Karen, Thanks for your review. As to your comment about being a Scam, I want to assure you that we are not. We are small business owners who are working hard daily to provide a service to our customers. If for some reason you had issues with the unit, I would have appreciate that you would have contacted us when you were onsite so we could have rectified the situation. By placing this review and calling us a scam, is sad and unwarranted since you stated several things which are false. First, our products do not come from the Retail Chain you mentioned, Second, depending on the unit booked, we have units with Balconies. Third, as to the bed, this is a low profile European style bed which, I could understand you may or may not like. I would advise in the future, before you try destroying people's well being, to communicate to us once onsite and not hide behind a review well after you have stayed and not once complained while onsite.
