위치가 좋고, 현대식 시설에 식사도 좋습니다. 번화가/식당가 근처라 늦게까지 시끄러울 수 있으나, 그 정도 참아야겠지요..

2번째 숙박이에요!!
크레타섬의 다른 도시에 갔다가 호텔이 너무 열악해서, 하루만에 다시 돌아와서 또 머물 렀습니다. 시설은 빠지는 것 별로 없고, 식사도 무난했슴니다. 12월에 마물렀는데, 가성비가 아주 좋았습니다. 공항에서 편도로 10~15유로 사이에서 택시로 도착가능합니다. 방마다 외출할때 가지고 나가라고 무료 스마트폰 준비되어 있고, 방에 비치된 태블릿으로 조명,에어컨, 모두 조절됩니다.

A nice hotel in the centre of Heraklion. Good breakfast and easy access to historic old town and other sites. Clean and comfortable room that was perfect for family.

The location is great with many restaurants and cafés. I was able to get my laundry done and they made reservations for me at a great rooftop restaurant on little notice.

We liked everything about the Olive Green Hotel. They were very responsive to our emails, and arranged transportation for us from the ferry to the hotel. We arrived late and had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant bar. The room was exceptional and they stored our luggage for us the next day. The hotel is close to everything and walkable. Most of all, the staff is very kind. Thank you!

Great hotel and amazing service
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The reception staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and address any questions we had. Their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude really made a positive impression. The facilities were top-notch, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was very convenient. I can’t wait to visit again!

This property is a newer building, conveniently located within walking distance of the main pedestrian street. It is a bit farther from the ocean, but is definitely walkable. The rooms are clean and nice with helpful staff. It is very near an easy bus station to get to Knossos. Very good breakfast.

Nice little hotel
My stay at the hotel was very nice. Its close to all the fun and easy walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast (which was included) was the best part. Food was really good and many choices.
King bed = two single beds pushed together. : )

Lovely spot
The woman at the desk was helpful in helping us to arrange our car rental pick up also very helpful and patient in getting our ferry tickets printed. Room was comfortable and clean.Bed was very comfy. The hotel was steps to restaurants and shops. Close to port if catching or arriving by ferry.

Stayed in 407, good balcony, if you can zone out the noise. The hotel is well situated, pleasant staff, good breakfast. The room was clean and quiet, with the balcony door closed, irritating that some of the fittings are loose, hooks for towels, toilet roll holder, but all in all a decent hotel.

Was war gut: die Lage ist sehr zentral am Plateía Elefthería. Gute Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer mit großem Balkon auf der sechsten Etage. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Was war nicht gut: leider so einiges. Es fing schon bei der Rezeption an. Keine Begrüßung, sondern nervöses Staunen, dass ich an der Rezeption stand. Die junge Angestellte trug einen Mundschutz und sprach leise und rasend schnell, wodurch ich nicht ein einziges Wort auf Anhieb verstand. Schrecklich! Natürlich war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, dass war mir klar. So verbrachte ich 3 Stunden in der Stadt. Dann wollte ich wieder einchecken, Zimmer war immer noch nicht bereit. Etwas später löste eine andere junge Frau die Angestellte ab. Ich fragte, ob das Zimmer nun fertig sei. Nein, immer noch nicht. Mir platzte langsam der Kragen, da ich seit 4 Uhr früh unterwegs war und es mittlerweile 15:30 Uhr war. Schließlich bekam ich den Zugang ohne jegliche Erklärungen über das Hotel. Im Zimmer wollte ich später duschen. Dusche war schön, aber die Jalousie defekt, so dass ich bei voller Beleuchtung für alle ringsum sichtbar mich duschte. Mittendrin ging das Licht aus, ich stand eingeseift unter Dusche im Dunkeln. Nicht angenehm. Aufenthalt auf Balkon nur bei Sonnenuntergang möglich. Zum Auschecken runter. Wieder keine Begrüßung, sondern nur "Room-Number?" Das war's. Keine Verabschiedung. Ich fand das alles sehr unhöflich und rüde. Fazit: neues Hotel mit mangelhafter Empathie.

Very nice property in a great location very close to the heart. Clean, and modern. Our room (4 people) was quite large with a separate bedroom. Our particular room was quite loud at night until about midnight due to motorcycles blasting down the street (which was otherwise not common for us). Close to the museum (which is amazing), close to the heart of town (also great). We walked up from the port, we probably should have taken a taxi.
