Great location, the staff very nice and helpful. The rooms impeccable!!! Great WiFi. The breakfast in the hotel was great, I would pay the extra for it.

Short walking distance from the University of Navarra. A number of very good dining options & some grocery shops near the hotel. It's even next to a movie house.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It's located outside Pamplona's downtown in a easy accessible location. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff was helpful and friendly. Underground parking is available at affordable cost. In summary, a recommendable hotel to stay.

Relocating my son to school in Spain, staff has been excellent, anything I ask for out of the ordinary was met with immediate service and a smile. Rooms are clean and very quiet! Parking at the hotel is a bonus and many restaurants close by and walking distance to everything, park, pharmacy , movie theater and many markets . Great breakfast buffet as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms need updating.
What a disappointment, just expected more from nh Hotel, they are normally very good. 1st room we were given was awful, we opened the door and the smell of smoking was overwhelming room 307. Second room OK but need a good overhaul. Furniture chipped, chair had holes and plastic peeling off, skirting boards with fluff and dust buildup. Housekeeping needs checking.

El alojamiento me gustó mucho pero lo que me ha defraudado es el servicio de expedía. El día que hice la reserva era Minos euros más barato hacerlo directamente con el hotel pero en expedía supuestamente incluía en el precio la cama supletoria así que decidí reservar con expedía. Mi sorpresa fue que al confirmar la reserva una vez pagada, me envían un mail diciendo que la supletoria me la cobrarán parte y efectivamente al llegar al hotel dicha cama no estaba incluida por lo que terminó saliendo bastante más caro reservar con expedía. No volveré a caer en la trampa. Expedía no advierte de esto antes de realizar el pago, es realmente engañoso.
