만족스러운 숙소 :)
너무 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있고 수영장도 넓고 깨끗합니다. 발리에 머물면서 세개의 숙소를 이용했는데 가장 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 발리를 오게 된다면 이 숙소를 다시 찾고 싶어요 😘

We had to pay more than double for an upgraded room or move 3 times in 1 week stay. We asked for a quiet room and were put right next to the noisy pool bar, unless we paid an extra $200 for the suite, which after an unfriendly and difficult conversation, we felt we had no choice as we had booked 4 rooms and were unsure how to change hotels through Expedia. The checkin staff quite rude and dismissive. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had in 20 years of visiting Bali, twice a year. I’ve stayed here before and it’s no comparison to previous visits. The bacon was inedible, the fruit & juice were limited, the omelette were ok for 3 days, then changed the cheese to something orange. The coffee was undrinkable, but you could pay $3 for a more palatable coffee, which still wasn’t great, but drinkable. The restaurant and gym’s air con was very bad, as a result the gym was unusable. The restaurant, was so hot, I saw people go in the pool before eating breakfast to get wet to make it more bearable. The staff agreed, the restaurant managed had his own little fan the carried around, it was an awful environment to eat in. Previously they had big air con units, I suggest they bring them back. All in all a very disappointing experience and not comparable to our previous visits. It’s only saving grace was the pool area near the suite room that we paid extra for, the room wasn’t the best considering the price but the outside pool area was nice.

I'm basing my review on the fact that this is good value for money, not a 5 star resort. There is an issue with pool lounges that needs to be addressed. Guests staying on ground floor rooms have their own private lounges which look over the pool however we noticed that a lot of these guests would put towels down on lounges around the pool therefore guests on higher floors without their own private lounges then had no sun lounges to use. Very selfish and irritating behaviour. For a budget friendly resort though I would recommend.

Superb food friendly obliging staff. Swim up bar and pool facilities huge and crystal clean with big screens and AFL etc. safe area with the best sports bar in Bali the Fox and Rabbit a ten minute stroll. Close to beach and Ku de Tah. I highly recommend this impressive resort.

Great location! Very central; close to local markets, beaches, and restaurants. Love their wide variety of choices during breakfast hours. Friendly staff.

Staff is very friend. Service is amazing and on the dot. Very nice and big pool for both adult and kid. Room is very clean. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Central location. Walking distance to saminyak beach. Convenience store and massage shop nearby .

Our second stay at the Blu-Zea and never fails to impress. Great staff, clean, good breakfast and excellent location close to bars, restaurants and the beach! Hotel is a little old and could be upgraded but worth a visit.

A fair priced property for what it was. Staff are all lovely. Place itself is a little dated but clean and tidy at all times. Social area around the pool is great.

Stayed here now about 15 times over the last 20 years. Lots of the staff have been here a long time are friendly and keen to help. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay. The hotel is small so you are not a number , the staff know your name. It’s a very friendly and welcoming hotel thanks to the wonderful staff. We loved our stay and will probably come back. The only thing was the alcohol content in the drinks seemed very weak. Overall a wonderful experience. We were in Bali for my husbands 60th birthday and the staff made him feel very special.

This hotel is outstanding We were upgraded so we were stoked about that. The room was exceptional and service was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel as it is also reasonably priced. They have a golf buggy transport that will take you locally… good idea if you are dressed for dinner and don’t want to arrive sweaty 😬 Restaurant recommendation Ultimo Italian on eat street.

The hotel was fantastic. Staff are so friendly and happy. Free shuttle to a rew drop off areas was a bonus. As we were leaving before breakfast for the airport, we were given a complimentary breakfast box, wonderful customer service. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at Blu-zea Resort! It was my birthday trip and the staff made me feel extra special with a special birthday treat at breakfast and flowers. All staff were so helpful and always smiling.

Blu Zea is indeed a gem in Seminyak, the service is impeccable, massive swimming pools, just feet away from our private deck. We stay 5 nights in a room that got upgraded. The room is super clean, the bed is super comfortable with clean sheets and bedding every day. Top notch service everywhere in the resort. Lots to do: free tennis, ping pong, pool table and twice a day happy hours that attract good crowd. Daily breakfast is offered free with a nice blend of western and Balinese choices. Resort is walking distance to great shops and restaurants. But the facility is very quiet during our entire stay. Service is outstanding, attentive to our every need which made us a very satisfying stay for us. Highly recommend to anyone who choose to relax on this beautiful island.

The staff were amazing! Hang out at the swim up bar for happy hour between 5-7pm & you’ll have a great laugh. Breakfast changes daily. Pool is fantastic! Shower water pressure could be better but that’s just being picky.
