everyone including the guests made it that way.. We ate there every night. Beautiful hill top location with an outstanding view of the valley in Assisi. Convenient location to visit all of the surrounding Umbria hill towns. Nice size pool. I would go back there in a minute!

Outstanding!
Our stay was nothing less than outstanding and excellent! We had a beautiful, large, clean room with a wonderful view of the valley below Assisi. Their service was outstanding. Although English was not a first language, everyone made the fullest effort to meet our every need. And Talking with Alex, the owner, was really great. The building and farm has a great history and goes back over 1,000 years. Their restaurant is also outstanding and very reasonably priced.

Lo adoro è stato un weekend veramente bello, la location è spettacolare, la colazione ottima i prodotti serviti sono tutti fatti da loro, hanno un azienda agricola, producono farina quindi pane fantastico dolci e biscotti, olio e prodotti agricoli. la location è nuovissima e tenuta con cura, pulitissima
