Great place to stay, staff is very friendly with a nice pool and walking distance to the beach. Room service was great and lots of options for the breakfast buffet

The resort staff from our arrival to departure provided a very high level of service. Rooms were very nice, the surrounding areas in the resort were very well maintained. If anyone is seeking a hotel in Cavelossim and thus is within budget, then highly recommended.

The property was clean and excellent overall. There was a concern regarding an ongoing construction, but Neol was kind enough to have me moved to a different room as soon as possible. The overall experience was worth it!!

Poor Hotel
Soon after we arrived I realised we had made a mistake booking this hotel. On the way to our room - separate from the main building - we passed through what could only be described as a building site. Our four night stay at the beginning of the season was meant to be a relaxing break, but when you have workmen working around you - even late into the night - the ability to relax proves a challenge. The refurbishment work being done was definitely needed. The hotel looks tired and, in parts, grubby. Whilst I understand some hotels are prepared to sacrifice the please of a minority of guests to do such work for the benefit of the majority of guests that follow, I want to stay in a hotel where the pleasure of ALL its guests is the priority. Hotels should be obliged to tell its clients before they arrive that planned building work is being carried out during their stay so that the client has a choice of deciding to stay or not. I had doubts that the swimming pool had an operational filtration system as there appeared to be no water outlet / overflow system working. The pool was actually closed for one day during our stay as they had chemically treated the water to such an extent it was not safe to swim in it. I am sure the hotel will respond to this review with their generic apology, however, good customer service is not about saying you are sorry, it is taking steps to ensure you never have to say sorry to your customers. I'm afraid we will not be revisiting this hotel.

Our family had a great stay here.The property is very close to beach and has 5 min walk to access the beach which was almost their private beach. There were quite a lot dining options in and around the property. Pool was nice and rooms were clean. There were some mosquitoes in one of the room but staff was prompt to come and spray repellant that took care of mosquitoes.

Pefect for holiday!
It was an amazing experience and a great environment. Right from landing at the reception to the extravagant lobby, great taste of food, and the beach....my family and kids, in particular, loved it. The buffet and ambience around were great. While the entire staff is amazing, but Farhad, Prashant, Arindam, Sanviston, need a special mention

The hotel was fully booked and the staff was short,the intercom in my room was not working and they couldn't change my room....so it was very inconvenient as we had no means to communicate for any needs.The wifi also does not work.We had to ask multiple times to get any service.

Lovely resort hotel in south Goa, one hour away from the airport. I stayed in a business class room which very spacious and comfortable. The greenery all around the resort is kept exceptionally. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, taking care of all your needs. Breakfast had a great selection with different live counters available. Only slight negative note is that the hotel is a bit outdated and needs some renovations in certain parts. Would stay again nonetheless

A Good Stay
This was a good stay for our honeymoon. We went off season so not many of the shops were open, but we expected this plus the monsoons which didn't last long as near the end of them. The hotel staff are really good. Unfortunately they do have conferences but the management listened to and were very accommodating to our needs. It is a lovely resort and so close to a beautiful beach.

The perfect place in South Goa
Our trip was for 5days and 6 nights . We had an awesome experience , particularly our getaways to the Cavellosim Beach which was hardly a stone's throw away .. The hotel staff particularly Dixit from the Room Service and Raghu, our Buggy pick up guy made our stay very comfortable. The buffet spread was good , Veronus the Pesto chef tried to serve up new each day ..considering our long stay . It's a perfect place to take along your parents and small children . This location caters to both very well and believe me you would want to indulge in their "little Paradise" . The Cavellosim Beach by the evening and The pool by the day ....a perfect getaway . The shacks just behind our hotel serve up some amazing food .. Brian and Chris ( Krishna) were very courteous. In fact our Candle light dinners have been the highlight , the waves almost touching your feet and the moon shining very bright and close to you .. ..You need to experience it atleast once in your lifetime . Overall our trip was Good Memories . The hotel needs to upgrade some interiors , our villa had a very small but doable balcony . The pool is not too deep and almost anybody can have a good time there .. but there are no separate locker rooms or shower area exclusively for the pool . This hotel is a very busy one , considering the number of conventions , conferences, award Gala nights etc happening everyday . But this doesn't invade your privacy too much , except of course the swimming pool area .

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. We were allocated a lovely room with beautiful views and balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Above all really friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Location of the hotel is amazing
I liked the location of the hotel, even though the property is little old. Property needs renovation. My room cleanliness was really bad when i checked in. Breakfast Spread was good, and especially the south indian food dosa was amazing. Food is very expensive in this hotel taste is not bad.

We went to Cavelossim beach for a 2-day stay, and Radisson was right there, half a km from the beach. The breakfast was not great, but the stay was nice, with pool access and individual villas for all travellers.

