A really attractive and modern hotel - perhaps a bit too modern, as even the instructions for using the room safe had to be accessed via the TV and a QR code. Our room cleaning wasn't perfect and it took a couple of days to get shower gel replenished.
We went half board and were disappointed and surprised that absolutely no drinks were included at dinner - we paid 8 euros for a bottle of fizzy water and two tiny bottles of Coca Cola (200ml). Meanwhile at breakfast, tea/coffee, fruit juices and even prosecco were part of the buffet. Having said that, both breakfast and dinner were superb, with a huge choice of food. The evening buffet had a theme that changed nightly.
The hotel complex is huge, certainly the biggest I've stayed in anyway. Some great facilities (gym is the best I've seen at a hotel and even has a Smith machine) although unfortunately the spa was out of action. Puerto de Mogán is only a pleasant stroll away and is a tranquil alternative to the busier resort towns like Playa del Ingles and Puerto Rico.
