Room was clean and spacious, I liked traditional architecture and beautiful nature, relaxed beach bar. Dusky Langur are often spotted on the trees.. wonderful days!

직원이 모두 친절하고 자연경관이 훌륭함
공항이나 시내에서 리조트의 위치가 먼 점은 미리 알고 있었기에 별 문제가 되진 않았습니다. (매우 멀긴 함) 동물 식물과 함께 하는 자연경관이 무척 좋았고 리조트만의 private beach도 훌륭한 편입니다. 조식도 종류가 많고 훌륭한 편입니다. 다만 점심, 저녁을 먹을 레스토랑이 다양하진 않습니다. 실내 가구가 좀 낡은 편이긴 하였으나 청결엔 크게 문제없었습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 모두 친절하여 기분 좋게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 다만 모기, 사마귀, 개미 등등의 벌레가 많은 편 입니다. 야외 식당 테이블에 개미 여러마리가 기어다녀도 크게 신경쓰지 않으실 분이면 괜찮을 듯 합니다.

비수기여서 일 수도 있겠지만 넘 조용하고 좋았습니다 우리만을 위한 공간같이 느껴졌고 무엇이건 부족하지 않고 여유가있어좋았습니다 어쩜 시간까지도 그렇게 느껴지게 해줬으니까요

안다만 럭셔리 호텔에서 4박을 하는데 주변에 레스랑이하나도 없어서 불편함을 빼고는 괜찮다. 그리고 음식값이 비싸다 ㅠㅠ...

The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed on the walls. The room had a private pool so it was mean to be an upgrade but the pool was filthy. It had moss growing on the sides and also plenty of bugs floating on the top. Wouldn’t recommend staying here with children. They did make it up to us in some way, but it wasn’t the best, especially considering the price.

Average not 5 star
The hotel is set on the beautiful beach on the Datai bay which can not be beaten in Langkwai. We had a private pool suite, which was spacious and appeared well equipped, but within a short time we noticed a clear lack of maintenance inside and out. We had a faulty toilet which despite asking was never seen to. There are many design flaws ie. a wardrobe door blocking a toilet door. Both televisions were unusable as the screens were green. We also never had our minibar replenished, in the end we stopped complaining about any issues as nothing was getting done, and who wants to go on holiday to spend it complaining? The staff were keen and friendly but there was a clear lack of training for many, and through no fault of their own were often completely overwhelmed in the bars and restaurants. The food was also average on the whole. Some days we had a super meal and others were either left waiting excessive times or were disappointed by what was presented. For families with children there is plenty to do and the friendly staff do make an effort. But you get what you pay for and the price point reflects this, The Andaman is not on par with many other 5 star resorts on the island and is out stripped by many other 4 and 5 star hotels available at a similar price point.

Romantic stay at Langkawi best resort
The resort and private beach is beautiful. The beach is cleaned multiple time a day and very private. My room has wonderful Seaview and the bed is super big. Daily housekeeping is great. The restaurants are good. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choices and just RM40 per pax if booked during check in time. Both dishes at Tepian Laut and main restaurant are very nice. The part that I like most is the friendly services. Very helpful in adhoc requests. One of my best vacation place. ✌️ ✌️ ✌️

Best hotel in Langkawi
Excellent service and amenities. Pretty good food, no complaints. I will return to The Andaman whenever I visit Langkawi in the future.

Rum och service toppen!
Rummet och servicen fantastisk! Jättebra frukost men maten i övrigt var inte imponerande. Endast 2 restauranger öppna, vi hade antagligen varit mer nöjda om utbudet varit större. Fint poolområde. Stranden var större än vi förväntade oss, dock lite svårbadat då det var väldigt långgrunt med mycket koraller.

The Andaman after Lock Down 2020
We stayed for just 3 nights. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and the facilities were impeccable. The food was delicious and my 14year old son and I had a wonderful time. The beach was regularly cleaned from the rubbish that the tide threw up. My massage was so relaxing. We would highly the Andaman and stay here again.

