처음 인상은 방이 너무 작고 냉장고도 없고 커피포트도 없어서 만족도가 좀 떨어졌어요. 근데 3일간 지내면서 너무너무 친절한 stff들과 아침 재료의 질이 매우 좋고 훌륭해요. 또한 제가 사용한 방이 크롬케스트가 되지 않아 문의를 했더니, staff가 와서 여러번 체크하더니 도저히 안된다고 미안하다며, free drink coupon을 5장이나 주고 20% 호텔비 할인까지 해주네요. 여러번 괜찮다고 해도 ^^ 하하하. 그래서 5장 무료 쿠폰으로 7층에서 비싼 칵테일을 마셨네요. 방은 진짜 작고 샤워룸도 진짜 작아요. 저는 퀀 침대 예약했는데도 그랬어요. 위치는 타워힐역 바로 옆이라 너무너무 편해요. 출장이나 관광으로 호텔 많이 안 계신다면 여기 강추입니다. 다만 가족과 휴향을 원하시면 룸이 너무 작아서 비추입니다.

방은 정말 작았지만 전망이 좋았습니다. 저층이었지만 타워힐 전망이었어요. 지하철역 바로 연결되어서 밤에 들어올 때도 안전했고 15번 버스도 가까운데서 탈 수 있어서 좋아요.

The hotel has a great ambience. The lobby is very cool the rooftop bar even cooler! But what makes this hotel really special is the staff. I was greeted with warm smiles and a desire to please at every turn. Special mention to the lovely bar staff - who really lifted my mood after a difficult day. Wish I had their names but they were such nice people.

What a great property and concept! I loved the price and what you get is what you need, a big bed, hot shower, clean room, and great wifi. Also, the decor and interior design is so cool....what a great place to stay.

It has everything I wanted. Quiet, clean, great breakfast on site, and a great vibe. Plus the staff were so incredibly polite, professional and so helpful.

Five stars for staff and property appearance. Cleanliness for the rooms was almost nonexistent as my room wasn’t cleaned and new towels for 2-days. Also like clock work pipe like clanging noise would occur throughout the day and night for some unknown reason.

I can't say enough good things about Citizen M hotels. This was my first stay and I loved everything about it. The rooms are small, cozy and exceptionally functional. The staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. I did not partake in the breakfast, but it looked great! The only downside is that most of the elevators were having issues, but that was fixed as quickly as possible.

The hotel is pretty good, we hab a good time. We liked the concept, from the self check in until the smart home skills - that’s the future. The staff was very friendly. The picture and sound from the TV cut out all the time, that was the only bad thing!

The hotel was nice, clean, quiet and the rooftop bar view was great. Rooms had everything needed for the one night we stayed there. Bed was very comfortable but from other reviews agree that the room might be a little small compared to other hotels. Overall, a good stay.

Great location, lovely quirky hotel with lovely friendly staff. Only downside was two lifts out of order for all our stay so waits for lifts up or down could be a while. Will definitely stay again though.
