객실내 현금 도난사고
저는 10박을 이호텔에 머물면서 첫날 체크인할때 친절하다 생각을하고 있었습니다. 하지만 3일째되는날 오후에 숙소에들어와 돈을잠시 캐리어에 넣어둔채 호텔내부에 있는 휘트니스를 다녀왔는데 모든 돈이 사라진걸 확인하였습니다. 제가 운동을 갔다왔을때에는 청소부가 청소를 하고있었는데 용의자는 청소부라고 생각이들어 호텔측에 신고를하니 조사후 하루뒤 연락주겠다하고 연락도없고 계속 문의를하니 방에 들어간증거는 있지만 돈을훔쳐간 증거가없다고 하며 넘어가려고 하였습니다. 현금의 금액은 700파운드(100만원정도)입니다. 결국 돈은 찾지못하였고요 제가 영어를 잘하지못하니 무시하는 말투와 체크아웃기간만 물어보고 일처리를 제대로 하지않는 호텔이며 제 책임으로 미루더라고요. 이 호텔은 객실안에서 벌어진 명백한 도둑질인데도 제책임으로 미루는호텔입니다. 영국여행자체를 최악으로 만든 호텔입니다. 그럼에도 이 호텔에서 지내야한다면 돈은 꼭! 소지하시고 하우스키핑을 할때 지켜보고 있으시기 바랍니다. 최악인 호텔이며 도둑질을하는 호텔입니다.

호텔의 전망을 보고 결정한 호텔이였는데, 뷰는 정말 너무도 멋진 호텔이였습니다. 그리고 체크인하고 룸에 들어가보니 크리스마스시즌이기도 하였고, 웰컴 선물꾸러미를 침대위에 예쁘게 놓아주고 가셨더라구요....... 조그마한 배려에서 기분은 좋았습니다....... ^^ 그런데 청결도 면에서는 조금은 아쉬움이 남습니다....... 매일 하우스키핑을 해주셨지만, 침대와 욕실쪽만 정리를 해주시는지, 바닥에 먼지가 너무 많아서 먼지가 굴러다니는게 눈으로 보일정도로 매우 보기좋지 않았습니다....... 이래서 전 감기에 걸려서 돌아왔답니다....... 아무리 신발을 신고 돌아다니는 곳이라해도 바닥청소는 필히 필요한것 같습니다....... ㅠㅠ 또한 커피포트, 에스프레소 머신 기계들이 너무도 더러워서 사용을 하기에 꺼려졌습니다. 그래서 에스프레소 머신은 사용하지 않았고, 커피포트는 교체해달라고 요청을 하여 교체를 했는데도 역시 그다지 깨끗하지는 않았습니다....... ㅠㅠ 그리고 전자레인지를 돌리고 싶어서 프론트에가서 요청했더니 그 절차가 왜이리도 복잡한지, 전자레인지 한번 돌리려다가 온몸에 힘이 다 빠진 안좋은 기억이 나네요....... 아무리 호텔의 규모가 있다하더라도 이런부분에서 조금더 신경을 써줬더라면 좋은 여행이 되었을텐데, 호텔의 5성급이라는 타이틀에 비하여 조금은 매우 실망스러웠습니다....... 제일 좋았던 부분은 역시 템즈강이 보이는 전망이며, 호텔 근교에 런던아이, 빅벤이 있어서 걸어서 가기엔 적당한 위치에 위치해 있습니다....... 다만 중심가쪽으로 나가려면 근처에 지하철역이 근처에 없어서 좀 걷거나 버스를타고 이동을 해야했기에 그부분이 다소 불편하였습니다....... 중심가쪽으로 이동을 자주하실 계획이 있으시다면, 이곳을 그다지 추천드리고 싶진 않습니다....... 하지만 런던의 야경, 템즈강을 매일 보고싶으신 분들에겐 정말 최고로 적합한 호텔이라고 생각합니다....... 위에 좋지 않은 부분들만 개선된다면 다시한번쯤 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.......

