I regret to inform you that our experience in this hotel in Long Island was highly disappointing. Despite booking a 2-bed room, our stay was marred by several issues. On our first night, around 10 pm, we encountered a leak in our room, forcing us to request a transfer to another room. While the hotel staff accommodated our request, the inconvenience was considerable. However, our disappointment escalated the following day when we returned from exploring the city to find that we could no longer access the new room we were assigned. To our shock, we discovered that our suitcases had been transferred to a different room without our consent or prior notification. The hotel staff had opened our suitcases and relocated all our belongings without seeking permission. This blatant invasion of privacy and disregard for guest belongings is unacceptable. Such actions not only breached our trust but also tarnished our overall impression of the hotel. We expected better treatment and respect for our privacy during our stay. We strongly advise against considering this hotel for future accommodation, as our experience fell far short of acceptable standards.

!!! BED BUGS !!! Do not book at this hotel it is infested with BED BUGS, there is no manager and the front desk person was not concerned about the BED BUG situation.

The room itself was a good design, although maintenance was serious needed in some aspects. The shower was full of fungi and I didn’t even attempt to use it. The smell was awful and it smelled like drugs everywhere except in the room. There were a lot of people smoking and doing drugs in the area, and it didn’t feel safe at times. A lot of cold air came in through the windows and it didn’t look properly insulated.

Everything was very good. Nice people that helped us a lot with good informations and a very warm reception. We love to stay at Super 8. I recommend it to everyone who wants to be very close to Manhattan with several supermarket options, public transport and restaurants around.

Realmente necesita ser refaccionado, no se ve como en las fotos. El olor a cigarrillos es tremendo y mas aun el de mariguana, la segunda noche a las 5am se puso un muchachito a pasar la aspiradora, una verguenza. Lo bueno a destacar es que la zona es segura y tenes todo al alcance, desde teansporte a lugares para comer. Pero por favor al menos cambien el filtro del aire para que nonhaya tanto olor a mariguana o cigarrillo.

Worst night
The worst I have experience in my entire life. The bed was terrible, bathroom nasty,the furniture was in deplorable condition, the floor wasn’t clean,the curtains was dirty, the overall experience was beyond my expectation. I would not recommend someone to stay there who is looking for somewhere to stay on vacation. This hotel is a 2 and below. No in room microwave. No refrigerator. Bed sheets old and bed comforter. Everything so outdated.

Room was supposed to be nonsmoking and reeked of cigarettes. We asked to be moved and we're refused. The place is terrible. Do yourself a favor and pick an alternative

I liked that we had groceries store nearby and 10 min to the subway station. The linens and towels were clean. Was surprised that the breakfast included was a yogurt and a granola bar...but the main reason i give 3 stars was bathtub was iuky also on the floor was dirty and some garbage under the beds...

Extremely unhygienic hotel
The carpet was so dirty, that my socks would turn dark after minutes of walking on it. The towels were also dirty. My whole family got acne and spots on our faces and bodies. I’d never ever recommend this hotel to anyone who values hygiene even a little bit.

The first night, my back pack and duffle bag got soaked sitting on the floor. The air conditioner leaked on the floor. They had no other room to stay in. Never even thought about a refund or anything else. The breakfast was a very disappointing. I stay at other hotels have real breakfast.
Air conditioner and you can see the paint bubbling with the water leakage.

Resté 10 nuits à 2 personnes en chambre twin. En lisant les commentaires nous avions un peu peur de ce que nous allions trouver. En réalité, la chambre était conforme à ce que nous pouvions espérer pour le prix à NYC, même si ce n'était pas le grand luxe ! Le check'in fut très rapide. Pas de dépôt de garantie (oubli de leur part ?). La chambre était ok. Le seul reproche est quand même un ménage approximatif : café dans la cafetière des précédents résidents, chaussettes retrouvées, et surtout moquette très poussiéreuse (dommage car elle est plutôt confortable quand on marche pieds nus... mais on ressort avec les pieds sales...) -> il lui faudrait un bon shampoing ! Cafetière, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Lits (120-140) ok. Salle de bain ok malgré une petite fuite à la baignoire (pas toute jeune, mais encore une fois, on n'est pas dans un 5* de Manhattan). La chambre a été refaite et serviettes changées à chaque fois que nous avons mis le carton à la poignée de porte (2-3 fois sur le séjour). Rue très calme. Un resto diner (Bel Aire Diner) avec une équipe très sympathique qui nous a vu un bon nombre de fois le matin et/ou le soir. Métro station Broadway à 10min à pieds. Un supermarché de quartier sur le chemin. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel n'est pas ce qu'on connait habituellement : simple thermos de café (quand il en reste), jus ou lait froid. Et barres de céréale ou yaourt. Le stock est très vite vide, donc il faut mieux compter sur la superette ou le resto.

Looked quite old and seemed to be in need of some renovations. The light in the bathroom didn’t always work. We weren’t able to cover the peephole.

Staff was cordial. Room was good for the 3 nights we stayed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Quiet at night. The area was walkable and conveniently located to numerous food, bars and other locations. No issues experienced.

Not clean, staff overworked
The one employee present when I arrived seemed overworked, with several people waiting and a street person looking for a free room. The key machine was not working. He gave me a non-working key and said he would come to my room and let me in with a master key. I went to the room and waited a long time. Went back downstairs where another employee had appeared and gave me a working key. The carpet was pretty disgusting. Had big dirty blobs that looked like chewing gum. Carpet had dirty, dusty areas surrounding the furniture legs. There were liquid spills on table surfaces that had not been cleaned. Hotel description online said there was a free breakfast. When I went to the breakfast area in the morning, all I saw was a coffee pot. When I asked where the breakfast was, the lady brought out a handful of small plastic packs of crackers. That was it. For $200, I was expecting at least a clean room. Glad it was only one night.
