A lovely family orientated hotel eith great facilities. Within walking distance of a lovely town and marina area with great restaurants to eat out at. Its my 2nd stay and thouroughly reccomend it.

We were half board but the food selection for uk was very poor and not what we expected from this standard of hotel. When checking out we were being asked to pay again for meals already included in our main booking. Overall disappointed in some items within hotel. Beautiful hotel and high standard but some things let it down

Tilrettelagt og fint hotell. Maten trekker ned. Bra frokost, men litt masete frokostområde. Ville satt pris på å ha mulighet til å oppgradere til et mer rolig og eksklusivt sted på området med servering til bordene. Lunsj mulighetene holder ikke mål. Utvalget på «restaurant» ved bassenget var middelmådig og smått kaotisk service nesten hver gang faktisk. Alternativet er buffet lunsj, som ikke er aktuelt for oss. Fint rom på bakkeplan med direkte tilgang mot bassengområdet. Fin og praktisk løsning. Alt i alt et hotel med 5 stjerner som ikke holder helt mål på hva som forventes av restaurant tilbud. Spesielt ikke lunsj. Men utover dette, et fint, praktisk og velfungerende hotel med mange gode aktivitetstilbud.

Mogan is a small fairly quiet village. Harbour is pleasant with reasonable selection of restaurants. Hotel is good, large pools, staff friendly & service generally good. Would happily go back if main aim was quiet relaxing pool based break.

A really attractive and modern hotel - perhaps a bit too modern, as even the instructions for using the room safe had to be accessed via the TV and a QR code. Our room cleaning wasn't perfect and it took a couple of days to get shower gel replenished. We went half board and were disappointed and surprised that absolutely no drinks were included at dinner - we paid 8 euros for a bottle of fizzy water and two tiny bottles of Coca Cola (200ml). Meanwhile at breakfast, tea/coffee, fruit juices and even prosecco were part of the buffet. Having said that, both breakfast and dinner were superb, with a huge choice of food. The evening buffet had a theme that changed nightly. The hotel complex is huge, certainly the biggest I've stayed in anyway. Some great facilities (gym is the best I've seen at a hotel and even has a Smith machine) although unfortunately the spa was out of action. Puerto de Mogán is only a pleasant stroll away and is a tranquil alternative to the busier resort towns like Playa del Ingles and Puerto Rico.

Nice family vacation
Hotel is modern and clean, the buffet is pretty standard could be better( but that could just be me being fussy lol), the kids really enjoyed the pool and activities. It’s definitely a family hotel and not a couples vacation. Hotel had on site parking free and also gave us late check free which was really nice. 15 minute walk to the small town where the are a lot of good restaurant choices.