두 번은 안갈 것 같은 숙소
시내에서 좀 많이 떨어져 있어서 별로였어요. 그리고 매일 하우스키핑 서비스를 해줬는데, 어떤 날은 깨끗하게 해주고 또 어떤 날은 이불도 갈아주지 않은 것 같았고, 식기에도 음식물이 그대로 남아있던 적도 있었어요. 심지어 수건도 한번도 빨지 않은 스티커가 붙어있는 완전 새 수건을 주고 갔네요.

직원들이 매우 불친절
직원들 동양인이라 그런지 절대 인사 안함.방 예약한거랑 완전 다른방 주고 방 배정받는데 2시간 걸립니다.전자렌지 햇반데우는데 1시간 기다려야 되고 레스토랑 직접가서 데워달라고 했더니 전자렌지 없다고 안해줍니다.하루 60만원 5박에 300만원 냈는데 돈이 너무 아깝네요.

런던의 랜드마크에 쉽게 다가갈 수 있는 호텔
런던 여행이 처음이라 다른 호텔과 비교할 수는 없지만, 가격대비 좋은 호텔이라는 생각이 들었다. 이 호텔의 가장 매력적인 점은 런던의 랜드마크라고 할 수 있는 국회의사당의 빅밴과 런던아이를 10분 정도면 걸어갈수 있다는 것이다. 또한 템즈강을 내려다 보면 아침을 먹을 수 있는 조식 레스토랑은 하루의 시작을 행복하고 아름답게 해준다고 할 수있다.

그냥보기엔 깔끔한것 같으나 바닥 및 테이불 위 청소는 걸레로 닦지않음. 컵은 대충 화장실에서 물로 행구고 엎어둠. 시정을 샤워 가운은 교체해 달라고 몇번을 말해야 한번 교체해줌. 아무리 말을 해도 시정이 안되요. 절대 가지마세요.

호텔.com을 믿고 예약한 호텔. 사고가 있기 전에는 모든것이 평화 롭다 생각 했다. 2방에 2화장실 거실 부엌 도착해서 확인해 보니 부엌 용품 특히 커피머신과 냄비는 위생적이지 않았다. 그런거 다 괜찮다. 문제는 1주일 머무는 동안 2틀째 천장에서 물이 세기 시작했다. 너무너무 무서웠고 방을 바꿔 달라고 하니 내일 바꿔 준다고 했다. 그 어떤 직원도 괜찮냐고 물어보지 않았다. 엔지니어가 와서 보수를 했고,다음날 새벽 다시 물이 세기 시작했다. 다시 인터폰으로 직원을 불렀고 메니져가 올라왔다. 그런데 어제밤 상황을 보고를 안 했는지 모르고 있었다. 방을 바꿔 달라고 하니 알겠다 하고 오후에 준비된다고 해서 난 가족들과 투어를 하고 밤에 들어오니 오히려 밤 근무를 하는 직원이 왜 전화 안 받았냐며. 심지어는 도어맨에게 내가 이해를 못 한다며 나를 앞에두고 예의없게 행동했다. 그 뿐이 아니다.아침식사를 가서도 심지어는 먹지도 않은 미니바를 지불하라고 해서 먹지 않았다고 하니까 콜라를 아니면 젤리를 하면서 어떡하든 사용하지도 않은 부분에 대해 돈을 요구했다. 심지어 천장에 금이가고 물이 세서 보상 하겠다는 약속과 사과는 커녕 한국와서 호텔.com을 통해 개인 메일로 진심으로 사과하겠다 하고 1달이 지난 지금까지 아무 반응도 없다. 아무일도 없을때야 다 좋다. 사고가 났을때 고객을 불편하게 하고 사과 한마디 없는 호텔이 5급 호텔,과하다 본다. 1년한번 휴식을 통해 전세게에서 휴가를 보내는 나로써는 더이상 이 호텔을 이용하지도 런던을 또 가고싶지 않을정도로 불쾌한 경험이다. 그래도 호텔.com 직원들에 위로와 대신 사과를 해 줘서 너무 너무 감사하다.

