We got to this hotel and it was absolutely filthy. The smell inside the room was almost enough to turn your stomach. There was mold in the bathroom and around the air conditioner. Bugs in the un-plastic covered cups. We immediately found another hotel and requested a refund. Would be a nice place if it were taken care of but the room we got put in was disgusting.

The location was perfect right on top of the boardwalk almost. The staff was friendly. The only complaint I had was we Had to ask for the basics like toilet paper and towels. Make sure you bring tissues if you need them and your own soap and shampoo.

Good room at an excellent price
The room was nice and a good size, especially for the price. The pool and hot tub were also good, but could have used a cleaning. Staff was fine. I would stay there again.

I guess that for the price I paid compared to other properties in the area I shouldn't have expected more. The place looked OK from the outside but the room was DATED and dirty. The fridge and microwave were rusted. There were water stains in the drawers. The location near the boardwalk was perfect so that helped.

The entire property was so filthy. It's old and really needs a little updating so it can be cleaned properly. The manager and girl taking care of the place were very nice. The pool and hot tub were also filthy. We were in a nook with NO view of anything and NO wifi. The place really needs help. I won't go back

Super belle place . Le gars a la réception était super gentil il nous a même dit quelques phrases en français quand on revenait le soir :salut comment ça va ? Moi ça va bien il était génial . La fille qui donne et ramasse les serviettes à chaque jour aussi super gentille et elle a pris la peine de dire merci en français . Il y a un monsieur qui nettoie la piscine et spa chaque matin . Extremely dirty looked like it wasn't cleaned in months, shower did not work, staff rude when asked to resolve issues. Never stay there absolutely disgusting. Health department and better business bureau will be contacted. Had to leave for our own safety. Place should be shutdown permanently for health risks. Pictures taken to be submitted. Requested full refund but no response.

Room was a nice size but the pillows were very cheap and dirty. The sheets looked clean but smelled used. The shower the first morning was cold. Only 2 options Hot or cold no in between. Other than that, it’s a family friendly hotel. Pool is only 4.5 feet perfect for kids to swim. The roof top had a nice view of the beach. Loved being up there. Boardwalk 1 min away and in the middle of everything. I would come back to this hotel. Just bring my own pillows.

Never again. Air conditioner was loud. Lamp was broken. Sink had no stopper. Bed was uncomfortable. Totally overpriced for what you get.

The man working at the front desk was very nice. The staff was very nice also. The hot tub didn't look to clean but everything else was great. I will definitely book again.

A bed in a room with a roof and a bathroom. That's it. Coffee maker, but no coffee to brew, or cups to put the coffee in. A full size refrigerator -- why? Sheets were stained. Housekeeping consisted of fastening a plastic bag of clean towels to the outside of our door. Overall, not appealing. I was considering a "3" rating, but I would consider, say, a Red Roof Inn "average," and this was not that good.

It was a good stay, refrigerator could be updated. There was one night people downstairs were blasting music between midnight and 4 am. Other than that, it was a great stay! Love the staff!!

We could not walk around barefoot because the sand that was on the floor would stick to your feet . There was a bid gap in the door where you could almost see outside ..very noisy.

We lived how close we were to the boardwalk and beach, the room was okay. A little disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. Also disappointed that some of the staff had a very loud party at 3am. Overall my wife and I had a pleasant stay.

I was very disappointed. Not clean. Needs to be updated our refrig was rusty inside, so much ice in there couldnt use the whole felt dirty. The towels we thing hard and dirty looking pool was really nice the guy running the place was nice..issues with lock. Cleaning girls seemed to want you to do there work .

We ran out of toilet paper the last day there with no one in the office to tell so we went to the store to buy more. Our trash wasn’t changed unless we put it outside to be taken. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during the stay and it wasn’t because of a do not disturb sign because there wasn’t one. There were black human hairs in every folded towel we opened after a shower. A coffee pot but no coffee or tea. Unwrapped cups to use in the bathroom and near the ice buckets that didn’t have bags for when they were filled with ice. Only upsides were the beds were pretty comfortable and the fridge was a good size. Staff was nice for check in and to smile pass in the hall walking to/from the room.
