좋은 위치, 많은 장점, 그러나 단점도...
위치는 좋습니다. 부두에서 다른호텔보다 좀 멀긴하지만 상대적으로 그렇다는 거고. 바로 뒤에 멋진 해변으로 연결되고 정문은 메인스트릿으로 연결돼 편리합니다. 비치파티가 열리는 곳들과 가까우면서도 적당한 거리라 소음도 크진 않고요. 또 수영장이 아주 멋지고 리조트 곳곳에 고양이들이 많이 있어 고양이 좋아하는 분에겐 좋은 곳입니다. 조식도 생각보다 맛있고 다채로왔습니다. 하지만 단점도 꽤 있는데 일단 가격이 그리 싸진 않다고 생각되고 시설도 낡은 편이라 샤워기 물이 시원찮고 하수 냄새도 약간 납니다. 벌레는 없어서 좋았는데 결국 체크아웃 직전에 방벽에 큰 바퀴벌레가 나와서 잘 가라고 작별인사를 하더라구요. 위의 단점은 고급리조트빼고 피피섬의 다른 숙소들 모두 가진 단점일 수도 있어보이긴 합니다. 암튼 장점도 많고 단점도 그럭저럭 있구나 정도로 보면 되겠습니다.

톤사이 피어에서 조금 멀긴 해도 풀장도 이쁘고 고양이도 많고 괜찮았는데 체크인할때부터 하나뿐이었던 핸드타올을 첫째날엔 있었고 둘째날에는 없다며 물어내라고 함. 구글 후기를 찾아보니 당한 사람이 또 있음. 처음부터 없었다고 하니 죽어도 아니라고 가방 찾아보라고 그래서 캐리어 다시 뒤져도 당연히 없음. 시간이 없어서 더 말하지도 못하고 170바트 물어주고 옴. 다시 피피섬을 가더라도 절대 이용할 생각 없음

This hotel is great for its location, beachfront, walking distance from the pier, many restaurants/bars, and the party scene. The pool is great with a beautiful view. The room was good, clean and had good air conditioning. The only issue we saw was that there were a lot of bugs that got inside the room.

Overall - We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel. The property is stunning with very nice rooms/bathrooms, a well set out pool and relax area and also the option to dine/drink on the beach. We did however, come across some small issues. The first was a miscommunication from the baggage handlers who didn't inform me that they would take my baggage in a trolley, go back to the pier and wait for more guests to fill up the trolley before bringing it to our room. This doesn't sound like much but for a few minutes we felt like we had been robbed, only taking me to run to the pier to figure out what was happening. I relayed my issue with the manager who apologised and said she would talk to her colleagues to be more clear about the process. In addition to this, our safe did not work and had to be fixed and our shower was dripping which was difficult to stop. These errors are minor and easily remedied so it doesn't impact our score and feeling for the hotel. It was a nice stay and our issues were taken care of by the friendly staff.

Resort was fine for what it was. Grounds could use some sprucing up but understanding given hot tropical conditions. The pool Villa were great with 2 floors and a semi-private pool shared amongst the 3 connected villas. Would stay again!

The only thing I would have to complain is that I had to pay for the gym extra and the staff wasn’t willing for one hour to put the AC lower per manager. I was training for a marathon, there were many people in the gym and the staff kept opening the doors with 90 degree weather. I understand they are trying to save money but I’m pretty sure an hour wouldn’t make a big difference for them but a big difference in my training when I was almost about to faint.

Wonderful location. A little loud at night with the nearby beach club! The walkways could use a little more lighting. Also the greenery would be amazing if they would just clean it up a little. Also beware I was there 2 nights and only seen the sea at high tide once for a little bit of daylight. And when it’s low there is no water in front of the resort.

Las instalaciones están olvidadas, las áreas verdes descuidadas, muebles sucios, no realizaron limpieza del cuarto ni cambio de toallas. Usan la palabra resort, pero no lo es. Es un hotel sencillo que se vende caro por estar ubicado en Phi Phi.

O hotel parece um labirinto. É mais pra sujinho. Não cuida dos detalhes. Os chalés ficam em alamedas mal iluminadas que dificulta muito encontrar o próprio chalé. Café da manha bem fraquinho. A localização é boa apesar das festas que acontecem nas proximidades

The beds were comfy, and it's a good location. But there was a cockroach in the room and the bathroom was filthy. I was grateful we were only staying one night. Also, it's by nightclubs, so if you're a light sleeper, brung ear plugs.

Leider muss ich mitteilen, dass das PP Princess Resort keine positive Bewertung verdient. Sogar ein stern ist zu viel. Trotz der vielen positiven Kommentare sollten Sie sich nicht von dieser Fassade blenden lassen. Das Hotel ist dreckig und in einem schlechten Zustand. Im Badezimmer sind Kakerlaken und andere Ungeziefer zu finden und die sanitären Anlagen sind komplett verkalkt. Die Putzfrau reinigt lediglich das Bett und es gibt nicht ausreichend Toilettenpapier. Der Geruch von Frittiertem aus der Klimaanlage ist unangenehm. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent. Wir haben darum gebeten, einen Sonnenschirm am Pool zu öffnen, aber uns wurde gesagt, dass alle Sonnenschirme amgeblich kaputt sind. Der Pool ist rostig und unsauber, die Liegen sind schmutzig und in einem schlechten Zustand. Zudem gibt es zu wenig liegen am Pool für all die Gäste. Unsere Badtücher wurden von den Liegen vom Personal einfach entfernt, daraufhin verlangte man von uns 800 THB pro Badtuch!!! Also passt auf eure Badtücher gut auf, wenn ihr nicht zahlen möchtet. Beim Frühstücksrestaurant am Strand war es unangenehm heiß, es gab keine Klimaanlage. Das Personal räumte das Geschirr ab, wir noch nicht fertig mit dem Essen waren. Ich könnten noch so viele weitere negative Aspekte aufzählen... wir empfehlen dringend, sich von diesem Hotel fernzuhalten. Zum Glück hatten wir nur 2 Tage gebucht.

This is a 3* hotel at best. Rooms are not properly cleaned, I stayed in two different ones - the second even smelt of fish. Staff are unhelpful, don’t speak good English. No clear manager to complain to. Pool bar staff running a scam over charging, trying to charge different members of my group for same items. Asking for 1000bht up front to use the pool bed but not putting it towards our spend. Reception desk not interested in the complaint. I asked to move from the villa that you had to wade through a jungle to get to to an upstairs room, reception showed me the room, I paid for it for an extra night, then when I went to move in, they said it was gone she put me in a downstairs room with view of a construction site. Noise from neighbouring beach club can be heard til 3AM ish.
