when you come as a couple and get only one key for your room, room electricity, ski room, and your request for another key (plastic card) is rejected time after time the hotel is loosing lots of points for me. large but outdated rooms

Large room and good location
Nice hotel in good location. Our room was very large and overlooked the ski area. Breakfast was very extensive although the continental offering was better than the hot items. Spa area very good and reasonably priced treatments. Only negative was they tried to charge for parking which they did relent after some hassle but beware as Hotels.com state free parking but local policy is to charge.

Great place to stay
Had a great time with my family. Nice and polite people in the front desk, dining room and cleaning service. Clise to supermarket, drug store, coffee shop and on the slopes!

Odalar büyük ve oda sıcaktı.Ama otel odasında 2 adet 0.50 lt su için çıkışta parasını istediler.Çıkışta minibarı kontrol için görevli gönderdiler.Bazı personeller kabaydı.Kahvaltıda çeşit boldu.Ama çay suyu sıcak değildi.Sallama çay bittiğinde yenisini getirmediler ve bize kalmadı diye cevap verdiler.Çay suyu ılık olduğundan biz odada su ısıtıcısında su ısıtıp termosa doldurup kendimiz çay yapıp kahvaltı salonuna götürdük.Eğer sıcak çay içmek isterseniz mutlaka yanınıza termosunuzu götürün.Çıkışta aracımızı otoparktan çıkarmak için resepsiyondan görevli istedik.Bize önce öıkış işlemi yapıldıktan sonra görevli vereceklerini sövlediler.Ama resepsiyon çok yoğun olduğundan biz aracı buraya getirip eşyalarımızı yerleştirelim diye ısrar edince o zaman görevli verdiler.(otel parasını girişte peşin ödemiştik sadece minibar için beklettiler ve 2 yarım litrelik suyun parasını da aldılar).

Really good
It is an amazing hotel, it’s our second time in the family suite and we love it. The food and staff and location is superb. The spa is great and the staff is wonderful. The only downside is related to room comfort. In the family room the shower by design doesn’t have a drain, instead the water are flowing towards the toilet where there’s a drain and so the room is flooded and u can’t take long showers after a skiing day. The bed is a bit too soft to our liking but the pillows especially needs to be much firmer, after a ski day it’s important to have good support for the back and neck

This is my second stay in this hotel. The location is excellent. It enables you to ski in after a hard day on the slopes. My only complaint would be that the weather was very bad and all our ski clothing was soaked through. There was nowhere to dry out our jackets and sellopettes, so was unable to ski the next day as our clothes were still wet. Saying that the weather had not improved so didn’t want to ski anyway. This is where the spa facilities came into action. Nice facilities with lots of treatments on offer at very reasonable prices.

We stayed ground floor. Corridor of the rooms on that floor smells badly and there was no any fresh air. Barmaid should be more kind to all clients. Receptionist did not give us third room key but we paid for 3 persons and and stayed 3 person.

πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο , άνετα μεγάλα δωμάτια , καθαρά , πολύ καλό πρωινό σε μπουφέ , άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από τους συντελεστές του ξενοδοχείου και το κυριότερο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Bansko, δίπλα στην Γόνδολα, φοράς τα σκι και φεύγεις!!!

Great location
Hotel was ideally placed for the Gondola, breakfast was good but would suggest starting it at 7am in high session for those wanting to beat the Gondola queue. Room was nice but a little dated, somewhere better to dry skiing clothes would be great as only one radiator in the bathroom. Great view of the ski out from balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Отель сам по себе свежий,не старый. Ремонт норм,чистота ,полотенце,халаты постель -хорошо. Шумоизоляция отеля-чувство что ты в казарме: слышно любые передвижения,разговоры и т.д, а если рядом шумная компания,можно сразу идти в гости. Сауна ,баня,басейн-хорошие, но из атрибутов только полотенце-тапочки надо свои. Ресторан оставил неизгладимое впечатление-будьте готовы платить наличкой (встречается часто в Банско), несмотря на предупреждения что будет только карта. Неожиданно ломаются терминалы, или из неизвестных причин просто оплачивается только бар,а за еду наличкой (пришлось вечером искать банкомат). Вай фай в номере не тянет,только на рецепшн. В общем уезжали с юмористическим настроением от сюрпризов.

