The property location is good, staff are friendly and courteous from the cleaners to the chefs, reception staff. They are all eager and ready to help with anything that’s needed. Really appreciated all the help.

Hotel met expectations, clean, comfortable room,friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast. Only issue was the gym located on the 7th floor, we had to move rooms from the 6thfloor because of the heavy weights dropping on the ceiling of our room. It felt like the roof was about to cave in. Suggest this gym be moved.

Comfortable stay
It was a 2 days trip to attend a wedding. Room was adequately stocked. Staff was courteous and responsive The bathroom shower taps though of a good brand were difficult to toggle between tap and shower mode. Breakfast was a decent spread with good taste.

Fantastic service, food and room
This is our 2nd stay. The service was impeccable and outstanding. Staff were warm and friendly always. They immediately came over to our taxi, took our luggage or shopping and carried them to our room. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was no blackout or wifi dropping. The restaurant's food was yummy, my favourite mushroom soup, pasta with basil sauce, pan-fried fish was as delicious as one year ago.

Excellent place to Stay
A very satisfying stay. Excellent service! No complaints at all. Splendid breakfast. However, when I booked the hotel for Two Adults and a child, I was under the assumption that there would be beds to accommodate us three. Turns out that they had a room with two twin beds and charged me RS. 1000 per night for the extra bed. I believe that they should have provide a room with two double beds. It was very cramped with the extra bed.

Great stay
Fantastic from check-in to check-out. Spanking clean, comfortable, spacious. Breakfast was not a very wide spread, but what there was (western and local), tasted good. Service was prompt and friendly. They never say no to any reasonable request. The hotel's restaurant had a limited menu, but the food was great and in abundance. Only grouch was I booked an airport transfer, and the driver did not turn up after waiting 45 minutes. In the end, managed to take airport taxi with assistance from the airport staff. I left my laptop in the Uber car after checkout, I called the hotel, they acted immediately to contact the driver and he sent the laptop to me within 30 minutes.

Inconvenient location
Though the hotel is good, it’s location is bad. Practically there is nothing to do in the vicinity of the hotel. I took a walk in the evening and found garbage spread all over in nearby areas making the walk a miserable experience.

Good hotel, good service but failed the sleep test
This hotel deserves a 5 star except for the Airconditioning issues on my 2nd night stay. Thermost was set to 19c for a good night sleep but room temp was 24 and an unpleasant sleep

Hotel was always very clean and staff are welcoming. Rooms are a bit small but nice. Can be noisy at certains times of day. Breakfast buffet was delicious with Indian and standard continental options.
