Although the front desk staff was courteous and accommodating, the property is dilapidated and dirty. Walking into the room, we were hit with a disgusting odour of filth and fungus.

I was so disappointed with the location and felt unsafe. The room was musty and dirty. I cancelled the reservation as soon as I arrived and had to find another hotel to stay at. How do I get my money for this? Very dissatisfied with the whole process.

Rooms were not ready when we arrived and the check in took almost thirty minutes. We had to return used towels to the front desk before receiving fresh towels. Grab bar in the handicap tub was loose. Had to ask for a hair dryer. One of our rooms had some kind of leak from the sink that made the floor wet.

Compared to the other econolodges I have stayed in, this one was run down and many of the lights on the outside were burnt out. My room smelled like cigarettes and many aspects of the property needed upkeep or remodeling. The staff was helpful and kind.

This place is not good in any way. Dirty, AC worked but made a loud clicking sound every 10 mins which was hard to sleep through. Someone tried to open my door during the night. Don’t stay here.

Hotel needs a make over with showers, toilets, painting and many other areas. Check in on this day took over 45 minutes because rooms were not ready when I arrived at 4:00.

The place looks like a working brothel / crack house. Filthy. Run down. Can't possinly a Heath Department inspection. Dust dirt grime, dilapidated stairs, not ready when supposed to be. Paid $230 for a $20 flop house. Never ever again. Key carc not functioning, No towels, asked but never received. Shower looked like it had never been cleaned. Smelled musty and like old cigarettes and beer. Truly disgusting and my advice is to please stay elsewhere.

Terrible! Checked in, but had to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready. Apparently they had a staffing shortage in housekeeping. They said they would call when the roomwas ready. They didn't. My wife went in and complained. They were giving out rooms to new check ins, but not taking care of the multiple people still waiting. They gave us a room finally. This made us miss our dinner reservation.

Good front desk staff despite the crowd they had to deal with. Room was clean enough, but the roach I had to kill on the wall plus the one on the ceiling I couldn’t reach is a problem.

The online website had this hotel listed as a Park ,Stay and Ride. I assumed the price included the ride to the hotel but it did not. We ended up switching rooms because our first room was not cleaned properly.

Disappointing Stay with Unpleasant Discoveries I left the hotel today, and it was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I've had. Although the location is decent and the front desk lady was exceptionally nice and helpful (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name), the overall condition of the hotel was miserable. The room was in deplorable condition, with both beds being dirty beneath the blankets. The cleanliness issue extended to the floor and bathroom, where I even found bugs. Shockingly, the clothes hanger, situated above the trash can next to the sink, had bugs as well. Adding to the list of unpleasant discoveries, the soap provided in the bathroom was the hotel's brand. I have video evidence showing that when I opened it, there was a wood-like substance inside the soap, which was highly disturbing. To add to the dismay, the morning cleaning crew was incredibly loud, starting as early as 8 am. Despite explaining that I was in the middle of a meeting and couldn't hear anything, communication was challenging due to language barriers. Their response was that the "owner of the hotel" was visiting soon, requiring an extensive and disruptive cleaning operation. My room, conveniently located opposite the laundry room, witnessed an unbelievable amount of bed sheets on the floor, both inside and outside the room. Each member of the cleaning crew was excessively loud, making it an unpleasant and chaotic environment.