Nice place, great location, friendly staff
Enjoyed our family stay here. Two adults, two kids for a week. Staff were very friendly, service was good. Shower was excellent! Kids (and us) loved the spa after a hard day on the slopes. Breakfast was included and generally was good. I'd certainly stay here again, and probably will. Only downside was the room had kitchenette, with absolutely no cooking utensils, not even a kettle to make a brew. Room was a bit tired and dated but overall enjoyed staying here.

Terrible uncomfortable bed, mattress from 1800s
I had booked an executive double room so i could get the luxury of having a great comfy room, with great amenities. Instead, I had a room with a mattress which was probably from the 1800s, I could literally feel every spring in my back. The room was very outdated with a kitchen but no cutlery, kettle, or mugs. The shower was a very basic shower with no shower curtain or rail to stop the water from going everywhere. It was an accident to happen and we did slip and fall. When asked to change rooms, they just moved us to another room which was exactly the same. When asked for a different room, they told us all the rooms were of similar nature with same mattress, shower etc. Funny enough, a friend of mine was staying on a standard room and when I looked at his room, it was modern, the bed was comfy and the toilet had an actual bath. These people are a shamble, I pay extra for an executive double room and I get a horrible, outdated, uncomfortable, hazardous room. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and quality of the room I will never go back there. If you decide to book with this hotel, go for the standard room.

Perfect location
Great location, the gondola was just behind the hotel, approx 5 or so minutes walk. Good selection of breakfast in the morning, and within walking distance to supermarket, ski hire and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was amazing, including location, breakfast buffet, cleanliness, shampoo and conditioners, spa & sauna and bathrobes! Can't complain about anything except TV quality (no sounds were coming out due to poor reception) and maybe absence of kettle and teas in the room.

Vi var tre familjer som bodde i hotellet. Mitt rum skulle varit "delux", 40m2, var under 30. När jag frågade fick jag veta att det var kökvrå på rummet som uppgraderade det. Aldelles riktigt det var mikro, diskho och spisplatta där men inga redskap. Bra frukostbufe om man hade tur och kommit direkt efter påfyllningen. Symbolisk städning. Undermåligt ski room, trevlig pool men handdukar saknades. Skidbacke och lift i direkt närhet som är ett stort pluss.

Hotel limpio y agradable, con excelente lobby
En general muy Buena estancia. Personal muy amable. Hotel limpio. El unico problema que tuve fue con una lampara del cuarto que no funcionaba y nunca la repararon, a pesar de haber haber solicitado esto 3 veces. Hubo personal de mantenimiento que vino a revisar la lampara, sin embargo nunca solucionaron el problema.

Great hotel for a ski holiday
Great hotel with an excellent location for doorstep skiing. Easy to buy a lift pass at the hotel, whilst the adjoining ski shop made hiring ski equipment and organising ski lessons simple and straightforward. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after. Hotel room contained everything needed (could possibly do with a kettle to make hot drinks but these could be purchased at the bar downstairs) and was cleaned thoroughly each day. Wide range of breakfast options available and catered for all tastes. Spa facilities were an added bonus after a days skiing. Staff at the MPM Sport could not have done more to make you feel welcome! Would definitely stay here again!

Good week skiing
Brilliant location! Breakfast wasn't the best but was ok! Jacuzzi and swimming pool was cold! Can get ski passes from hotel for same price as gondola station which is very handy. Lobby area is very nice. Mini fridge is stocked but charge for anything used and the prices are over priced compared to the shops. Ski in ski out is good as only this hotel and hotel next door you can do this. Would go back.

Ski to Door
Great hotel, situated next to the ski road and many restaurants. Lovely spa facilities including a hot tube - perfect for a post ski soak. On site restaurant is excellent and the bar is ideal for après ski refreshments. Our package included breakfast which provide a good selection of food to start the day. We got a good deal when we made our booking just a couple of weeks before our trip but we would certainly consider staying here again.
