Sorry Sir, it's our responsibility to manage the occupancy rate in our house and our right to accept or not a reservation, in some cases because the credit cards informations are not complete, or suspicious, in other cases, like in yours, to avoid an over capacity because you requested an accommodation for three people for a room sets for two. I made sure you had found an alternative and I am surprised you found useful to publish an "horrible" comment. It's also your right to do so and I'll let my other guests appreciate your angry reaction to a safety measure which caused no harm to you....

Thanks for your comment but there is nothing more we can do than letting know our guests that the Laidlaw room has a private bathroom but not attached to the room - while our other room has an "ensuite" bathroom - It is clearly described on our different websites so we assume that the guests choosing this room know what they'll get.