An average hotel. Nothing great .
Reception staff is pathetic. Even after a confirmed booking, they are still fully confused. When we reached there were about 6-7 people in reception. Still no one seems to know how to handle the guests. They have absolutely no coordination between them. Needs to be trained on how to approach the guest who are coming after a Long travel. Staff doesn't care at all. We will have to repeatedly ask for things. Coming to restaurant, the staff is not prepared for large no of guests. It's unmanageable if hotel is full. Live counter food was served raw. The restaurant manager is the only one who runs around apologising and trying his best. Food is just average . Nothing great. Better to book some other place comparing the cost.

A great stay for our last week in Goa
We have been coming to Goa every year for the last 26 years. We actually stay in Cavelossim in a flat for six month but have a little bit of luxury our last week. Hence why we were at the Radisson Blu. It didn't let us down. From checking in to leaving we were really well taken care of. When we arrived we were upgraded to a villa, the staff from reception, domestics, pool, gardners all have a really good attitude and do everything to make your stay a special occasion. The breakfast was very varied, fresh and real tasty

nice Hotel- clean and well maintained
Hotel is nice and well maintained. Breakfast is great. Staff are friendly. It's at least 5 mins to walk to the beach because another hotel is closer to the beach (Donna Silva). Definitely a good location for Cavelossim. The food at the pool isn't great but staff sorted that out for us.

Hotel 4*. Nadaje się do gruntownego odświeżenia. Ładna zieleń, architektura domków, niezbyt ciekawy jeden basenik. Nie jest położony bezpośrednio przy plaży. Aby do niej dojść należy przejść przez teren innego hotelu. Hotel na plaży nie ma własnych leżaków etc. Internet bezpłatny ale bardzo, bardzo wolny. Check out był tragiczny - wezwaliśmy do pokoju obsługę po bagaż, po 20min czekania sami zanieśliśmy bagaże do recepcji (ok. 500m), tam mimo iż pracowało kilka osób obsługiwała tylko jedna, niezbyt miła pani - czekaliśmy kolejne 20min, nie uwzględniono zniżki z klubu Carlson (Radison Blue jest jego udziałowcem) tłumacząc że powinniśmy występować o to za każdym razem zamawiając w restauracji a nie na końcu (na Malcie w tej samej sieci nie mieliśmy takiego problemu), potem zapomniano wezwać dla nas taxi i straciliśmy na to kolejne 20min. Dobrze że wyjechaliśmy na lotnisko z dużym wyprzedzeniem. Ocena ogólna 3+

well located hotel with good amenities.
Very pleasant 2 day stay. Helpful staff, well appointed rooms and great facilities . The staff made sure we had a boxed breakfast when we had to leave at 6 am one morning. The complimentary hotel breakfast was very satisfactory.

Exceptional Property/Service - Facilities Lacking
Great Hotel and Property. The hotel service was exceptional and the breakfast was amazing each day! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Only issue I saw from a service standpoint was that I requested a King size bed and they had a twin setup in my room when I arrived after a long travel day. I had to wait for them to setup the room correctly. Negatives. It was the low season, so the hotel's main pool was under construction (right next to my room) and couldn't be used. Thankfully they allowed us to use the pool at the next property over (Don Silva's). The beach also did not have the beach chairs and umbrellas as advertised on the website (assuming due to the low season). One bar was not open as well throughout the stay. The hotel should have provided some warning about these facilities were not available. The hotel room refrigerator did not work while you were not in the room. So if you bought drinks to cool down, the refrigerator would only work when you had your key card activated the in room electricity. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was over priced - 2,000 INR or $30.00 USD (based on other taxi's / shuttle services used in India).

A good hotel just to stay for few days vacation
Had standard rooms but does not gives you the feel of a vacation, hardly any activities which happens within the hotel. Hotel needs a lot of supervision with regards to housekeeping and maitanence,like painting of the wall, cleaning in the corners etc..

Great hotel close to the beach.
We loved the hotel mainly because of proximity to the beach and the excellent staff. Everyone from room service to housekeeping and restaurant staff were very good. The beach was just a short walk from the room without having to use any transport and they also have golf carts that drop you till the beach front. Rooms were very nice and very well kept. Buffet spread was fantastic. Everything kept well to 5 star standards. Will surely recommend

My husband booked this holiday to relax and to go to the beach and this is exactly what we got. On top all staff at the hotel was very friendly and the food in the hotel was delicious.

Hotellet är stort och opersonligt. Man har ofta stora bullriga fester där ingen hänsyn tas till andra gäster. Hotellets taxi tar fem gånger mer betalt än vanliga taxi men man har fullständigt monopol. Bra frukost och bra mat i övrigt också men dyra priser. Tvätten kostar fem gånger mer än normalt. Här ska du bo om du vill göra av med med mer än du behöver. Föreslår Gaffinos tvärsöver gatan. .

Nice hotel with short stroll to uncrowded beach
Went for 4 nights over Christmas. Excellent gala dinner. Wonderful empty beach for walking. Great view from balcony. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
