VIP benefits were not offered at all by the staff, we asked if we could have an early check in (12pm) which was denied, yet they offered an early check in for a charge which we didn’t accept so we had to wait until 3pm to check in

We used all the services offered in this hotel and we quite happy with all services rendered from airport transfers to dining options. Additionally the staff was outstanding and very accommodating with all our needs.

Hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Zimmer groß und einfach ausgestattet. Das Gebäude strahlt viel Wärme ab, Klima gibt es nicht. Für eine Übernachtung okay, der Ort ist trotz seiner schönen Lage an dem malerischen See nicht schön.

Great hotel!
This is a great hotel in the very beautiful Bariloche. You can walk from the hotel to the entire town. The room was clean and comfortable. Service was great. Breakfast was great. I recommend it!

The water of the pool was cold , impossible to enjoy. Breakfast buffet very good. Servers very attentive Bar closed for 2 days Massage from Elizabeht very good. Karen server excellent service, Thomas too. Maids very good. Gym has the basic. Good experience at all.

Para el tipo de hotel que se supone que es y el precio que se pagó, deja mucho que desear. El área del lobby y el desayuno están excelentes, pero las instalaciones del cuarto están viejas, el wifi no llega a el cuarto, el baño parece de cárcel y la regadera no se puede mediar el agua, sale helada o hirviendo. En general mala experiencia.

É um hotel ok, baixo custo benefício, hotel mais antigo, precisa de reformas, internet é péssima, o sistema de calefação não é digital, vc tem que ficar regulando, café ok, pelo valor da diária o café da manhã e o estacionamento deveriam ser incluídos. Estacionamento é quase 50 reais ao dia e nos deixaram em uma vaga péssima que tinha um pilar em cima do carro. Pelo custo benefício não voltaria.

Volto a me hospedar com certeza...
Excelente atendimento. Fomos agraciados por um upgrade, uma suíte incrível com vista para o lago Nahuel Huapi. Desde check in até o check out o atendimento foi impecável. Quarto muito confortável e com a melhor localização da região.

Adorei esse hotel que fica muito bem localizado, tem ótimo café da manhã, agência de passeios( todos saindo do hotel), restaurante otimo, funcionários solicitos e simpáticos ( destaque para Luciano), quarto confortável e limpo. A única falta que senti foi de ar condicionado no quarto que fica muito quente, no inverno, por conta do aquecedor que deixa o quarto excessivamente quente para o meu gosto. Quero voltar em breve e me hospedarei neste mesmo hotel, com certeza.

Escogí este hotel por 2 razones 1- porque he estado en otros NH y fueron muy buenos 2 - porque es pet friendly No me gusto el trato en la recepción, sobretodo de un Sr Walter , muy desagradable , el desayuno muy pobre y el lugar donde lo sirven muy feo , la habitación que nos toco a nosotros mejor que no tuviera ventana ya que daba a un techo de lámina oxidado y sucio , pedí que nos dieran otra habitación y mencione , cómo me lo pidió Expedía , mi nivel silver , pero dijeron que eso a ellos no les importaba , así que no pudieron o no quisieron darnos otra habitación , las cortinas ( sobretodo las blackout) sucias y rotas , las toallas rotas , pedí kleenex y no tenían ,la calefacción era terriblemente alta y solo la regulaban desde la recepción y después de 5 llamadas para que la bajaran me di por vencida , en fin puedo seguir pero en general muy decepcionante , no hay manera que lo recomiende

The property is under renovation so only 1st & 2nd floors are available with limited view. Pictures do not accurately reflect the property condition. Listed as 4 star luxury property and more like an old Holiday Inn. The pool is not as nice as the photo reflects. The staff was wonderful !

The Edelweiss Hotel is conveniently located in Bariloche, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is good and staff is friendly. A special thank you to Eilin who so very efficiently retrieved my forgotten cell phone in the bathroom and sent a chofer to the airport right before boarding!!!

I was gladly surprised because the room has 2 bedrooms since I was traveling with my 22yr old son, so it was very convenient . The hotel is old but well maintained. The location is excellent. The breakfast was bad the eggs cold, the orange juice was not natural. But I will stay again at the property.

Very clean, staff, extremely friendly, helpful, and most front desk. Staff spoke English, which was very helpful. The room had poor ventilation and was uncomfortably warm. Lots of chipped, paint, torn wallpaper overall in need of a makeover.

Very disappointing. Hotel very dated (although clean). Rooms are incredibly stuffy and impossible to sleep….even while quite cool externally and windows open.

Ótimo hotel, com localização privilegiada, muito limpo, confortável, toda equipe do hotel muito solicita e eficiente, bom restaurante, ótimo café da manhã. Agência de turismo dentro do hotel, facilitando a contratação de passeios. E a vista do meu quarto era um caso a parte, maravilhosa!!! Enfim, voltaria lá com certeza.

We made reservations 4 months ago and they booked a convention during the same time and didnt have a room for us gor two of our 4 days. We spent our first day figuring out ehat hotel would take us. We then wanted to stsy at that hotel hotel for the 4 days but Edelweiss made us come back after two days once the convention left. We ended up spending 1 1/2 days of our 4 dsys desling eith checkin and check out. They gave us a room upgrade but that fid not make up at all gor all of our list time and hassel

El hotel es calentito pero está un poco deteriorado, la piscina estaba fría. El personal muy amable sobre todo el servicio de desayuno. Fui con un bebé y están dispuestos a ayudarte con todo.
