Great service, good room, delicious breakfast
Staffs were kind and every staff used perfect English. Room was great, got upgraded room. Breakfast was delicious with various options, hot meals and buffet tables with various bread, cereals, potatoes, bacon etc. Could not use swimming pool and sauna as I did not bring swimming suit. It would be good if hotel provide it. There was a small miscommunication on my reservation between CS section and front desk, but it was quickly solved.

We have been to Buenos Aires over eight times and have stayed and multiple hotels around the city, therefore I believe to have a good point of reference. This is without a doubt the best hotel in Buenos Aires! The rooms although on the small side, are perfectly decorated in a classic style. The staff is phenomenal: they greeted us by our names (how do they do it!), knew that we had two reservation one week apart, offered us to leave things at the hotel to reduce our load while traveling around the country since we were staying there our last night before leaving the country, and on and on. The staff is just superb. We also ate at their restaurant and its a french culinary delight and highly recommended also. I will look no further....this is where I will always stay in Buenos Aires and look forward to my next visit!

Best in Buenos Aires

Hotel requintado com excelente serviço
O Sofitel Buenos Aires é um ótimo exemplo de Hotel urbano com classe, requinte, excelente serviços e gastronomia exemplar. A localização é muito boa, próximo à Recoleta e a Calle Florida, em uma rua discreta e sem barulho. O apartamento De Luxe é perfeito para casal, com bom espaço de circulação, banheiro grande e isolamento acústico. O café da manhã não apresenta uma variedade tão grande como em outros hotéis da rede Sofitel que eu já me hospedei, no entanto, todos os itens oferecidos são de excelente qualidade. Os colaboradores do hotel são sempre atenciosos e muito gentis. A limpeza e arrumação dos quartos foi perfeita e as 04 garrafas de água mineral oferecidas pelo hotel diariamente foram muito bem vindas uma vez que o valor cobrado pelas bebidas do frigobar é bastante elevado. Voltaremos ao Sofitel Buenos Aires, com certeza.

Nice but poor value
Nice hotel of average facilities with helpful, friendly staff. However, details which should be basic for the price level are overlooked and general pricing is exorbitant for value offered. Examples: Lamp in living area of suite didn't work Scales in bathroom didn't work Plug for desk didn't work Lift didn't work correctly and trapped us for several minutes Pre-ordered newspaper didn't arrive Breakfast area not ready at 9am forcing a wait outside in the lobby A mediocre meal for two without dessert is overpriced at $3000 Not competeitve with other hotels in Buenos Aires of similar pricing.

Luxury hotel with superb customer service
Early morning arrival was no problem, with an early check-in easily facilitated, including a hot drink in the breakfast restaurant while bags were taken to the room. Very comfortable spacious and well presented room with all of the amenities required. The bathroom was well designed with a bathtub and seperate shower including a rain head. Maria at concierge was amazing! Wonderfully friendly and extremely helpful with planning day activities, with a great knowledge of options available and which tour operator to best consider. All communications were in English with no problems at all. A highly recommended hotel in a secure and convenient location.

Accueil parfait, personnel très charmant et accueillant, l'hôtel se situe dans un coin très calme et chic de la ville. Le hall d'accueil est très chic La suite junior est très spacieuse, élégamment et sobrement décorée. La literie est un peu molle à mon goût mais reste très confortable. En bref à recommander vivement.

Algumas críticas que li antes de ir me deixaram um pouco receosa em relação ao hotel. É verdade que o hotel não é mais novinho, mas tenho que dizer que tivemos um fim de semana maravilhoso. O hotel está lindo como sempre e o staff foi extremamente atencioso. O quarto era espaçoso, silencioso e bem decorado e nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos. Excelente hotel!
El Hotel es precioso, su estilo, decoración, la ubicación, su pileta climatizada, el gimnasio. La habitación amplia, cómoda, sin ruidos externos. Excelente atención del personal. El desayuno muy bueno, me hubiese gustado un poco más de variedad en el buffet, lo que pedimos a la carta estuvo todo exquisito. Una placentera estadía en familia. Muchas gracias!

O hotel é super bem localizado, numa rua tranquila mas perto de tudo. O quarto merece uma reforma, principalmente a retirada do carpete; já sujo. O concierge é que pisou na bola de acordo. Disse ter marcado num restaurante concorrido para eu e me esposa jantarmos e, chegando lá, nada de reserva. Sorte é que o pessoal do restaurante arrumou uma mesa para mim.

no me gusto que me cobraran 21 de IVA dado que EXPEDIA paso una tarifa total,y considero que no fueron claros UDS.Lo voy a tener en cuenta a la hora de contratar,no se si con Uds. Gracias por el 10% pero no lo voy a pagar por otro lado.

Hotel Excelente
Foi muito boa nossa viagem! Piscina aquecida do tamanho ideal, sauna excelente, academia parece pequena nas fotos mas é muito boa, bem completa. Atendimento nota 1000 dos recepcionistas até o café. Café da manhã excelente, localização muito boa, a rua do hotel é bem novinha, fica perto de muitas galerias de arte. o Lobby do hotel é muito charmoso para tomar um café na volta dos passeios é perfeito. Quarto limpo e grande, camas limpas, tudo perfeito.

Dificuldade no acesso a rua do hotel devido a uma obra! O hotel fica meio escondido mas muito perto da recoleta e é um otimo bairro para andar a pé! Benheiro é otimo, mas o chuveiro é bem apertado.

初ブエノスアイレスでした。ホテルの場所は治安の心配もなく、またアクセスも良い場所でした。たまたまホテルの前が道路工事をしており、ホコリとドロで大変なことになっていましたが。
