We were super disappointed in this property management and office staff. Upon arriving, the front desk associate, Shauna, seemed brief and little rude when we asked for 2 more beach towels (for our family of 4) but we were so excited about our stay to celebrate my son's birthday, that we just chucked it off. We have stayed here before, but this time the room had barely any necessities. No extra sheets or pillow cases in the room for the sofa bed, where my son slept, no soap to bathe, only 1 roll of toilet paper. No extra towels. We called the after hours housekeeping phone number at 8:30 pm, and they never arrived with the items. We placed some towels on the sofa bed for my son to sleep on. Next morning my husband went to the office to complain and Shauna said she never got the message. Horrible communication. She apologized profusely upon check out, gave us her card and said to contact her directly if/when we ever came back and she would assist us in any way. When we returned home, we realized that we had accidentally left my babies nursing pillow in the room. We called, and Shauna said we would have to pay to have it shipped to us. After such horrible service, WE have to pay to have it shipped to us? I have left items in previous hotels and they send it to us as a courtesy. She knew we had a horrible experience there this time around, the least she could do is ship it to us as a courtesy. We will not be booking with them again.