Das Hotel war vom Zustand her top! Leider wurde beim Check-in das dazu gebuchte Frühstück (das schon im Voraus bezahlt war) zuerst nicht akzeptiert. Aus diesem Grund kam es zu zahlreichen Verzögerungen und lästigen Diskussionen mit dem Rezeption-Personal. Als wir am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück (mit Aussicht) kamen, wurden wir wegen ausgeschöpfter Kapazität zu einem "Notfall-Frühstücksbuffet" geschickt im Keller! => Ohne Themse Aussicht in einem zugigen Konferenzraum, wo nicht mal die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte und die angebotenen Produkte nicht beschriftet waren. Am nächsten Morgen klappte mit dem Frühstück alles ;-) => Aussicht auf die Themse (12.Stock und super Frühstück!) Zimmer: Zum Glück hatten wir vor Ankunft telefonischen Kontakt mit dem Hotel, so konnten wir das Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Themse upgraden (gegen Aufpreis). Ansonsten hätte man ein Zimmer mit Sicht in den Hinterhof (auf andere Hotelzimmer) erhalten! Lage: Die Lage war wirklich top. Nahe Tube Verbindung (Victoria Line, Vauxhall) und super Spazierweg bis zur Tower Bridge ;-) Das Concierge Personal wie Paul, Sam und alle anderen waren super zuvorkommend und ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful modern style in a good location with great views of the River Thames and parliament. Easy to walk to places of interest. We received complimentary buffet breakfast each morning in the Executive Loumge on the 12th floor which had amazing views of parliament also.

Birthday weekend away. First class service from check-in to check-out especially from the always smiling Alejandro. We had some drinks and snacks from the bar which again had great service and chat from Ruddy. Room, bed and bathroom all very spacious. Our room on 14th floor had exceptional views up towards the London eye/south bank and the west end. Around a 7/8 minute walk to Vauxhall tube and train stations and 10 minutes walk the other way to London eye so great location for getting around the city. Would definitely recommend and will use again, thanks

A MUST FOR A STAY IN LONDON
We booked a room for two nights for a special occasion in London. On arrival we were booked in by Colin who was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Having requested a Westminster view months earlier he moved things around to ensure we had the room we wanted. Having moved us, our room wasn’t ready so we were given a welcome drink at the bar whilst we waited. We returned to reception 90 mins later to find our room was still not ready but Alejandro who was now on reception, kindly upgraded us to a better room and access to the Executive lounge as an apology. We spent around 1 hour in our room when we suffered a power cut (just our room) I re-attended reception and Alejandro moved us again to a better room, still with a Westminster view. The level of service from all staff in the hotel was superb, from being greeted as we entered, the bar staff, room service and anyone we came in to contact with. Lovely hotel, great views, welcoming staff and I would visit again and recommend highly.

Hotel excelente!
Ficamos no quarto com vista para o rio com sala separada. As crianças ficaram acomodadas na sala com sofá cama e uma cama extra. A cama da suíte era muito confortável, roupas de cama de ótima qualidade. A máquina de lavar roupa do quarto ajuda muito quem viaja com crianças. O próprio hotel fornece o sabão para a máquina. Achei o quarto moderno, todo automatizado. O hotel é muito bom! A única coisa que achei um pouco ruim foi a distância da estação de metrô. Para quem viaja no frio é um pouco desgastante a volta pro hotel no final do dia, pois da estação até o hotel dá uns 7 minutos de caminhada. Mas o hotel em si merece nota 10!

Fantastic hotel
Lovely hotel in a central location, easy walking distance to numerous landmarks. We had a few issues at check in and with our room, but reception staff were very helpful and resolved the issues quickly, and found us an alternative room. Room facilities were lovely, fantastic shower! Only criticism would be that the kitchenette was not well stocked; very little crockery (1 bowl between 3 of us, and even though I requested more these never materialised), and no provisions for washing dishes. Would definitely stay here again though.

satisfactory
The experience was one of a satisfactory level as the coffee machine was not working properly, the kettle was not working at all, there are no usb charges in the room yet the hotel is so modernised. The restaurant is excellent though.

Staff are very professional. The facilities outstanding. Loved every bit of my experience so much so il be booking another stay soon. Il be telling all my family from Australia and New Zealand to come stay as well ❤

Lovely room but faced internal courtyard , Nothing to see but windows where very dirty , lifts where a nightmare on the Sunday morning , had to go to 17th floor to get down to Ground , took 20 mins
