As a family of four (two adults / two children), we booked two executive rooms at the Park Plaza Wallstreet over a month in advance. We requested single beds or twins. On arrival, we were allocated bedrooms 121 and 122 which are both small double bedrooms. I am not sure if this was an error by Hotels.com or Park Plaza not being given the request. Anyway, the rooms were clean and tidy. What I don't like is the sample room photographs, many do not convey an accurate image of some executive rooms i.e. that the bathroom is actually in the bedroom. Some photographs show an interconnecting door between the bathroom and bedroom. In both of our executive rooms, the bathroom was actually in the bedroom separated by a simple green glass partition. You will see from the photos that the bathrooms are very small and not easy to use. To sum up a nice hotel in a good location with a good level of service, just research the room you are allocated and go for a Superior. I did take up the double bed issue with reception and they thought they may not have had any spare twins at the allocation stage. I reminded them that we booked a month in advance and are Radisson members!
