Hôtel situé à proximité des lignes de bus et de diverses commodité (bar, restaurants, supérette) L’établissement est situé dans un immeuble d’habitations au troisième étage avec petit ascenseur. Accueil glacial mais en Français…. Chambre fonctionnelle avec petite douche, sèche cheveux et frigo. Le point noir est la propreté du sol et l’odeur de moisi des draps et taie d’oreiller Vraiment dommage car cet hôtel est plein de charme mais mal entretenu

Hotel confortável e acolhedor. STaff solícito e agradável, sobretudo o Sr Michel. Limpeza bem feita e o café da manhã no quarto foi excelente. Boa localização com ônibus para Termini, Centro Storico e Roma antiga. Foram 20 dias muito agradáveis.

Localização horrível, elevador com piso solto (morri de medo com malas), sujo!! Local deprimente, antigo apartamento, funcionários totalmente despreparados no atendimento ao turista, sem o mínimo de educação, chamamos 2 vezes não fomos atendidos. Jamais voltaria ou recomendaria este hotel. Local sem comércio para o turista.

We arrived & couldn't actually find this so called hotel, it is in fact on the 3rd floor of an apartment block,, so you are sharing the entrence with tennent's, the man who met us on the 3rd floor was pleasant, we could only get into one of our two rooms, as other hadn't been cleaned, well that was a joke, the wallpaper was hanging off the walls, stains on furniture and curtains,, & although we were tired & in need of a shower one look at the state of it put us right off, we decided to checkout straightaway, lost money but rather that than stay there

Gefallen hat uns die super Verkehrsanbindung. Das Frühstück war grauenhaft und musste im eh schon engen Zimmer auf dem Bett eingenommen werden, dann lieber nicht anbieten. Bad war sauber aber der tägliche Chlorgeruch geht auf die Gesundheit.

Price was great for the location. Room was spacious and clean. Can't understand why the safe wasn't bolted down though.. defeated its purpose just resting on a shelf. Breakfast was good and filling.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Terminibahnhof. Gut erreichbar sind verschiedene Buslinien. Das Hotel liegt im 4. Stock. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, bemüht und sprechen auf jeden Fall italienisch und englisch. Die Zimmer sind groß jedoch das Bad sehr klein und nicht unbedingt ganz sauber. Frühstück gibt es auf dem Zimmer, was auch nicht unbedingt von der Einfallsreichheit den deutschen Erwartungen entspricht.

Ok hotel within a budget. Lift seems a bit doggy. It says on their website free breakfast but may not be included if you book thru an agent. Service was great, friendly staff

当日の昼過ぎに急遽予約し、すぐにホテルに向かったのですが、スタッフの方は快くにこやかに受け入れてくれました。部屋はこじんまりしていますが、清潔に掃除されており、居心地が良かったです。価格もリーズナブルだったので、短期滞在にはぴったりでした。

Old building but nice service
Generally it was a nice weekend. Main issues: 1) sound isolation: you can hear everything what's happening in other rooms. 2) toilet flush didn't work in my room 3) the door lock was broken. Positive stuff: 1) breakfast is served to your room whatever time you prefer. 2) daily housekeeping

Hotel is at the third floor of an Appartement hous
Just 1 overnighter is ok. Breakfast is the same every day and served bei staff on a tray to the room. Rooms are noisy due timberflooring.

Low cost nice hotel not too far from the centre
We stayed for 3 nights over New Year, the hotel appeared the best hotel for the lowest price in the nearest location for this popular time of year. Reception staff all spoke perfect English and were more than happy to help with any information. The rooms were nice, with en suite, our friends had what appeared to be a newly refurbished bathroom but the walls were very thin and there was a lot of noise from the corridor. You could also hear when the adjoining rooms were having a shower/flushing a toilet. The shower was also temperamental and sometimes would constantly run hot then cold. Breakfast was a nice continental spread brought to your room.

Hotel al terzo e quarto piano di un condominio in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo. Camera piuttosto piccola ma confortevole dove viene servita la colazione. Fermata tram e taxi a pochi passi.

Dit is een leuk hotel verdeeld over 2 etages van een appartementengebouw op 15 minuten lopen van het Termini station. Kleine nette, eenvoudige kamers met badkamer. Klein liftje aanwezig. Ontbijt wordt op de kamer gebracht gebracht op de gewenste tijd. Er is verder geen restaurant of roomservice. Jong personeel (studenten?), maar attent en 24 uur iemand aanwezig bij de receptie. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen naar de diverse bezichtigingen, en dichtbij Park Borghese. Diverse restaurants en winkels in de nabijheid.

