Room was in very poor condtion, broken/non working lamps, sagging shower curtain rods that wouldn't hold curtain, so water gets all over bathroom, toilet never stops running. They lock out the thermostat, so no way to adjust the temp in the room. Seems hotel is owned by very cheap people. Need to invest in maintenance and upgrades. Sketchy neighborhood and run down hotel.

The first room didn't even have a TV. Then the people next to us and all around were loud and fighting the dog wouldn't shut up the room also has horrible smell when you walk in. I would also update the rooms they are all dirty with black marks on the walls and lamp shades definitely need to change I think this business would strive if they updated it some and changed the sheets and lamps and paint

I did not like being forced to stand outside in the cold to check into my room when there was a nice warm entry room to check in that was LOCKED. Felt like I was ordering at CookOut.

The first problem was that we booked a King room through Expedia and just an hour after booking, we showed up and there were no king rooms available and they straight told us, they have it to “walk-ins” (I’m sure it’s the working girls) Extremely noisy and a lot of obvious non-guest in the parking lot with working girls present on site. The bar is too loud and over serves causing for a lot of violence and emergent services showing up at all hours of the night. The heater in the room didn’t work well, the restroom and back 1/2 of the room was cold. Don’t expect any kind of real breakfast, it’s carve even for a days inn continental.

Communicated with check-in staff that HVAC unit was noisy. They insisted I needed to be informed how to turn it off. Told them I didn't need to know how to turn it off, but would like another room with a unit that was not as noisy. No recognition of my request. Another staff member was summoned to "show him how to turn it off."

1st there is a $100 security deposit at check-in it is not on the website. 2nd advertising hot breakfast got to the lobby at 8 nothing out just coffee and oj. The floor was replaced and it seems like there is humps under the flooring. Shower has a hump right were you stand thank goodness for caulk there is cracks holes on the shower walls. Around midnight the drunks come out of the bar and are loud by the rooms. The only good thing after traveling 12 hrs was the bed was clean and comfortable you get what you pay for.

Noisy drunks & unkept hotel. Don't waste yourmoney
At check-in ask not to be roomed close to the bar. I was 3 rooms pass the bar and there was drunken fights until 3am. I called the front desk at 1am to ask they do something about it ,watch 3 different women get slapped in front of my room from my window and peephole. They said they would try to get time to check into it but feel free to call the police..Shower was dirty and falling apart.The toilet paper appeared to been chewed by rats.The parkinglot filled up with locals at 5:30pm with construction workers leaving there restaurant and going to the bar.At least a dozen men walking around parking lot drinking beer.There was people that seemed to be selling drugs out front. Did not feel safe here. There's not many hotels in this area but will never stay here again. People lined up sitting on my air conditioner by my door until 3am.Next morning a huge amount of trash ,cups, cigarettes and beer cans in front of my door. Wanted to add photos but couldn't.

When we went to check in the first room we were given we couldn't get the keys to work. The air conditioning was blowing hot air and there was the smell of something burning. The second room was nasty. The tv remote didn't work and neither did the refrigerator. We a full refund and went to a different hotel.

Not clean. Shower curtain rod broke. Tried to fix but didn’t. Shower curtain kept sliding to the center of rod when taking a shower. They just gave me towels to put down. Plug on lamp didn’t work. Toilet would not stop running. People were very nice though

The bed felt like we were sleeping on a rock. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The noise from the cars going back and forth right next to our hotel room was horrendous. You could hear motorcycles going. It's right next to a busy road. The noise was an issue and the bed was an issue. I would never stay there again. Plus when I got there they insisted we pay in full and then they tried to double charge me. Luckily my bank called me and asked me if the charge was correct on my debit card after they had already charged my credit card.

Unfortunately our hotel does face the main road, how ever If we would have been aware about this we could have referred you to one of our sister property which would have been away from the main road. As far as the charges it may have been just an authorization that typically falls off with in 24 hrs but I will definitely look in to this as we do not want you to be over charged. Our policy of all fees are listed online with all third parties as well on our website. We always give our guest the option to pay the deposit cash which you get back immediately upon checking out or a debit / credit card which takes 3-5 business day to reflect in your account. The bedsheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The building is old and in disrepair. No fresh paint or cleaning of exterior. Our bathroom was frightful. Hair dryer didn’t work and despite repeated calls to have it replaced, nothing was done. A/C was cold but only worked intermittently.

I paid for my room through my Apple Pay Mastercard and when my family and I arrive they wouldn’t let us have our room because I dont have a physical card. I have my iD The room is paid for! I don’t understand! And they didn’t want to give my money back! Expedia I need my hard earned money refunded please. So i had to drive around for an hour to find a place for my family! So we found a place and paid with Apple Pay and had no problem. So Expedia please contact me about my days inn refund in Jackson NC

Room was extremely dirty linens and sheets were not cleaned properly and were slained extremely bad including a blood stain. Was scared to even sit on bed. Took a quick shower and dried off with a dirty shirt. Then sleep in the my truck due to be very late we i got off work. Then sleep in truck at walmart for rest of week. Room was very trashy holes in walls stains all over walls door would not hardy even close looked like the swat team kicked it open a few times. There was a sports bar/ beer joint up stairs attached to hotel so their was a extremely high volume of traffic in and out all throughout the night and a hooker hanging out in parking lot. I know it was going to be a bad experience when i get there after working all day and the was a security gaurd/ renta cop in the parking lot. Was giving the run around when trying to check in. I needed to checkin early due to coming in to town for work and was scheduled to be at work before regular checkin and was going to be off work until late at night. Was told i could check in early but was 40 dollars to check in early. I tryed to get them to add it on to my bill but they could not because the company i work for had pre paid before my arrival. Also there was a 100 dollar room deposit that was not advertised online. So i spent over a hour going across town to find a bank branch that i bank with a get cash all to betold that there were no rooms like the room that my reservation was for ready for early checkin by same clerk
