It isn't what it used to be. It screams old! everywhere. Toilet had two buttons, only one was working. Will look for better options on my next visit to Monterrey.

Place was old, no water bottles, dirty, seems cheap and not only cheap looking but the place felt like the owners are cheap. Breakfast was a 1 out of 10. Juice was watered down and food had no flavor. I do not recommend at all. To pricey for 0 value.

They are doing renovations, so be prepared for some delays specially the elevators. Everyone is very nice and attentive. I will wait until the renovations are done to come back here!

Great Location, some parts of the property are under renovation, but overall it's not a problem and everything is shaping up really good. Overall a nice price/benefit relationship, ideal for business or short vacations, we uses it for Pal Norte Festival and it was great.

Todo muy bien, el servicio excelente igual que la comida, los trabajadores muy amables pero las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, no tuvimos agua caliente hasta el 3 día de nuestra estancia aunque lo reportamos desde el inicio. De ahí en fuera todo muy limpio y comodo.

This hotel is disgusting. I had to cancel my stay and leave early, loosing money, but I just could not bare staying here. Its super outdated, moldy, the bed and pillows are dirty and ROCK solid. Seriously have never been in a place this bad.
