Very nice, some problems with room availability
Lovely riad, great service and nice location. When we arrived they didn't have a room available as it had been double booked. They hadn't sent us any message about this. We were asked to stay at another hotel down the road, in a room which wasn't as nice in a hotel which wasn't as nice. Apart from that, once we did get into the room we reserved it was lovely.

This was a great riad to stay at during our time in Fes. Zaca and Fatima were great staff who we could always rely on to accomodate our needs. The first night was a bit rocky because the water wouldn't get hot for quite some time and the heater in the room took time to warm up as well. Having said that, we used the hammam and the massage at this riad and we loved it. Fatima was great at the hammam and the spa. This Riad is a short 50m walk from the main road and you can park very closely incase you have a car, as we did on our first night. Breakfast is great in the mornings here as well. Would highly reccomend this riad to anyone who is planning on spending some time in Fes. The walk to old medina is about 15 minutes but not bad at all and you see a lot of cool artisan shops on the way.

it was a very nice Riad, in the heart of Medina. They welcomed us with a pleasant mint tea. All details are beautiful, and service is very good. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was nice, with the Morrocon classics, egg, and fresh fruit juice. We highly recommend!

Le Riad est vraiment magnifique, notre chambre était belle, grande, propre et le lit très confortable. L’endroit est très calme. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et prêt à nous aider. Ils avaient même un lit de bébé pour notre garçon de 2 ans et demi qu’ils avaient mis tout douillet pour lui :) Merci spécial à Fatima et Joseph!

Highly recommended
we arrived very late at night, had a great accomodation, service was super and the hammam was maravellous (I met Fatima). Top breakfast. Really surprisingly nice.

Took money, didn't honour booking,refuse to refund
I would strongly advise not to book this hotel. We had booked for one night (December 25th) we chose this hotel as it advertised parking. This is not the case. There is no parking aside street parking, the nearest being some distance away. When we eventually arrived at the hotel having had to walk with our luggage, it appeared that they did not have our reservation. There was a difficulty with language, but in the end, no matter what I said, it seemed to me that there was no room. we were then literally turfed out into the street. This is where things became quite unpleasant. We were surrounded by groups of men who demanded money from us. Whilst in other parts of Morocco, people we encountered wanted a tip for directions or watching the car etc, this was very different and it was the only time we did not feel safe. The lady from the Riad who I spoke to saw this, but did nothing. She literally, turned and walked away leaving us to it. When we got back to our car, even though I gave the men all the cash I had, (about 500MAD) they demanded more and became quite aggressive when I could not give them any more. We did manage to get our luggage into the car, by this time they were banging on it, and damaged the boot. I have since been in touch with the booking agent to request a refund, however the hotel refuses to refund the money we paid, even though they did not have a room for us. My advice, stay away and book somewhere else.

サービスはいいが、気になる点もちらほら
ホテルはフェズ旧市街のメイン、ブルーゲートから近くアクセスはいいと思います。 ホテルの近くには、安いファストフードのお店もあって、ピザなどがあり時間も遅くまで空いているので便利です。スタッフの人達は皆フレンドリーで優しく素敵でした。 地図をくれて、色々教えてくれたりしました。 客室はスイートを予約しました。 ベッドは匂いなども気にならず綺麗でした。ただ、シャワールームのシャワーカーテンのバーが少し壊れていたのと、チップを置かないと清掃の後、水を置いてくれない、階段は暗くて怖いなどの気になる点はありました。

The property was nice but located in a very rundown area. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel manager wasn't always forward with us though. She gave us a quote for laundry and the bill would be 3x higher, she would over promise activities during excursions and be very vague with details. Not recommended if you have kids.

We had an amazing experience at this road, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. We got our room upgraded twice free of charge. The riad is also very well located, walking distance from everything. I would highly recommend!

The staff made this place a standout of our trip
We had a great stay at Riad Zamane for three nights in January of 2020. the photos of the room, riad and decor really don't do this place and it's renovation justice and as far as comfort goes, our personal room stayed super toasty and getting in to bed each night was something my wife and I really looked forward too after wandering through the chilly medina all day. All that being said, what really set this place apart was the staff. Breakfast was great and the crew as a whole could not have been more accommodating. Everyone in the kitchen did beautiful work and the room service staff did an incredable job. The doorman Oumar was a big-time standout as well. He was such a great, incredibly helpful, smiling face to wish us a good day each morning and welcome us back each night. He even went above and beyond to walk us to dinner our first night in town and answer questions about the city. I really can't sing the praises of the staff here enough and will recommend Riad Zamane for years to come.

