리셉션과 직원들이 정말 정말 친절합니다. 다만 타페게이트까지 걷기엔 너무 덥고 뭘 타기엔 조금 아까울 수 있다고 생각해요. 그리고 밤에 혼자 걸어가기엔 골목이 조금 무서웠습니다. 수영장은 조금 작은편이구 물이 깨끗한진 잘 모르겠어요. 큰 잉어가 있어서 ㅂㅣ린ㄴㅐㄱ ㅏ 조금 나고 큰 ㅈㅟ 를 두ㅁㅏㄹㅣ봐ㅅㅓ... 많이 그랬어요... 근데 전체적인 분위기는 독특하고 좋았습니다. 샤워기 온수도 엄청 잘 나와요!

치앙마이를 즐기기에 더할나위 없이 좋은 호텔
태국 전통 가옥 느낌이 살아있는 내외관, 남쪽 성벽과 가까워 치앙마이를 즐기기에도 좋습니다. 근처에는 jae nong 이라는 최고의 로컬 밥집이 위치해 있어 끼니를 때우기에도 좋고, 주말에는 야시장이 가까이에서 열립니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 근처에는 대부분 현지 거주지라 아침에 시끄럽지도 않습니다. 다만 음식물은 냉장고나 밀폐용기에 담아 보관하세요. 개미가 꼬입니다. 비록 지금은 돌아왔지만 당장에라도 다시 돌아가고 싶은 곳입니다.

치앙마이에서 분위기가 가장 호텔이에요
공항이 10분 거리에 있고 시내는 15분~20분 정도 거리에 위치해 있습니다 전체적인 분위기는 아주 좋고 아침 조식과 그외 시간에 운영되는 레스토랑의 음식이 아주 훌륭합니다 개인적으로는 치앙마이에서 먹었던 그 어떤 음식들보다도 맛이 좋았습니다 다른 지인들도 여기가 음식은 최고라고 하더군요~~방은 아주 분위기가 좋아요 미니 테라스에 테이블과 의자도 있어서 좋구요~~연인들 끼리 가기에는 정말 최고입니다 치앙마이에서 가장 분위기 좋은 호텔을 찾으라면 전 여기 추천하고 싶습니다 딱 하나 호텔의 분위기 때문인지 엘리베이터는 없습니다 그러나 그점마저도 가보게 된다면 이해하게 될거라 봐요

this hotel .. m m the position is not good , in front of hotel is under construction and my bath room is full of water when using shower horse room is too small and room key was not automatic .. only terrable memorys remain .. i never recommend this hotel

Fun atmosphere for a couple.
The location was a bit obscure, tucked away on a narrow side street a few blocks outside of the old town boundaries, but the setting and design was delightful. The room decor and attention to detail created an Oasis that felt like we were living in an Indiana Jones movie. The pool was just meh, but we loved our room and it was super comfortable.

Es muy oscuro, no hay supermercados cerca, si seven eleven pero caros,el desayuno o tórtola o huevos fritos o te mueres a platos tailandeses que a mi sinceramente no me gustaron, la comida que da el restaurante a la carta escasa y cara, tienen cámaras por todo el hotel, la verdad te sientes muy observado, no hay ascensor y las escaleras son empinadas, el dueño es amable pero con eso te quedas, las ventanas no ajustan bien y se quedan ranuras ,por lo que pueden entrar bichos, yo las tuve que sellar con cinta de embalar...Nose a lo mejor a vosotros os gusta

Close to airport for a stopover and walking distance to the night markets. Complimentary taxi couldn't pick up from airport as arranged, but refunded the taxi fee. Had early morning flight, staff provided a take away breakfast and arranged a taxi for 5.00am at very reasonable cost.

非常友善且樂於助人的工作人員。我們第一晚的房間因為靠路邊，被來往的車聲吵得睡不太好，隔天詢問櫃檯能否換房也沒有任何的不耐煩。基本上有問題問櫃檯都可以得到解答。第一晚的房間冰箱似乎有點問題，浴室沒有抽風設備顯得有點悶濕味。換去泳池旁的房間後非常完美！謝謝這五個晚上的招待！

Hôtel à première vue idéal d'extérieur et très bien noté pour notre lune de miel. À notre arrivée on nous installe dans la chambre B23 toute petite (ça encore ça passe) mais avec une salle de bain immonde : toilettes dans la douche, robinet couvert de calcaire, tapis taché, plafond insalubre .... Clairement j'ai fais un scandale et demandé une autre chambre. Le réceptionniste nous a demandé 1500baths pour changer de catégorie de chambre chose que nous avons refusé vu le tarif déjà réglé. Après avoir insisté nous obtenons une autre chambre de même catégorie la B21 avec une salle de bain pas vraiment clean mais au moins les WC n'étaient pas dans la douche ! Première impression vraiment horrible. Au quotidien hôtel très mal insonorisé, rempli de moustiques dû à la présence d'eau tout autour sans moustiquaires. Chambre qui sent le renfermée et le moisi. Le petit déjeuner est classique et pas de très bonne qualité : pain de mie, mini viennoiseries, 3 types de céréales, 3 plats chauds (riz, nouilles sautées, curry ...), Des pancakes et du "pain perdu" si on peut appeler ça comme ça, 2 types de fruits, un mini bar à salade, eau et 1 jus, café+thé+lait et à la demande des oeufs (brouillés, au plat, omelette) La piscine est glacée et le seul jour où nous y sommes allés nous avons croisé un rat venant de l'hôtel .... La navette pour l'aéroport est très pratique + comprise dans le tarif L'hôtel est très bien situé proche du night market En résumé à éviter ! Lune de miel gâchée !

