A localização do apartamento é ótima. A região é tranquila, com supermercado, restaurantes, farmácia e metros próximos. O atendimento for ótimo. O apartamento é amplo, com sala/cozinha, banheiro e suite com closed. Ponto negativo: embora ofereçam acomodação para mais de duas pessoas, há somente uma cama. O sofá não é adequado/apropriado para dormir, pois é um sofá convencional. Para meu filho dormir precisei adaptar as almofadas do sofa no chão, o que não foi muito confortável.

We felt safe around the area. They weren’t very helpful at the desk if they were there at all. When checking out left my keys with a note, no one was to be found. The room was plenty big and decent.

This is an apt. No room service, replenishment of towels or toiletries, no coffee. One bedroom with small walk in closet, living area with desk, dining room.with small balcony, kitchen with dishes/pots/utensils. Location convenient, easy access to shopping, groceries. No one at the front desk upon arrival.

I love the property lot of convenience stores was around I was there for a 6-day vacation for myself mom vacation only problem I had with my apartment was the bathroom shower walls weren't clean properly and the fact that I had two cats that costly were at my door every morning I woke up a black cat and a black and white cat I reported it to the security guard I reported to a person behind the desk but they said they have no acknowledgment of it and another thing was that the recyclables when P1 level it's disgusting they need to be emptied out there was recyclables and garbage everywhere but otherwise is that the people were nice to stay was nice the security guard Victor was very nice upon my check out a young lady by the name of Darmia from another agency NVT was very polite and show with amazing customer service all in all my trip was nice I got to see the capital of d.c. which was a reason why I came there one of the Tour by myself a 3 hour tour visit a lot of museums will I come back there from an average of 1 to 10 maybe a 7

Great location for extended stay
Convenient location, less than 5 minutes walk to Rosslyn Meter stop. Basic kitchen supplies come with apartment; full stove/oven, fridge; we cooked several major meals during our weeklong stay. Numerous stores, shops, places to eat within walking distance (delicious Thai and Vietnamese restaurants; if you're cooking, Safeway is a block away, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's a short drive. We were chilled one night and didn't want to turn up heat for the whole apartment; desk staff cheerfully provided an extra coverlet.

Comfortable and affordable
Property is very comfortable. It is not the Ritz and It is somewhat dated, but for the price it is well worth it. Definitely recommended for a comfortable stay at an affordable price. It is close to everything in DC. Staff is pleasant. Parking is underground and it all feels very safe and secure.

Rooms don’t look nothing like the pictures. Furniture was old and outdated. TVs we’re small and old, didn’t even work or get any good channels. Dishes were dirty in my specific room, laundry machine worked good though. Overall 2/5 stars. It’s good just to sleep there and not for the room service or experience.

It is not an hotel!
It is not a regular hotel..you have to pay for toilet papers, for room service, to replace your room key..no hospitality.. Front desk acting like lease office not like hotel

The hotel is very well located, close to grocery stores and a small Target store for supplies/food and most important, to the Rosslyn Metro Station so moving around the city was easy and convenient. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and has many dining places.

Oakwood Arlington is a great economical option for exploring D.C. and surrounding areas. Units are dated, however both property and units were well maintained and clean. Grocery and drug store are just a block away for any additionally needed supplies. Staff at both check-in and check-out were very helpful and friendly. Metro is within a 10–15-minute walk for easy city access. Exceptional value for the money, highly recommend.

Value and safety
What an amazing value for the money. The building is in a great part of Arlington. It is not updated so if you need granite countertops and perfect carpet, look elsewhere.

nice area, but cheap management
Overall, the place is nice. The staff were mostly friendly and the hotel is well situated near the metro and restaurants. My main complaint was that they only offer single ply toilet paper, but ironically, charge you $10 if you don't return the used piece of paper they give you to park in their garage. Seems like they rake in quite a bit of money, but cheap out on the details.

Home away from home.
I have stayed with you three times in the last 6 months. First time in October 2021, second time in November 2021 my wife made reservations under her name and this last time under my name just like the first time. I like the premises, the cleanliness, safety, you are close to the District, Maryland and Virginia. I don't like the quality of the paper towels or toilet paper. However, I can overlook at that. But you do need USB outlets to make it easy to plug cellphones, laptops etc. It is difficult to charge your phone or laptop when you have to seat on the floor and get some work done. We will be staying in May 2022 wife is making reservations. Then we will come back in August 2022. I have made reservations for October 2022.

We had several apartments for a week long stay for my Dad’s funeral at the National Cemetery. Perfect setup for several families to get together in large or small groups in each other’s apartments. Will be coming back. D.C. COVID mandates were a bit of a downer, but we enjoyed our stay.

The property is older than it appears in the promotional literature. My "suite" didn't look anything like the ones in the photos. I was issued a 10 page packet of instructions and things you cant do. When I told the management that I needed to depart a day early due to weather, I was told I would not be refunded the cost of the room because I booked through Expedia. Old, dirty and rundown.

I'm hesitant to give this place such a good review because I feel like it's my best-kept secret for my work trips. Holiday Stay
I had a nice comfortable holiday stay in Arlington. The 3-4 of us were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. All rooms were clean. Linens were plentiful. The building is close to Target ans Safeway and multiple restaurants. Check out was quick and simple. I definitely plan to stay again for our next holiday visit to the DMV. I would suggest better cable/tv channels/entertainment apps. Netflix, HBOMax, or hulu would be amazing.

Apartment shared by three friends? Splitting the bill came out to half of other hotels. Also saved money by cooking breakfast in apartment. Building location is very good a few minutes from downtown DC. Our apartment was recently renovated and freshly painted. All in all, a good stay

So very worth it
3 night ANC and DC visit. This property is dated, but don't let that deter you! 5 min walk to Metro, under building garage parking inexpensive, walkable neighborhood with all kinds of take home food or dining options, easy on/off major roadways. Very friendly front of house staff, all common areas were very clean and well lit. The apartments are in good shape, clean and comfortable. All kitchen items were clean and all appliances worked. The balcony was nice for early fall evenings. Walk in closet was unexpected but nice. Full laundry service in the apartment was great. Ironing board and vacuum also handy. Bathroom sets apart from the living area which turns out to be okay. Only two small gripes. First, the TVs aren't great. They're old, probably 720p Best Buy brand, and the reception was bad on the bedroom TV. The living room TV never worked at all, but we weren't there to watch TV. I'm sure they could've made it work if we'd asked...and Second, there's a distinct lack of outlets to plug in all our family of three's devices. No matter, we made due, and will DEFINITELY be back. The location, price, cleanliness, and ease of access are more than enough to merit another trip!

When booking this it said that It will be a total of 3 beds, 1 king size bed and 2 twin size beds but there was only 2 beds, 1 king size bed and 1 twin size bed. I was there for 3 nights and they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper and then told us that they don’t provide toiletries because it’s not a hotel but promoting it as a hotel. Parking is $15 per night which is crazy because you have to pay to park everywhere. The place is outdated but it was clean so it was fine. If you do stay here I recommend bringing extra toilet paper, washing detergent because they don’t give extra towels unless you bug them about it.
