No turn down or cleaning service: it’s a hotel room without the amenities of cleaning service or shuttle to and from the city. Shuttle only goes to a bus stop. Other hotels in the area all had shuttles to down town. Also a bit misleading bc when reserving it states Park City but it’s actually Cannons which is fine if you are an expert or advanced skier.

We loved the location from the room to the gondola. The ski/boot room was convenient and they even warm your boots!

This is a hotel room but without hotel service. I had to go to reception to get bedding sheets for couch, started laundy detergent, they do not provide robes as other rooms in the building (we stayed in different rooms). Also you have to take your trash to the garage. The kitchenette had 2 pack of coffee for 2 cups and no tea. Also no cups. So come prepared with cups, plates for microwave. Location is amazing.

The property is in a great location in canyon village. The Gondola is just a mere walk as well as several Dining options. Our room was clean and just right for my family of 4. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the fresh stain on the bathroom door. Other than that, everything was great!

Felt like a tiny 1 bedroom condo... no dresser in bedroom, could hardly move. No desk or work area. 1 bathroom/1 sink. Could use more kitchen items. Was surprised the parking was $50/nite extra. Asked for 2 additional towels at the front desk and they said because we didn't rent through them directly, that it wasn't their problem.

Best location for ski. Room is clean. People are friendly, best service, especially the storage service is so convenient, thumbs up! Not much going on in canyon village, no place to go after ski. Have to go to Main Street in park city for grocery if you want cook simple meals.

Thank so much for the great review Michael! There are a few bars/restaurants as well as a little market for some simply prepared items (The Marketplace and Liquor Store) in Canyons Village. Drafts Burger Bar, Red Tail Grill, Murdock's, Kuchu Shabu, Edge Steakhouse, and The Farm are a few of them. Then across the street in the Pendry Plaza there are a few more. We hope this helps you in the future.

This is in a GREAT location, right at the base of the gondola! The hot tub on the 3rd floor bridge is really big, and a lot of fun being able to look into the village. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Be careful with this greedy and abusive property management. I booked my stay and made a mistake, instead of writing feb 3 to 6, I wrote dec 3 to 6. When I realize the issue I call them 3 days after the booking and they send me to expedia. They called and they rejected to change the booking. I had to pay double, would not expect this behaviour other than thieves on the street. Finally I arrive with my family to this filthy and smelly lodge. Poorly appointed room, no closet space and a horrible dated bathroom. The pool is full of drinking people so couldn t take the kids. Elevator are small and the halways cramped. The only positive was the ski storage, very well taken care by season hired foreign people. They were the best! Would never return.

We checked in and the front desk provided a room key that works for the garage parking. On departure date we had a ticket on our rental vehicle. I returned to the front desk and all they could say is that we should have been updated on this.

Updated and clean condo in a wonderful easy access location! I was sensitive to the air fresheners so maybe turn or off for sensitive guests. The detergent was not stocked, however, front desk had some. I would stay again!

No one helped with check in and there were issues with parking.

Please keep in mind that during the off season we have limited front desk hours, although we have someone available via our customer service number 24/7 to help with any issues you might have. That number is posted at the front desk anytime we are away. Any parking issues should be addressed with Diamond Parking, as they are the company that manages the Sundial parking garage. We are also always happy to help if we are able. Our guests are our highest priority and we are always looking for ways to improve. We appreciate the time you took in providing this review.

So perfect
It was beautiful. It was romantic. We had a balcony and a full kitchen. And the gentleman at the front desk was super kind and helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We had to pay 10 bucks for parking, FYI. But it was in a secure parking garage.

Beautiful setting. Good location. Fireplace didn’t work- had to be fixed twice. Parties in the hallway. Weird smell randomly in the room. Front desk woman needs a holiday. Definitely wouldn’t pay full price during ski season.

Much improved.
Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were excellent. I had a less than enjoyable experience in the past with this property but they have definitely redeemed themselves this time around.