旧市街地に近く、ナイトマーケットも徒歩で行けるのでどこを回るにも便利かもと思い予約しました。 少し路地に入る場所にありますが、通りの道は夜でも地元の方のお店で賑わっているので危険は感じませんでした。 ベットは結構軋み音が凄かったです。 壁が薄く周りの部屋の音や外の音も気になりました。 朝食が美味しく、タイ料理は日替わりで連泊も飽きずに楽しめました。 スタッフの方が親切で、雰囲気は良かったです。

Stayed in their suite B11 for 4 days. The hotel design is quirky but has charm to it. The bed is comfy and the housekeeping does a good job cleaning. The jacuzzi was great for the cold December days. Will stay there again.

酒店是有泰北特色，環境舖設也有心思。員工十分親切，和英文極好，溝通非常理想。但設施真的有點舊，和維修需要更加努力。如電燈泡壞了，不會更換。洗手間掛毛巾的架設在坐厠上面。另外我房間的按摩浴池的水龍頭和花灑的交替製壞了，第一晚勉強用得上，第二天早上通知他們維修，晚上回到酒店後，浴池竟然水龍頭和花灑竟然是同時出水。第三晚他們通知維修需要幾天，給了另外一間房間的鎖匙誰我們洗澡。整體上我滿意，下次還會考慮這間，希望到時，維修上有改善。

Thannatee is great!!! The decor was beautiful, the staff attentive, breakfast buffet was awesome!!! I reccomend to anyone who is looking for an authentically Thai style hotel. I extended my original stay here and was very happy the whole time. 10 stars from me!!

Great location and fantastic staff. The room we were in (deluxe spa) was extremely noisey however and the shower head came from within the spa and nowhere to hook it into (had to hold it while showering. The bed was also very noisey which was kinda annoying.

It was in a handy location to restaurants and most places. Did not line the windows as could not seal, mosquitoes could come in. And staying for eight nights above reception office first on the stairs everyone passing by my door.

A very relaxing stay
We stayed for 2 weeks! We have visited this hotel last time we were in Chiang Mai and in a way i liked a lot that's why we came this time :-) Not a big hotel but it is so beautiful the teka wood rooms,we were upgraded for a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony, it is so convenient! It is located right in front of Chiang Mai gate so it is extra easy to go to the city wall , to the Night Bazaar area and to everywhere! Also a short way to the Central Plaza Airport shopping, the biggest in CM. Room is spacious, with wooden walls, wooden (teka) king size bed, the bathroom is spacious enough with a beautiful shower (2 showers). All products are provided, shampoo, bath gel and conditioner and all toiletries. Also, they provide anti-mosquito cream and if you need more, don't hesitate to ask for more, they will give you right away. Breakfast is varied with several options, vegetarian options, thai foods, all options for eggs, yoghurts, fresh fruits, salads,honey, pancakes (delicious!) and pastry. Staff members are very polite and they are always ready to help their guests. The pool is amazing! Located in the outside garden, where you can see lots of fishes in the ponds, with cascates and wild trees, it's very very beatiful and peaceful... you can always read a book or simply relax by the pool or at the reading/relaxing opened room in front of the ponds.One thing I would suggest the hotel to "improve" is to provide bicycles to guests.We rented 2 at Singa Hotel (in front of our hotel).

We had a very nice stay at this property, although the floor in our room was never clean and the room it self was too small. We could barely walk around the bad considering we had our luggage around too. Breakfast could have been better and we would have liked to see more local fruits. Also, coffee was terrible we couldn’t drink it. The staff was very nice and helpful and the property is very characteristic with a local touch, which is what we wanted. The position is perfect: 10 min walk to the night bazar and 10 min walk to the old city (temples and cafes). Free shuttle bus to and from airport was also a plus and the shuttle bus was very comfy!

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Frühstück war gut. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr dunkel, da die Wände mit dunklen Holz vertäfelt sind. Das kann man mögen, ist aber sicherlich nicht jedermans Sache. Das Zimmer war sehr, sehr klein. Unser Gepräck (2 große Rucksäcke) konnten wir nicht verstauen. Fazit: Für 1-2 Nächte aufgrund der Lage ok, aber länger nicht.