Beautiful riad but wanting in a few amenities
The riad is beautiful but our room left a little wanting. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. However, our room was on the terrace with our windows overlooking a different room's private balcony, meaning if they sat on their balcony, we could hear their conversations, and the light shines in to the room. The room also had a very old, musty smell. Probably the biggest factor for the low rating was that the wifi did not reach our room.

Struttura molto bella, a pochi minuti da Bab Bou Jloud, in una zona molto tranquilla della medina. Il riad si presenta subito benissimo, molto ben ristrutturato, ben rifinito, curato nei dettagli. La stanza era corrispondente alla descrizione, molto spaziosa (è poco frequente nei riad) pulita e silenziosa, ben riscaldata. Colazione superlativa, abbondante, sempre con frutta fresca. Abbiamo anche cenato nel riad e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e di aiuto: ci hanno organizzato il transfer in aeroporto e un tour di un giorno a prezzi competitivi. Unica nota negativa: non funzionava il Wi-Fi. In sintesi, assolutamente lo raccomandiamo!

J'ai réservé une suite pour 5 personnes mais celle-ci a été attribué à d'autres clients. J'avais réservé et payé d'avance mais la patronne n'a rien voulu savoir. Nous avons perdu des heures de réclamation. Aucune considération pour le client. On nous a donné une chambre minuscule qui sentait le moisi et qui ne correspondait pas du tout au prix que j'ai payé d'avance. Hôtel. Com a eu beaucoup de mal à joindre l'hôtel pour trouver une solution adequate. Très mauvaise expérience. Mon séjour a été gâché !

It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Ask the taxi driver to drop you off near the bus station instead or else they will drop you off somewhere else and you have to walk through the confusing Medina. Medina is just a 5-10 mins walk away. The staff were kind and helpful. Room was big and clean. It is an older building so it smells a little weird each time you enter the room. The room isn’t very bright. One thing to note is that it echoes loudly within the raid. If there are guests dining and chatting on the main floor court yard, it gets very loud.

Beautiful property with 20 ft ceiling in foyer/lobby area, beautifully decorated in the locale style. Welcome tea offered. 24 hr concierge. Very safe, public terraces available to guests at all times. Security inside hotel is very safe. We stayed in the rooftop suite with the private terrace, very private and well decorated. Staff is wonderful, amazing cleaning. No elevator and several winding stairs for those with mobility issues. About a 10 minute walk to the blue gate. Mini convenience stores at end of street selling cold drinks and snacks. No fridge. Breakfast available from 8-10ish.

中庭が素敵
メディナの入り口から近いので、利用しやすかったです。中庭がとても素敵でした！ チェックイン時に翌々日のツアーの手配をお願いしたのですが、翌日昼にフロント訪ねてもスタッフがおらず、結局夜になって再びフロントを訪ねた際に、NOの返事、、、自分でトリップアドバイザーで手配しました。時間が限られた旅行だったのでもっと早く返事が欲しかった。海外だとみんなこんなものでしょうかね、、、

A lovely place indeed. The room and common areas were gorgeous, service corteous and attentive. Fine included breakfast. 5 minutes walk to the blue gate Only improvement is that WiFi in the room was deficient. Almost impossible to work with. In the common areas was fine.

Riad Zamane en Spa ligt op een uitstekende locatie. De Riad is schoon, authentiek, heeft vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooie kamers en een heerlijk ontbijt.

c'est un vrai riad, agréable oui, mais peu insonorisé au niveau des chambres donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit quand des personnes parlent fort dans la cour commune ou rentrent de faire la fête, d'autant qu'un seul gardien la nuit pour qui ce n'est pas son problème!!

Service attentionné, repas de qualité. On s’est vraiment sentis comme à la maison avec nos enfants (Merci à Taher, Meriem, Salma et Nadia). Expérience Hamman très authentique. Service massage simple, l’espace massage est à améliorer (isolation, deco, ambiance).

The suite we have reserved and paid for wasn’t arranged for us due to problems of the bath or sewage. But it’s kind of the manager to compensate our loss with a nice dinner and a massage for both of us.