Simply amazing! The location is idyllic, there is always a murmur animals/waves in the background. Also means getting anywhere else on the island is at least 30mins away. We stayed in Pentai Cenang for a few days and did all of our sightseeing from there. Very happy with the room and the amenities. Brilliant food. We ate at the The Japanese Restaurant Beach Bar and Tepian Laut. The food was simply delicious, even a simple pizza was amazing! I would say that the prices were reasonable and the portions were generous. The pool area isn't huge but sufficient although do not have a lifeguard on duty. The seabed is not the smooth as I was expecting as the there is a lot of dead coral (consequence of the Tsunami) but certainly swimmable and there are lots of fishes and crabs to be found. Staff - absolutely, 100% second to none. Having stayed in many different hotels, I really believe the staff can really be the deciding factor of a good experience. The team here are truly exceptional. I would hesitate to stay there again

Wunderschön gelegenes Resort
Wer Ruhe sucht, wie wir, kommt im Andaman Resort voll auf die Kosten. Das Resort liegt wunderschön von Regenwald umgeben an einer traumhaften Bucht. Die Restaurants sind auf die beiden Hotel begrenzt. Aber sie bieten für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine riesige Auswahl. Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch die herzliche und hilfsbereite Art des Staff. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die gratis Morgen-/Abend-Exkursionen, wo man viel über die Flora und Tierwelt (ums Hotel gibt es einiges zu sehen) erfährt. Man hat auch die Möglichkeit direkt vom Resort ein Auto zu mieten. Das Einzige, hat uns jedoch nicht gestört, man merkt langsam das Alter des Andaman Resorts und gewisses entspricht nicht mehr ganz einem 5-Stern-Hotel.

Lovely one night stay
We only stayed one night, but loved every minute of this stay. Hotel setting is stunning amongst the rainforest, with lots of wildlife the surrounding trees. Food was excellent and we loved the pool area. Staff were also very attentive. A great stay

基本的に不満点はないが、レストランの人気の偏りが激しく、ビーチ沿いのレストランは予約必須であったように思う。チェックインの際に案内を頂ければ尚良し。

Absolutely loved it; the tranquil atmosphere, magnificent beach at Datai bay, super friendly staff and excellent food. Spa massages were very good, as were the morning and evening nature walks. Dusky monkeys can be seen high up in the trees early morning, which is fun to see.

Alles was prima in orde, de ligging, de service overal.ook op het strand. Het enige wat ik wil opmerken is dat er te weinig toiletten op het terrein zijn.

Serene and friendly with super breakfast
In my opinion, the Andaman is certainly a five star resort, but with a very informal and friendly framing that was appealing to us. The staff is so friendly and engaging, and makes you feel like you are around friends. Once at the resort, my family experienced no sales or consumption push, just fun people to be around. Dining wise we specifically enjoyed the vast breakfast buffet covering every desire and the Japanese restaurant. Other things of note are the outstandingly beautiful bay, complete with dolphins, and every person we interacted with. Outdoors, both the pool and bay felt very clean and nice, and indoors we especially enjoyed the pretty view and the truly family sized bathroom. I also thought the open air design of the lobby was stunning. For me, I would probably recommend that the resort considers banning smoking immediately around the pool, since the grounds are more than large enough that also smokers can be accommodated, but maybe not right by the kids friendly pool. We enjoyed every moment at the Andaman and are so happy that we chose to go there.

Lovely resort on the edge of the rainforest and backed onto Datai Bay with beach front. All the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming from check-in and all the restaurants. Restaurant options on the resort were good with variety as there isn’t much nearby for dining option, breakfast buffet was really good. Room was clean and comfortable. Resort had a nice pool and beach area looked really nice but difficult to swim in as there are a lot of rocks and dead coral which were very painful to walk in without proper water shoes, beware of getting cuts. Can’t really swim during low tide with all the rocks and coral but can walk further down the beach where there appears to be less rocky. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the resort.
