Loved it
I I took myself out to a nice weekend… I stayed in one of the deluxe rooms so that I could have a large balcony to myself. It was lovely I didn’t really leave the hotel for the whole weekend. The service was great, always checking in if everything was good on my end. The food was great and there was a ton of options. I really truly enjoyed myself and I will be back soon.

Perfect and helpfull staff, breakfast with lot of choices. Place needs refurbishment - after rain lot of leaks basically everywhere - lobby, dining hall, rooms, etc.

Très grand buffet au petit-déjeuner et au repas du soir, très copieux, beaucoup de choix. On avait réservé des chambres vue mer mais en fait on a eu une vue latérale sur la mer. Elles donnaient sur le côté fête foraine 🎡 et du coup c’est bruyant la nuit. Personnel très efficace. Jolies piscines. La plage est soi-disant pour les clients de l’hôtel mais tout le monde y va. L’emplacement de l’hôtel permet de longer la mer et faire des boutiques. Pas assez de places dans le parking souterrain de l’hôtel .

Average - Need improvement in certain areas
Excellent location, very close to red sea and free lounge chairs to use for guests. Nice warm heated pool. Although beds are comfortable, hotel room is dated and definitely need a refresher wifh new tiles and counter top and re-grout. Can see all the dirt and grine on grouts and some cracked tiles in bathroom. Housekeeping need to do an inspection after cleaning. Apparently toiletries such as shower gel and such, which were completely used up the day before, need to be replenished. Room was not vacuumed well and tiday, including table top and bathroom surfaces are not wiped clean. Can improve in this area. The ladies working in front desk are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work; however, the concierge staff are unfriendly. No greetings except stare downs. Does not give us the welcoming feeljng. Also we asked to borrow adhesive tape to secure a carry-on souvenir. Front desk advised only concierge has it. When we approached conceige and asked, we got a long stare down and no response. Finally we asked again, staff appwars disgruntle and unwilling to part with it and remains irritated. This is not the attitude we expect from a branded hotel. Staff needs a refresher customer training or not be in front line service. Negative attitudes, unpolished demeanor and unfriendliness give the hotel guests like us a negative experience of the hotel. Not totally sure if we want to stay at same hotel next time we visit because we paid US $200+ per night and somewhat disappointing.

Excellent séjour! Tout y est pensé pour que ce soit parfait! L’emplacement est exceptionnel, avec un accès direct à la promenade et à la plage, aménagée avec parasol, transats, douches, eau potable... L’hôtel est très joli et extrêmement bien entretenu, la piscine magnifique! Les repas copieux et variés et chacun y trouvera son goût! Bref, une envie: y revenir très vite!

King Bed Junior Suite with loud music outside until 2:10 AM (yes, 2:10 AM), called front desk 1:30 AM, they argued that it’s not their property, not their fault. Security then came to my room at 2:00 AM to “see how loud it is.” This property had plenty of families and young children. Checked out a day early (not reimbursed — again, not their fault). Strongly advise against this hotel.

Check in muito demorado. Hotel muito sujo. Corredores de passagem imundos. Restaurante nao é limpo com frequência. Funcionários grossos. Quase ninguém fala inglês ou hebraico. Tive uma péssima experiência no hotel. Após muito conversar com a gerência do hotel, eles resolveram trocar a minha família de hotel

Wir haben unsere Israel Reise mit einem Aufenthalt in Eilat abgeschlossen und im Hotel Leonardo ein wunderbares Hotel für alle Aktivitäten gefunden. Die Lage war perfekt. Der große Pool mit genügend Liegen und wunderschönen Palmen, die davor liegende Promenade mit zahllosen Geschäften und der angrenzende Meereszugang bieten für alle Urlaubsgäste das gewünschte Ambiente. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Buffet war morgens wie abends hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! Manchmal gab es in der Hotelbar live Musik am Abend. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist auch ein Besuch des nur 7 km entfernten Elat Underwater Observatory - nur selber schnorcheln ist vielleicht noch schöner (kann man am Coral Beach Nationalpark machen - Schnorchelausrüstung kann geliehen werden). Am Hotelstrand gibt es leider keine Korallen. Einziges Minus - es gibt keine schönen Strände in Eilat - brauner grober Sand mit Steinchen dazwischen. Dafür ist das Meer überall glasklar.

Absolut keine Empfehlung!!!
Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einem desolaten Zustand! Es müsste dringend Renoviert werden. Unser Zimmer befand sich im zweiten Stockwerk und war alles andere als Gemütlich. Es war schmutzig und wurde täglich nur sehr dürftig durch das Personal hergerichtet. Was aber wirklich das schlimmste an diesem Hotel ist, ist das Personal und die Gäste. Erwarten Sie keine Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft oder Sonstiges von dem Personal. Vielleich liegt es auch ein wenig an den Gästen, welche sich gerade im Essenbereich wie die Tiere verhalten. Was dort täglich abläuft sprengt sämtliche Vorstellungskraft. Man betritt regelrecht ein Schlachtfeld. "Des einen Leid ist des anderen Freud". Die streunenden Katzen, welche unter der Beobachtung des Personals die Essensreste auf den Tischen verzehren, geniessen dafür das Festmahl. Tun Sie sich selbst einen Gefallen und buchen Sie ein anderes Hotel!
