전체적으로 만족합니다! :) thank you!
처음 막 도착했을때는 밖이 어둡기도 하고 건물 자체가 100년 이상되보여 괜찮은 건가 했는데, 일어나보니 왠걸. 침대도 너무 편해서 잘잤고, 조식도 너무 만족 스러웠고, 건물도 너무 예쁘고 로마로마한 곳이였으며 위치도 어디든 걸어갈수 있는 중간이였다. 매일 청소도 해주시고 직원분들도 친절했다. 일주일동안 잘 지내며 로마를 즐겼음!

스탭들이 친절하고 호텔 자체의 시설은 매우 양호하지만, 개미 같은 벌레가 있고, 객실 내에 습기가 있고 새 페인트 냄새가 심합니다.

Excelente Ubicación. Viaje con mi familia. Habitación doble con dos baños completos. Limpio, excelente estado. Situada en el 1er piso, es una residencia, el staff está por las mañanas; no espere un hotel con lobby 24/7. En ascensor es pequeño y de diseño antiguo, solo lo usamos para subir y bajar el equipaje, el resto del tiempo usamos las escaleras por ser un solo piso. No es conveniente si se está en silla de ruedas. Nos hospedamos con desayuno incluido que se escoje el día anterior. No existe comedor, se come en el cuarto. Con todo, el staff es muy servicial y amable. El lugar es bonito, limpio y en muy buen estado. Volvería a ir sin duda.

We weren't able to stay at the original reserved hotel, they told us we were getting upgraded to another hotel near by. But, the other hotel was not walking distance to the batican which is what we originally wanted. The check-in process was not too easy. The room was a little smaller than what we hope. There was no parking. Overall the room was okay for just sleep and thats is it. We were disappointed on the last minute change they did for us. Also, no breakfast was included.

Dear Sirs, We are sorry for negative review. Due to Covid restricitions and new regulations many hotels in Rome are closed. This is the reason why we moved to our 4 star sister hotel. There was no parking in the Zanardelli either, it is not a lack of service. Kind regards

buena estadía pero con problemas con la tarjeta
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de piazza navona, nos ofrecieron la noche que llegamos una picada de cortesía con vino y champagne. La habitación es pequeña pero funcional, muy limpia, el baño perfecto con buenas dimensiones, el agua sale bien caliente, para los que nos gusta es un detalle importante. El desayuno muy bien, pequeño el lugar pero hay bastante variedad. El problema que seguimos teniendo que es nos cobraron dos veces por la estadía y dese hace casi un mes estoy comunicándome con el hotel y con hoteles.com para que me devuelvan el dinero, siempre tuve respuesta pero es tanta la demora que me tiene preocupado. El tramite ahora parece que esta en curso pero sigo sin ver el movimiento con la devolución del dinero en mi tarjeta de crédito. El personal muy amable en todo momento.

Miłe miejsce w dobrej lokalizacji.
Obsługa bardzo miła, pokoje codzienne sprzątane, trochę małe. Jedyna uwaga to miejsce, w którym są śniadania. Są jedynie 4 dwuosobowe stoliki, co i tak jest zbyt duża ilością w stosunku do wielkości pomieszczenia. Nie ma jak się nawet minąć.

Staff was very accommodating. Location was really convenient and easy to walk to several of the tourist sites. Rooms were clean and perfect for a two night stay. I would recommend!

Perfect location to explore Rome
Comfortable clean room in very handy location. <30minute walk to just about every sight in Rome. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast in their small dining room. Endless choice of restaurants within a 5 minute walk of apartment. Highly recommend Jazz cafe/restaurant, right next door to the apartment (Leonardo will look after you).

Great internet connection, perfect location
The room we were given was next to reception. It was small and the bathroom was like a shoebox. However, those were the only major negative things about the hotel. The location was perfect- we walked 15 minutes to the Vatican and was able to take a nap for an hour and shower and mostly escape from the scorching heat after before heading back to queue up to see St Peter's Basilica. It has a bus stop at its doorstep. It's minutes away from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, etc. The internet connection was fantastic. The breakfast, although basic, was nice and filling. It was available from 7am, which was a bit late for us as we usually left at 7 to beat the crowds and enjoy the bearable morning sun. The receptionist was friendly and always asked if everything was fine. The room was serviced every day. I felt that was a bit excessive as washing the sheets and towels every day wasn't really necessary and harmful to the environment. For a bathroom too small, there were also too many towels. Overall, we had a great stay and if ever we find ourselves in Rome again, we'll definitely pick this hotel.

