Thank you for reviewing our inn. Glad you enjoyed breakfast and your room. Thank you for letting me know about the sheets and towels - absolutely not acceptable. I will let housekeeping know right away - this sometimes happens when linens are not removed from the washing machines immediately. Our water come from our well and sometimes has a sulfur smell - sorry about that. We are an hour from the Yosemite gate.

Thank you for taking the time to critique our inn and your stay. It's true one can hear sounds from the highway when outside, especially the logging trucks and motor cycles. We are adding black out shades to the windows on the front of the inn. We are partially fenced so our dog doesn't leave the grounds; however, once outside the gate there are trails through the woods our guests enjoy hiking.

We are a small intimate inn with coffee and hot water for tea service always available in the main part of the house; our water comes from our well which is wonderful water and tested quarterly for purity; and yes we are a three story inn with stairs.