Comfy bed...but bring your earplugs and duster.
We booked this hotel as is seemed a reasonable price for Rome and the looked clean and modern. We wished we had booked elsewhere. Our room had a lovely view on a nice quiet street, and the bed was comfy. That is where the positives end. The room was dirty, dust balls rolling around on the floor, curly black hairs not only in the bathroom, but in the FRIDGE and general disrepair to the all the furniture. As the room was just off reception, we could hear everything that happened in the area, the noise didn't stop until 2am if you were lucky, you then have 4 hours quiet until it starts up again at 6am when they start preparing breakfast. Noise we heard after 12am included: Football on the telly with staff shouting along to it, arguments between staff, printing documents on the loudest printer in the world, and then shredding said documents, moving heavy furniture around, mobile phones, music, clanging in the kitchen.....this list goes on. As well as all these negatives, it is far from public transport and so we got blisters from walking so much!! They provide a small breakfast, and deliver it to your room at a prearranged time - or in our case, one hour after we had requested it. If it was run better and staff could be quiet it would be an ok hotel, but its not so pick another hotel closer to the center. As we discovered, when in Rome, don't skip on the cost!

Excellent hotel, OK location
The hotel itself is excellent. Clean, comfortable, safe and secure, breakfast is really yum (and very generous) and staff are friendly and helpful. The location is OK, a bit out of the way from the central city, but fine for the budget traveller if you're prepared to walk or navigate Rome's terrible bus system. We weren't fussed but you do need to allow extra time to get to the main tourist attractions. It's about a 15-20 min walk from Termini or a short cab fare.

Good value for money
Although it may be a shock at arrival as the hotel is inside a building which also has other apartments, once you get to the room, you change your mind. The room was great, modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is brought every morning to the room at the time you want it. This is very convenient! Around the corner from the hotel, there are bus routes 80 and 80B which take you in 15 minutes to the city center.

Nice&Simple
Upon our arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Once logged, we were placed in a room immediately next to the reception area. There wasn't any information leaflets about the time of breakfast or general organisation of the hotel. However, the staff readily answered all our queries so this wasn't a problem. Despite us booking a twin room we were given one with a double bed. Again, this didn't bother us as the bed was comfortable and the room clean. Bizarrely, there wasn't any type of wardrobe there and only one chair and a stool. It was a bit difficult, therefore, to keep our clothes in order. The bathroom was clean and a hair dryer provided. The hotel does not have any type of dining area and the breakfast was served in the room. While it was nice to have it in bed, it was rather repetitive. The coffee was very small and there was dry bred served sometimes in abundance, other times in scarcity. The only reservation we had about the brekky was that in spite of us ordering it for specific time, it always seemed to arrive too early - the knock on the door waking us abruptly and unexpectedly. Nevertheless, the people working there were helpful and polite. We were offered a different room the following day, this time with twin beds, so I guess the staff did their best to accommodate us.

STAY AWAY
If you want to enjoy your stay in Rome, avoid this hotel. The first booking was done for this hotel and when I checked in they redirect me to another hotel they have. The location is great, but you also need some confort and conditions in your room.

Good location for a nice walk I to rome centre
Hotel was nice and clean and simple. More then fine to sleep and wash etc . About 40 min walk to coloseum and an hour 10 to Vatican City We walked everywhere and it was fine. Local food venues are cheaper then the city centre an very nice. Breakfast was poor but fridge in room and shop round the corner

Do as the Romans do
With this hotel located on floors 3-5 of a residential building, we got a sense of how the locals really live, an experience most tourists do not get. The staff was very responsive to requests, and nearly all spoke very good English. Breakfast was brought up on a tray every morning at the time of our choosing. The rooms were clean, and we felt fortunate that the rooms included a private bath. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Went to Rome for my honeymoon
I wanted to stay in a Rome style Hotel, wasnt looking for a brand name hotel and was going for 7 days so looking for good deal. The MF Hotel was perfect. The breakfast in bed every morning was great. Crossant, cappicino, bread, crackers and the best tangrine juice every had. The shower was a little small but I figured it would be, The room was very roomy and not that far from everything you want to see in Rome. We made the mistake and tried to walk everything but found out we were little less then a mile from the subway, so got a pass and used that. Also taxes for the 6 days was only 24 euros i think Would highly recommened this place

Good value for money. I'm surprised about other comments about the breakfast - what do people expect. The hotel is a little way from the tourist area but means that the local restaurants do not charge exorbitant prices !

Good location
There was only double bed instead of twin and close to reception which was quite noisy. Still, a very nice place!