Great Boutique Hotel with Awesome Location
Just half a block from Plaza Navona and one bridge away from Vatican City, this nine room hotel perfectly located and has a very friendly staff. This was our second time at this hotel, and while I would not call it spacious, if you want a clean room with EASY access to buses, this is where I come to.

Perfect location
We primarily chose this place due to it's location and it definitely was worth it. The rooms themselves are in an authentic Italian building that is quaint and charming. We did not expect decent sized rooms (coming from US norms), but the rooms we got were astonishingly large and comfy for our expectations. We are real glad we chose this place and we will definitely use it when we travel to Rome again and will refer friends.

Good location, great value, room for improvement
Three night stay. Building is a classic construction, which provides a fairly unique first impression. Staff is really nice, a bit nosy at times but very caring and accomodating. The bathroom is uncomfortably small. Breakfast offers a wide array of stuff. They let us do late check out and arranged a cab ride back to the airport. All in all, I would totally return to this hotel.

I was very disappointed when I received a message the day before stating they switched me to their sister hotel, but not leaving the name of their sister hotel, leaving me to figure it out. I was not asked if I wanted to move hotels, but rather told. My room looked NOTHING like any of the pictures on this site. It almost looked like a jail cell painted over (bigger and nicer, but that's what the walls looked like. No pictures, nothing. The bathroom was remodeled, but everything else was dull. I also looked up their sister hotel to find out it was over $30 cheaper to stay in that night then what I booked for. When I brought this up, they said it was all based on availability. Their WiFi worked but anytime you went to use it again, you have to log on, which was an annoyance but it worked. This hotel was father from where I was staying the night before than the original hotel and from where I needed to go the next day. I read this happened to someone else too, so this is not uncommon, but in my opinion not acceptable.

You were moved due to a technical problem not because we like moving people. Our sister hotel is a high class hotel and has a good score with all major websites including Hotels.com. the sister hotel offers from a basic to an expensive room, we think that this was mentioned to you many times. The room we gave you was not among the cheap rooms, the price for that room was even higher than the room you originally booked. We accept your personal opinion of choices, the sister hotel is located in a historical building dates 1AD, those pictures and paintings you saw are antique from the 1400 they were not a ”jail cell” Kind regards Staff

excellent location. Rooms were large - there were 3 of us and plenty of room. The huge downside was the shower. It's tiny and I'm barely 5 ft 1 inches tall. It was very uncomfortable. There were two staff members who work there and trade shifts. Anna Maria was wonderful -very kind and helpful. However the man, I think his name is Sidik, was not friendly. He made us feel uncomfortable when we asked for anything "extra" like blankets, towels, etc. He argued with us quite a bit and even shook his head at me when I requested a blanket. He insisted that the City Tax be paid in cash which I found to be a bit odd considering the Internet says it's fine to pay the City Tax in cash or credit card. I held my ground, refusing to pay cash, and paid it via credit card. He made my daughters and I uncomfortable, and I would not stay there again if he is working there.

Excellent location
The hotel was in a great location near Piazza Navona and you could easily walk to most of Romes big sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean with nice decor, however it was very small (we barely had room for two suitcases) and the room was located in the reception area so lacked privacy and was sometimes noisy.

This hotel was FAR BELOW our expectations!! The hotel that we booked apparently had an issue with it so when we showed up, we were told that we were rebooked at their sister hotel and were given upgraded rooms. The so called 'upgraded' rooms were a very simple small room, it was clean, but not up to par with what we had booked. We were not given any discount for our inconvenience. Further more when we went to eat breakfast on the first day, it looked sub par at best, most things they were out of and there was absolutely no seating at all so we decided to eat elsewhere even though we had paid in our room rate for breakfast. Do NOT book with either this hotel or Hotel Navona, BAD experience.

Nice boutique hotel in great location.
We stayed at this hotel twice during our five weeks in Italy and both times truly enjoyed it. I understand the rooms are of different size, and it was worth upgrading to a slightly larger room on one of our stays. The rooms are nicely decorated, and kept spotless daily. Perhaps what's best is this hotel's location, just a few steps from Piazza Navona. We walked everywhere in Rome and could always take a quick break and get back to our room for a rest if needed. The street has easy access - ask for a room with a window to the back street and you will have no noise at all, even if you open the windows. The employees were wonderful and always eager to help. Siddik was fabulous with his nice attitude, professional demeanor and exquisite cappuccinos. Breakfasts were fine and plenty. Perhaps the breakfast room (and furniture) was small, but many things are in Europe, so we adapt. Do not be put off by your first impression (as this hotel takes half a floor of an old palazzo, so there are other tenants in the building). Thank you Residenza Zanardelli for a wonderful stay!

Stayed here for three nights with my husband and kids aged 10 and 7 we enjoyed our stay and it is very central for everything
