Our stay started out very bad. The original room was very small, but I was moved to a larger room in about 3 hours of my arrival. There was no bell man on staff, and how to deal with my own baggage. Also, our TV, which was only streaming services, was not working for the first day due to lack of internet. Fortunately, I do subscribe to streaming services, but couldn't get any local network stations. Very upsetting. On the 2nd day of our stay, the toilet kept clogging up and had to have the toilet plunged several times. Finally on day 3 they moved us to another room and did send a houseman to move our things. This was all very upsetting as my sister was recovering from surgery, the reason for my stay. I will say though that the Manager on Duty, Ann, did respond well to all of our concerns, which would be the only reason I would return to this hotel.
