The Loma Linda inn is a great place for people who don't need all the bells and whistles. You need a bed to sleep in and a place to shower. It doesn't have the bells and whistles of other hotels, but serves it's purpose well. Would stay again.

I would not stay here again. The room was fine, and very clean and comfortable. However, checking in was a nightmare, leading me to wonder if I would be able to check in before I needed to check out. My flight landed early, and when I arrived at noon, I recognized that the room might not be ready. The person at the desk was very firm that I could not check in before 2 PM. I was kind of hoping for an offer of calling me if a room got ready earlier, but he was firm. “Absolutely 2 PM?” I said. “Yes,” he said. So I killed some time in a coffee shop and returned a few minutes after 2 PM, only to be told that the rooms were not ready until 3 PM. I observed that this was not what I have been told earlier, but the same person claimed that he had always said 3 PM. His explanation was that one cleaner was cleaning all the rooms, I observed that she probably was not cleaning all of them simultaneously. He only responded by saying that I needed to come back at 3 PM. I came back a little bit after 3 PM, and by the time he very methodically helped the people in front of me in line, it was closer to four by the time I actually made it into my room. Fortunately, I had barely enough time to get to my scheduled meeting.

I loved this place! It was very comfortable and secure. Personnel were gracious and polite. The breakfasts were unique. I will stay here again when I am in the area. It was like staying in someones home.

The sofa bed does not fit two kids as it was sold. It is toi small and narrow.

Room had Full size bed instead of Queen. Pillows were flat and bad conditions.scratched old pillow cases. Room clearing was good first time requested then bad next day with incomplete cleaning. The cleaning staff made the bed with same linens that had coffee spots, incomplete towel sets, and just changing trash cans.

I love the cleanliness of this property. Their breakfast is to die for. It’s near LOMA Linda university making it accessible.

Very nice area
Staff is very friendly and the room was very cozy. Loved the area, it's very quiet. Only downside I had is that if the neighbour upstairs likes to walk around the unit a lot with heavy steps, you will for sure hear every single sound they make.

Randy and staff were DELIGHTFUL . Were very accommodating to my needs . Housekeeping was wonderful ! They have lots of place on property where you can sit down and enjoy the views . The breakfast was AMAZING! Breakfast burritos . Oatmeal , meatballs and over easy eggs , croissants those were some of the verity of meals I had .

What an amazing place to stay overnight. Ive stayed at 5 star, expensive hotels that were this great. The area was nice; i felt very safe, the staff were amazing, the room was extremely clean! I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Do not be fooled by the pictures and “close” location to the hospital. The bed had a sunken mattress. The heater and air conditioning outdated. And hair. The kind you especially don’t want. The young college student at the desk who checked me in was a good host, however. I demanded a refund after canceling my second night. The owner encouraged me to “go ahead and write a review.” So here it is.

Excellent. It’s not the Ritz, but it is excellent. Great service. Clean, comfortable room, great shower & internet. Good price. And I’d rather support something locally-run that isn’t a chain. I have stayed many times.

Staff were friendly, linen was clean. Area seemed safe. Floor was in need of mopping white socks turned black right away. One wash cloth for 2 people. Bed sagged in the middle. Bar to hang clothes on was missing from the closet. Web site spoke of "breakfast in bed"-- never saw any breakfast. TV was limited.

Friendly and helpful staff during our stay after my surgery at Loma Linda. Room and grounds were very clean. Breakfast was included with our package and was really a nice treat delivered in the morning- with healthy fruit options and the best oatmeal I’ve ever had! Definitely would recommend for anyone having medical surgery nearby.

This hotel is safe and quiet. It is dated but if you want a quiet safe stay or need to be close to Loma Linda University then this is a perfect option. Do not expect luxury or the latest decor or amenities. The staff were polite and professional. Recommended just realize what you're paying for.

Decent place for the price
Nice little motel/hotel, probably right on the line between those two. Pretty bare bones as far as amenities. My mattress had a huge hole in one side, and the pillows were pretty bad. Staff was really friendly though! There’s only one restaurant within walking distance, breakfast/lunch only which is a big drawback.

If it weren't for the amazing employee assistance from Ben, who was helpful, kind and friendly, we would not have liked our stay here at all. This seems to be an old apartment building converted in a sketchy area. The surface and bathroom looked clean, floor dusted but I threw my white socks in the trash instead of bringing them home to wash, after seeing all the grime they picked up walking around the room. Super uncomfortable bed, BRING A PILLOW, and a noise maker impersonating an air conditioner. I ended up having to stay in the area a second night (tonight) on my own, and booked elsewhere. Every nurse was wide-eyed when we told them where we stayed, and steered me right tonight. Spend the extra fifty bucks!

Person in room upstairs was constantly moving stuff around…Suspicious people sitting in the parking lot, fixing car…Loud dog in the morning from the room next door, alarm of the car 3x woke me up…Didn’t feel safe at all. Room was clean except stained towels…And main minus was that they asked me to pay fee for breakfast that was supposed to be free…

Stayed here for a couple days after surgery and was happy with the accommodation. They don’t have extra frills like a pool or gym- but the room and surroundings were clean and maintained. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Also included a fresh made breakfast each morning delivered to your room. I would recommend to anyone that needs to be in the Loma Linda area
