Door to my room had a gap between the door and threshold. I could put my hand under it. Also, the door was falling apart and seemed unsafe. Tv had no remote, room was dirty, also bathroom was dirty. I mean you get what you pay for though.

It is extremely run down, misrepresented in pictures, made for long term people not doing good. The first sign before walking in the office is that drugs and alcohol arent welcome which is clearly put there for show once you spend 5 minutes in the parking lot. The room wasnt ready until 2 hours after check in which was a blessing because we didnt feel safe and werent confident our rental car would still be there is we stayed the night. I tried to cancel the reservation but i wasnt able to because even though we made the check in time the motel didnt so we had to pay for a totally different place. I will never use expedia again.

There was bed bug all over the bed when we came in at around 10pm. No one want to sleep with bed bug... That was freaking out for us and our kids, so we refused to stay, neither choose another room, and asked for refund. We still not received the refund back. That a terible place, and unprofessional manager.

Everything was ok except the card to get in the room it would not let me in I had to go to the office to reset the card and it was really cold outside

Llegue a las 7 pm para hacer el check in , me dieron la llave y cuando subí a la cuarto no estaba listo , no loe habían limpiado , la resecciónista groceramente me dijo que no tenía más disponibilidad , que si quería podia esperar para mandar a limpiar el cuarto , de lo contrario que regresara al día siguiente para pedir un posible reembolso, con un manager , al no tener otra opción espere que lo limpiaran en 15 minutos , en fin la atención al cliente pésima , pelos en toda la bañadora , mal olor , la ubicación bastante conveniente

The room I stayed in had a problem with the lock mechanism. My key wouldn’t work and I had to speak with the staff 4 times. Then she tried to open it with her master key and failed. It’s hit or miss just to get into the room I reserved. She told me: “Just don’t leave the room.” I would recommend booking somewhere else. This place isn’t where you want to take a break, trust me.

Broken microwave
It was a last minute stay and you cant beat $50 for 2 double beds & a kitchenette. However, it was horrible. Hard ass bed and itchy sheets, broken lights, moldy bathroom, only 2 towels, trash all in the parking lot. All of this would have been acceptable BUT the microwave was broken!!! I digress, in all, like most motel 6 rooms, you get what you pay for.

It was cheap. No toilet paper, no shampoo, tv laying on the dresser with no remote and no way to watch. Locks broke off the door. Sounded like the interstate ran through the room. Skip this one!

Nos hospedamos en diciembre 2023 y la calefacción no servía, el detector de co2 quebrado y la puerta sin sello. Mi hijo asmático nos acompañó. Reportamos la habitación inmediatamente y nos dijeron en la recepción que no tenían otra habitación disponible para cambio, revisaron y confirmaron las fallas. Sin embargo no nos quisieron cancelar la reserva, y para la devolución del dinero debíamos esperar al mánager o reservas para la cancelación y reembolso por las condiciones. Regresamos en 2 ocasiones y no había respuesta. Terminó nuestro viaje y 3 días después aún y que no utilizamos en lo absoluto la habitación recibí un mensaje que no harían ningún reembolso. Es el hotel más sucio y en más malas condiciones que he visto en mi vida y el trato a sus huéspedes de lo peor ya que comprometen la salud y seguridad de los mismos. Reservar aquí es igual a tirar tu dinero. No se parece en nada a lo publicado en las fotos (y luego te dicen que es solo para fines ilustrativos) NO LO RECOMIENDO

Nightmare before Christmas
Waiting for check in, arriving to the room didn’t realize I got a smoking room, so I didn’t mind, but I’d expect things to work. Tv was not mounted, or on stands. I’ll share pictures of how I found the tv. No microwave in the room. Heater kinda worked, shower curtain ripped, and to top it off no controller in the room. Room # was 120

We booked a king size bed with kitchenette. When we got there it was a king size bed but with a mini fridge. When i asked about the kitchenette i was told there was nothing they could do. I would have to contact hotels.com. Not what I paid for. Overall the room was clean and service was I. The lady at night was very nice but the lady at check out was a little moody.

Once we arrived they could not locate our reservation. We parked in an area where we can see our vehicle looking out of the room window. As soon as we entered the room, the TV was on and we were overwhelmed with the odor. The entire kitchen cabinet had extensive water damage, there was a hole underneath the kitchen sink, the stove top was missing the knobs, there were cigarette stains on the wall (and we requested a non-smoking room), the entire bedding was full of stains. Pictures were taken to inform personnel and third party where reservation was made. We locked up room, walked back to the office and let office clerk know there was no way we could stay and we had just arrived into El Paso at 9 am after driving for 13 hours. We were fortunate to find another Hotel that accommodated us,
